Poor service qualityNever attends customers properly

Worst service, Incompetent and unprofessional.Rather providing solution to your device they will completely damage the device and will not accept their mistake.Visit another service centre.

Worst service centre I have been to. Id rather buy a new phone than dealing with this pathetic service centre and its employees. There are many bad reviews about this centre but they just dont seem to improve. They kept my phone for 20 days and everytime I called them they had some or the other Excuse. I dont give bad reviews that often but they got on my nerves

There is no any proper support from Service Center. Everytime when I call for repair status they ask whether I know what needs to be done with the mobile phone. Is this customer support? I am not sure to trust Samsung again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never ever going to recommend Samsung to anyone from now on. Your customer service and support is pathetic. No resolution at all.Service centers are working like freebie offices. This is really not the experience I wanted. Disappointment to the core. My mobile phone is with them for the past 17-18 days. My all important work is at halt because of mobile phone. Its not like we are living in stone age. Customers have rightly rated your services.

I highly recommend this service center, in todays world people do not pay attention to customer service, but at hearing world samsung service centre I got best experience, My phone had display & charging problem and it got fixed by service centre and today its been 1 year, it is still working absolutely fine. My brand value for samsung have significantly increased just because of experience at this service centre. Thanks. 👍

It was a good experience as at the center I get replaced my phone jeck ,it was done quickly as I want it to be fix ASAP, staff is really professional and responsive.Issue resolved quickly and whole process is hassle -free

From a brand like Samsung, we expect a top class service executives and services.They dont have anything in stock.I asked for a temporary replacement so that i can keep using Samsung phone for the 10 days they have said would take to replace my screen on s8.But always in every centre they tell they are out of stock.Dont know whether they personally use those phones or what

If i had an option to rate less than 1 star i would have given that because the service is very slow and pathetic. They took around 2 hours to replace my earphone. Other service centres usually take up to 15 minutes for this task. Everyone who visits this place comes out frustrated and they dont allow any customer entry after 3 PM which is wrong and it is not happening in other samsung service centres!

I see they said all the customer to change motherboard or purchase a new phone

Visit this service center between 10am to 12pm for token. After 12 you wont get any service.

Worst place to get your mobile repaired. Most of the time they will not have parts.They take advance money and dont repair your mobile for months. Better to get repaired at local shops.

I bought m30s 20 days back and now it has some self shut-down or display issue. I took my phone here . And the guy at desk checked my phone and took it inside for further testing and after 10-15 mins he came back and said there is a minor scratch/dent on it. Generally I carry my phone safely and there was no damage on the phone.They said they are updating binary of device and if it solve the issue otherwise i need to pay for the amount to get it repair.> If it was a scratch or dent they should tell me immediately at the time at desk.> Service centers open phone in front of customer not inside their cabin, they took phone there for further testing.What i feel it got damaged while they were opening the phone with sharp object . And the way they were behaving was rude not expected as customer care person, specially when you are the first person of that day .Now my phone is completely switched off .

Poor understanding of engineer Vipin Baghel, does not listen to the problem, is ready with the solution even without understanding the problem. This is how the ordeal unfolded:1. I give the phone to the engineer telling him that the touch and the performance of the phone has gone down drastically.2. He looks at the phone finds a crack at the bottom of screen, says it is display issue.3. I tell him, cannot be, as this crack is there since last 6-7 months, phone was working alright till last evening.4 He persists that this is display issue even without applying logic of a high school boy, does not ask me anything, is absolutely not keen on giving the phone a preliminary check.5. I repeat that phone was working alright since last 6-7 months, are you sure that this is display issue, the guy goes 100%.It seems they are not for providing service to customers but for selling the samsung parts.Avoid this center as much as possible, the least that must be done to get a proper solution to the problem stay away from VB.

I came here today 29th July 2020 only limited costumers are allowed, they give you token to wait out side. No place to sit.. not even waiting area just hv to roming around the market. I waited for more then 2 hours. Worst service center in Lucknow

There were lot of complaints. And you have to wait outside to maintain social distancing.It not that big. And service is not fast.

I have bought Samsung A70s 20 days ago and got display problem...i came here for service. They check the phone for 2 min and said that phone is physical damage and demand for rs7500. There was not a single scratch in the phone....There behaviour was worst...they only try to loot the costomer...and one thing more...These samsung phone quality is worst now...never buy a samsung phone...I bought the samsung phone to boycotte china phone...now i regreetr why i bought the samsung phone....😵😵☹☹😟😡

Didnt solved my issue as part was not available 😞 . Samsung doesnt even provide battery replacement for its flagships . Most centres are saying Samsung doesnt sell it anymore .

The place is easy to access as it is on the main road and near to Kapoorthala chauraha. There is plenty of space to accommodate around 50 people and a decent waiting area. There are enough counters to cater customers, staff is helpful. As far as I could observe there is no token system so could be little chaotic if there is rush.

Overcrowded due to mismanagement

They have now shifted to Badshah nagar but theres no updated information of it anywhere on the internet and to top it , the staff has some serious will issues with straight forward work shy nature. They will continuously misbehave with you in your face if you dare say anything about their behaviour.

The service is good and the staff is coordinating they helped me in my bad situation and Im totally impressed with the staff and service Samsung is the best choice ever.

Very poor behavior. I reached at 4 pm. Asked to contact counter No 4. The guy told wait for 15-20 minutes I am going to have Lunch. I requested and asked what are your Lunch timing. Said no time. After several request he took my mobile and told its not covered in warranty. I have to pay 3300. I said no damage of display screen. Plz chk its manufacturing defect. He dindnot care and went for lunch.

Worst service which i ever had.. I have deposited my handset on 1st Oct 18 and till date they dont have done ELS of my handsets, which i have deposited due to dead problem. This is the situation where i have deposited in OW and paid Rs. 170/-. So many customers were saying that some units is pending since last two months. Good brand with bad service experience.

All lier staffs are there.Manager is just posted there to watch TV and has nothing to do with the customer problems.Staff only say lies and only busy in bringing good items through the security guard of the complex.WORST SERVICE CENTRE. THIER ONE WEEK MEANS FORGET YOUR PHONE FOR ONE YEAR.The most funny man there is the manager who only care about his beard and watches tv every time.
