All electronics under one roof. Beautiful ambience and polite, helpful staff. I bought 3 electronics yesterday and it took me just 15 mins from choosing to billing. A staff assisted me in keeping them in my car. I would recommend everyone to go here to buy whatever electronic they need.

They have enough varieties of brands, recently I purchased a fridge from there although there is some problem with that but I registered a complaint about it and I know it will get solved as soon as possible, I already got good service from there team, I’m looking for a Mi 65inch tv and a Voltas 1.5 window Ac ,which they don’t have now a days, and Even they don’t take stock of Mi, that’s the biggest issue I faced in reliance digital,and there is parking problem as well for four wheelers but they got enough space for two wheelers,well I’ll recommend this place as they provide very good service to their customers and they are very loyal as well for their customers,keep this loyalty maintain,keep it up.

Well when I visited then it was having a limited staff due to covid ristrictions, store is located at the prominent place in kapoorthala but the only issue is related with car parking as there is always traffic on the main road

Kapoorthala branch of reliance digital have very bad staff , all off them are care less about business. Non cooperative staff that dont focus on customer needs.I had to buy a 1+ mobile and after spending and asking for 30 min 1.person shows me that mobile and after that they need all the documents for gst billing , even after providing enough proofs. They said cant bill on gst. Earlier I also had to buy laptop and no one was seriously involved with us to show the right model.Then I went to hazratganj Branch and purchased.Mobile I bought from 1+ sahara ganj without any proof on gst.Worst experience ever with reliance digital kapoorathala , not just once , I went there multiple times and came back disappointed.

The kapoorthala outlet of relience digital at aliganj is one of the great outlets of lucknow as givea is a very wide variety of products along with the great brands...there are various appliances present in this outlet such hai led, android,smart TV... refrigerator premium as well as normal...washing machines fully and semi... laptop...mobile phones of mi Samsung Apple etc... speaker woofer headphone earphones etcI have the photo of refrigerator of primium class here of various brands

Store is located in good market place but product which you want to buy is not available always... Many times disappointed due to this reason.... Recently visited for mobile phone but again the same thing happen... No availability of 5g phones....

Never buy from them.I Must say never trust on what they say. they are just lier they never keep there promise or they never be on there saying.Lets talk aboutSalesman they just tell you about many gifts and offer before your purchase confirmation so you can not shift to other branch and I must say DO NOT TRUST on there words and shop from other branch or agencyDelivery and install worst of the worst as I purchased a Samsung led and shown the date of delivery and installation of next day but I Received it second day after purchase and no installation guy was seen far away by the store even after the many calls and request. AND I MUST Say DO NOT TRUST on The NUMBER confirmation as they ask for it as may times you call the customer service number it is a trick to cut the phone call and avoid giving answer.Then I call in samsung company on the third day and they send the engineer in just half an hour. for which they (reliance digital) took more than a week. And literally they called and asked me sir aap ka tv install hona tha na 😂😂 and at that time I was watching that tv for which they were calling to install after weeks.Never buy from them I have made the mistake and hope that you all will not do the same

Good place for electronics... Having good brands at great deals... If you dont like online shopping its a good place to try and buy. Tvs, mobiles, mobile accessories, refrigerators and other small gadgets including household electricals available here. Staff is very good.

Reliance Digital, as a public listed company should be ashamed of the poorest form of customer service standards maintained in this store.I have faced some gross customer service issues at Reliance Digital Kapoorthala store in Lucknow, UP.Issue #1:Me and my father bought a Samsung TV + Amazon Fire Stick from the Reliance Digital Kapoorthala store in Lucknow, UP. We were told the TV would be delivered within a few days. We received a call after 2 days, informing it will take another week, due to internet issues in Lucknow. While we waited patiently, we received another call after a week informing that it was no longer in production. The sales agent kept pushing to sell another TV brand to us.Clearly, we paid for a unit when the stock was available. Unless the TV was stolen from their inventory, there should have been no reason to tell us that we cant get it due to no longer being in production. My best guess is that our unit was passed on to someone else in the hope that we would be sold another model.This is a very unethical way to conduct business. If a product was promised to a customer - they should have ensured that promise was fulfilled.Issue #2:My father demanded to get his money back for the TV, and that we would love to pay for the Fire TV stick. We were asked to also return the fire stick since a partial amount couldnt be returned. We asked if we could buy the Fire TV Stick at same price in a separate bill. They were not ready to sell us another Fire TV stick at the same price. This in itself left a very bad feeling of Reliance Digital stores. It was their fault we were in the mess and the least they could have done was to honor the same price for the Fire TV stick. They flatly refused to honor this.Issue #3:Not having any other choice, my father agreed to get the money back. He was asked to submit the invoice bill along with the Fire TV stick, and was told that he needs to come back in couple days to take the money in cash. This was a ridiculously shameless ask. From a customers perspective, we were being forced to return merchandise and then asked to submit our only proof of the payment made; and on top of that asked to come back in few days to collect the money. Unfortunately, I was not in the town around this time and my father was forced to agree to this arrangement. When my father reached out after couple days, they gave another date for him to come and collect our money. My father finally got his money back yesterday, and he had to wait in their store for few hours to get his own money back - for merchandise that they already collected from us weeks back.My father is 74 years old, and he suffered tremendous physical and mental stress due to the way this Reliance Digital Store conducted its business.I do like the fact that their costs are low - but if it comes at the price of customer service then that says a lot about the low standards of this store.Word of advice, be careful of what you buy at this store. If you end up needing any sort of service from them - you would regret your decision to buy here.
