Arrived at Stallion Honda Service Center at Chinhat at 9:15 AM as advised by Service Personnel to gen my 5th Gen Honda City serviced and getting accessories installed, staff arrived at 9:30 AM onwards, pathetic pungent smelling customer lounge, no on attended me, I approached Reception at 10:15 AM who assigned a Service Agent to me. I requested to install Front Parking Sensors, Staff did not had enough expertise and tools, staff referred to YouTube videos and associated manuals to fit Front Parking sensors, meanwhile they disturbed the remaining electronics systems onboard. Till 7:40 PM the issue is not resolved, Service Manager Nand Ram Verma and GM-Service Brijendra Srivastava are not able to help and did not bother even when I escalated and requested them to take cognizance. Raised complaint with Honda Cars India 1-22600459620. Service Feedback does not have option less than 8, however they stands at 0.

The worst service I have ever received. Improper staff behavior and lack of knowledge. They even dont know how to process a accidental claim. I would never suggest anyone to visit this showroom. This kind of service impacts the brand image of HONDA.

I would definitely rate this 5 star and recommend them in Lucknow to buy Honda cars because of the behaviour and right attitude of everyone working here. They even have a customer satisfaction board where every buyer had written some good comments about them mentioning about their services. Located on the metro route, it is right in the heart of the lucknow city.The showroom meets all the standards of a Honda authorised showrooms in India. The sales team right from the General Manager to the sales Representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted and my queries were handled well. Product was demonstrated with features and guidance was well imparted. I could see other people engaged in buying and negotiation were happy and satisfied too. When the first gen amaze launched, they took the deposit but never delivered the model booked after months since it was a base model and they were prioritising higher end models. Ended up cancelling it then had to wait more for the refund. Really unprofessional and uncivilized staff. Dont go for this dealer.
