Well equipped workshop, having three floors and a basement, service quite satisfactory, cooperative staff, only issue is the outside space which is congested.It would be difficult by owners to safely reach to the workshop gate due to encroachments on the road side.Service engineers are behaved and listen to your vehicle related issues. They may not always satisfy you though. There is a lift for vehicles to move them up n down as per needThere is a small sitting area for owners, but taking rounds of your car being serviced would be better for better satisfaction.In case it is taking too long, you may visit outside towards gol market and can also enjoy snacks at classic sweets n restaurent in the market

This Hyundai showroom is the best among all in Lucknow. The staff is very good. They are polite and customer centric. You will be greeted with tea/coffee/water and a very polite staff. The car prices are also at par other showrooms in Lucknow. Talk to them nicely and rest depends on your bargain skills. Think Hyundai Think Beeaar.

HiI have bought Hundai aura(cash) from beeaarhundai Mahanagar at 02 Aug 2021 in the name of my father Sri RAM DEV JAISWAL. Also booked Number 9697 and pay money for above number whatever beeaarhundai Mahanagar representative told ..but till date I have not received my RC and number plate. I talked to Mr. Anand . He told that your RC not prepared your number not booked till date ....I asking to head of beeaarhundai Mahanagar why RC and plates not prepared after two month ????....now they are not pick my call why ???

My two month old Hyundai Creta went for first free service. Which is basically just routine check up and cleaning / washing of the car.Advisor said it would be good to get the engine coating as it will protect the sensors. I agreed only on condition that I will get the video while coating is carried out.Before taking the delivery I asked for the video / pictures of the work done, they said we were too busy to take the picture but the job is done.Upon checking it was found that the job was in fact not done and advisor was lying. And then they started misbehaving.Also the car was not cleaned to which I was told they will send the people home for cleaning.So basically only two jobs for which the car went to the service centre were not done, but if you question the staff they will misbehave and tell you that service centre gets 150 cars daily and yours is not the only job they have.Well done BEEAAR Hyundai.

Never go for car service because untrained workers washes and clean the car with scratches on paint.Better to opt any other service center which can be do work properlyJust scratched through all over the car by rubbing the dust throughout the car without proper washingIf you make complaint they didnt listen to you only shout on you for making complaint this was done by Mr. Pankaj head for service work.
