I stayed here for four days and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. All the hotel staff is very courteous and humble. The location is very good and easily availablity of conveyance. The neat and clean Rooms and internal infrastructure is also very good.Good, decent and peaceful atmosphere prevails in the hotel. The last thing I want to mention is the delicious food, that delivers in the hotel. I suggest this place to everyone who wants to stay in this area.Thanks

Extremely bad service. I visited this hotel on 15th Feb 2020. I arrived at this place at 6:00 am in the morning. There was nobody at the reception and the door was locked from inside. Initially I assumed that there no hotel here and I have been fooled by someone but after banging the front for half an hour a boy came and opened the door. Then I told him that I have a booking today and he asked me that they give checkin from 11 am onwards, on this I said that give me an early check-in and I will pay extra. Though the receptionist agreed but he said he will not clean the room and I will have to stay in an uncleaned room, and if i want to stay in a cleaned room then I will have to wait till 11 am, because the house keeping boy comes at 11 am. Room service and the hotel staff is extremely bad and very rude. I will not suggest anyone to stay here

It is a decent place in gomtinagar very close to Ambedkar park. Rooms are good in space and clean. Food tastes good. It is essentially room service and they dont have a dine in. A budget hotel for a 2-3 days stay.

I recently stayed at this place for some hours and overall the experience was quite great. Beside the staff or the management was a little lazy or not managed i would say. Over all the room were quite spacious and the hotel is quite in the mid of the City from where the major places & joints are at very small distant. I would recommend this place it doesnt matter much you are staying alone, with friends or with family.

Came here very dirty after Khumba Mela and we needed extra towels to clean up. After three phone calls to front desk and one trip down to request extra towels the answer was Sorry sir, no more towels. Finally after some delay a knock at our door and one sad looking towel was offered. Otherwise the room was clean and acceptably furnished. We requested a quiet room away from the street and got one, although the window looked out on a very dark light well.

This is extended version of guest house. Clean and decent. It can be a good option if you are not getting hotels of your choice. Do not expect this as a business hotel.

Rooms are okay okay, not up to the scale. The staff is unskilled. The manager is unprofessional. They are too far from service ethics. Stayed there for two days, and one day, while bathing water was empty in water tank and another day AC got dysfunctional, which took whole day to rectify.I will recommend it for a night stay only, not more than that.
