I visit this Service Center for my Laptop for Bit locker problem after repair completion same problem remain same , I visit again service center , Aman Verma who is engineer in service center says that I have tempered with laptop window and it is out of warranty . I complain to mi customer care after that he repair the in warranty . Aman Verma have to learn how to behave customer and also the boss of this service center take care of your service center and teach Aman to how to behave with customers .

It was on first floor above paint shop .Firstly I will review about the measures they are taking in corona .. Receptionist was strict on wearing mask .Secondly,Service center technician were very polite and they charged as per guidelines .My issue was related to MI account locked they did it in half an hour and was good service .You have to take appointment online for visiting MI service centre

Actually I went to replace my phone battery they did but when they returned my phone touch screen problem began while before submission only battery issue. Something wrong over there. Please when visit over there be careful because of that issues I sold my phone

Nice service provided. In the begining they provided information that part is not available and later on they replaced the part. Not sure if it was available and they were testing customers intention to get it replaced or not. Later they replaced it. Not sure if it was a new part or from some old phone since there is no visibility.
