Very bad customer service.Today I visted this place since my daughter like this place. And I come all the way long from 150kms for my daughters sake.I asked counter guy will the card can be used in kids play zone.He repliedAAPKO PATA HONA CHAHIYE AAP AGAR HAMESHA AATE HAI TO. If this was not for my kids sake I would never ever had visited this place again.Suggestions:- keep polite and customer responsive staff.Or you will loose your valuable customer.If. Person is spending 2000 rs diesel and other expense. For just paying 200 rs. I can bear another more 2000 and go somewhere else too

Excellent place for gaming, bowling and air hocker is one of my favourite in mastizone, had a great time , went there so many times.

All kinds of Games are good but actually not working very goodThey work fine but not very good.In old conditions.Cricket is ok but the score will always be less.Catch a toy has many toys but its actually woth zero chances of you getting a toy.Shooting is also ok ok.But shooting games are not accurate your aim and game aim dosent matches.You should get a card to play games with refill money facility but no refund.I hope this review helps.

Worst gaming zone ever visited. Total waste of time. No proper AC and music.We went especially for bowling and cricket. Score board was not working (a guy at the back was writing score manually), pin stand was also not working too etc etc.Thankfully we got refund as I rolled only one ball.
