Thank you so much.The above statement was given by me after getting my car BUTIn the first service I realized my mistake they dont even bother about my complaints neither its vacuum before washing, horn problem or rear view camera. They simply averted all the problems.I am not at all satisfied.

Worst car buying experience. Bought altroz xz petrol variant without accesories, first they delivered a used car didnt cleaned it properly,they were not giving wearable band key in XZ model have to do huge argument then they gave it in last and at the time of delivery there was no petrol in the car to reach petrol pump have to wait half an hour on gate and also they promised to give 3 accessories before Booking but refused at the time of delivery .

Went on to buy 1st car for my father inLaw and the experience was pretty smooth and satisfactory. The service and sales team are truly professional and will give you the best value offer possible. Also they know their job pretty well and keep customers satisfaction as top most priority.Thanks to Waseem Ali Khan from sales team for all the help starting from initial commitment and discussion to final delivery process.Also thanks to Vinod Prajapati/Sales Manager for all the support.Great ppl great team delivering best support to customers.

So i visited there for the first time, their is no staff in the office so i waited more than a hour and they quote you more for your normal service.

One of the best Tata motors dearship sales and service both.

All the executives are well behaving and give all the information about the cars. Space of the showroom and parking is little small, car service is also available so I recommend it is the best place to buy Tata cars in the airport(southern)side of the city.

Staff members behave very politely and clear all your doubts about its cars.🙂

Had a horrible experience, quoted 13500 for 3 free service for my Tata Harrier,called tata coy directly who connected the call to general Manager of SRM and the price came down to 8000.So basically was trying to loot me.About service quality,it is pathatic,even the car washing was not done properly,made to wait more than one hour than the delivery time.Manager of this place needs a proper grooming about how to behave politely,will avoid this place in future.

1st time it was bad,as i was there to update the infotainment of tiago but they denied that we got no updates so i mailed to Tata after that they updated my car, PS : not a big sc

Very untrustworthy staff. I had a very poor experience as everything was told at the eleventh hour and then when I filed for a refund they held it for months and never communicated with me over it. Now when I am trying to reach the salesperson, he never picks the call.The manager never turned up in this situation. Very bad experience.

ToThe ManagerSRM MotorsLucknowMr.This Mail is in reference to a four wheeler vehicle named TATA Safari purchased in 2014 October from SRM TATA MOTORS showroom ringroad, Vikas nagar of Black colour. But in initial days only i noticed a defect in the steering of the car that as it is turned right side it makes some sound. I complained the same twice but it was not repaired and now when again i lodged the complaint third time they say that the car is out of warranty.It seems that you people gave me an accidental car, when i enquired about it from my personal sources it was found that this car was once sold to some another customer and after that to me. it means that the car was defected. Now i found that the roof of the car starts leaking when it rains heavily.I will go to the consumer forum as SRM Motors did fraud with me it was a high investment done by me in the luxury car but the resukt was very poor.SHAME ON YOU

Its not worth to be a authorised service station. Cant accommodate even 10 vehicles, very congested and vehicles are parked on main road. Doesnt have proper Washing area.
