I have had good experiences in past. They are good for cream cake but this time when I ordered theme cake for my Son’s birthday it had let me down. The Fondant cake I ordered was a bit bitter in taste and sugar paste was like bubble gum. Baker need to work on this. Look-wise it was good in photos but finishing was not good. I should have opted for some other confectioner.

Very bad shop i went to good bakery kesar bagh Lucknow. And they do not have manners to talk. They never give discounts. And the main thing is never buy pastry from this shop they will pack different pastry from that you choose. They are not trust worthy.

Probably one of the best bakeries in terms of biscuits, cakes and other confectionery. Ive been visiting this place since I was a kid. The butter biscuits and almond pan cakes are to die for. The best thing is because of the heavy footfall at the place, youll probably always find freshly made breads and cakes and biscuits. The management and owner are cordial and respectful.

With time the standards of the brand either deteriorates or improves but in this case it is deteriorating. Staff has increased yet they are not even comparable to the older staff. Nobody guides you properly even after asking, they are not aware of the product placement even. Only thing they are good at it is poking everyone and watchful at checkout; they should do this on the process rather than in raising prices and lowering the quantity and quality. Not recommended for people who want quality for money.

Beware they are selling stale items with mould growing! Ordered 3 packets of Kulchas from Nishatganj store through Uber Eats, which had manufacture date of 21st Nov, but all of the Kulchas had mould growing in them with bad stink. Now Uber Eats wont return it since the packets were opened. Money and time gone waste. How can they sell such items online. Authorities never check their samples for inspection. Always, check what you purchase from Good Bakery.

Earlier they used to have good quality food items..but now their quality is not the same as before...I have ordered two times through Uber eats recently and received third class quality food...first time I ordered patties ,suhal, dry cake and a milk bread..nothing was good except suhal and patties..infact there was a HAIR in cake...just ridiculous...but I thought sometimes it happens..I ordered second time through Uber eats 2 veg hog dog , suhal , aloo bhujia and namak pare..hog dog was so so bad in taste ..oil was not good..and same goes to namakpara..oil used in namakpara is bit stinky..never going to order anything again from there..I have not opened aloo bhujia packet yet...I will tell hows aloo bhujia taste after opening the packet...
