Ice and spice is pretty nice and cool placw to have a lunch and dinner with family and friends and to perform other family functions and gatherings, various continental and Chinese cuisines are served, situation at prime location of indra nagar.

I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10 years.Food quality and taste is awesome, very optimum place for family dinner and vegetarians. Mostly crowded at weekends. But I think it provided better service earlier now it need little improvement in terms of service and ambiance. Best paneer sizzler

Ive been visiting this place since my childhood because of the delicious food they serve and ambience of this place. I still come here sometimes to have the scrumptious food. The food here is delicious and finger licking. From starters to main course to sweets and ice creams, you name it and they serve it.

Pocket friendly and highly tasty food. I think this is the best place to enjoy North Indian food. The food is really amazing. I would prefer this place over any other restaurant in the city. Food quality keeps on changing there which is not so good. Sometime soups are delicious and sometime it seems taste less. Ambiance need to be upgraded I am looking same thing over last 6 years. They need work on quality and ambiance to attract old customers. If you are left with less number of options then you can choose these options but for the same price you pay, you will now get plenty of options to hang out. I have recently visited them but the quality standard was bit low.

Earlier when I used to visit here, there was no match of vegetarian food served here in entire Lucknow, but after some time chef got changed and the taste was not the same as before, so our frequency went down & now we hardly consider it for our dines.

Entrance/approach not attractive. Good for family gathering. Low seating capacity. Often people waiting to get a place due to which you cant eat in ease. It feels sitting people are watching you and thinking how much more will they eat? Still asked for one more plate!! Feel awkward. Ambience is not that attractive or soothing but yes food is good and will be served as per your taste and requirements. Services are bit slow and a bit unpleasant. Servers are serving with flat faces as if we are burden on that... this is my personal opinion.

Always a positive experience here. The food is really very good, the gravy in the dishes are tasty on their own, meaning you can eat only the gravy with naan or paratha and still you will be happy.Although the initial service is a bit late, that is, when you go and sit you may have to wait a bit before waiter arrives at your table. Thereafter its quick and smooth. Its pure veg and very suitable for birthdays, anniversaries and similar occasions. Decently priced items and with low light ambience making eating duration somewhat relaxing. Advice: If going in a group of more than 3 then order different items otherwise go for the Ice N Spice Thali.

1st thing first, if you think it is a best budget vegetarian restaurant, then you are wrong. I have eaten in many other restaurants in lucknow in budget range,and food tastes very good. Service is good here as well as cleanliness and the food is also affordable but not cheap, mark my words you can get better food in this price.

It is a decent veg restaurant which is also quite affordable.I have tried Chinese as well as Indian food in this restaurant and both seem to be of good quality.But, since it is quite affordable, there is a lot of rush going on at the dinner time, and on Sundays it is quite a task to find a table. You might have to wait for least half an hour.

The food is good not very amazing but the concerned part is the cleanliness. The washroom and the entire place needs a detailed cleaning job.

Ice and spice has lost all its shine, old menu with no flavour in food, this restaurant has been neglected by its owner and neither the staff nor it’s management take any heed, AC don’t work I feel the water used inside might not be filter for use, ideally they should shut this outlet, also the manager is quite rude and staff is not helpful.It’s just running just because this is the only outlet nearby, very very poor service and food taste.

Yesterday I visited Ice N Spice restaurant with my family around 9 pm. It was my birthday and I wanted to treat everyone with good food. I had visited this restaurant earlier, found food was good. But my experience this time was really bad. There is serious problem with the restaurant management. No one seemed to be bothered about the service to the customer. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get someone to take our order. After order was placed it took another 45 minutes in serving us the starters. With Chinese soup, they did not served vinegar etc. and there was no one around to be told. Then in food quantity of butter paneer was very less than other vegetable ordered. Repeat order of roti took so much time that we decided to close the dinner. I would not visit this restaurant next time and I will also recommend to people in my circle also to not to visit this restaurant.
