Not good enough as builder is escaping himself from fulfilling the written commitments to the buyers and basic amenities are ignored in his own financial benefits, registry is delayed as the builder is looking for his own benefits and buyers are getting troubles from their bankers.....Builder has made this project beautiful from out side look for his own marketing but from inside very bad quality of construction material have been used and even designs have been changed without giving any information to the buyers, a lot of complains are seen in their construction quality and management is very poor to resolve them. Buyers need to be careful while do buy any property from this builder as there is difference in commitment and handover. There is another project in the name of URBAN WOODS which is marketed showing this project to the buyers from outside......reality if something else.....project is beautiful from outside but internally not good.....

I loved the project... But hope that it is completed on time.

A very good project at affordable cost.Pre-defined agreed specifications.Good locationFollowing RERA terms even when regulations was not in existence.
