Good place , good food. Courteous staff.

Not a place for you if you are looking for quick bites. Theres usually much wait here. Service is not good and fast. We had to wait until our movie time so we just ordered sandwiches and we received our order 1 hour later. Ambience is really good so is the food.

Ambience is awesome. Food is outstanding and tasty. Being close to barbeque nation it gives a strong competition in both taste and variety of food. Both the veg and non-veg items should be given 10 out of 10. Only Negative thing are the staffs who are unprofessional. Otherwise one can easily choose Royal grill over Barbeque Nation.

Great ambience, quick service and friendly staff. Manager and server frequently ask for repeat serivces. I asked for one dezzert but they served me plenty of yummy ones. And Food was very Delicious too. Perfect for families. Worth for money.

The taste of all the items are good but the only thing i think that they need to work on is the variety that they offer in veg in the buffet, so if they just increase the varieties served it will be good, as it is in front of bbq so they have to offer a good variety in buffet, the management is also good, just need to increase options for the vegetarians

The food was good. The ambiance was good too. The staff was absolutely atrocious.The complete Royal Chain is a brand in Lucknow. A very trusted one. We eat here without even thinking about it. And like every other person in Lucknow I did too.I went to royal grill with two of my friends to celebrate the end of our exams. As students our budget is constrained so we were very shocked to see the bill of Rs. 900 per person when lunch is for Rs.700. In then end they had included Taxes which are already included in the 700 we pay. They cheated us by charging Rs. 200 extra.It was only when I went again with my family that I realized what they did. I tried to talk to the manager but he completely ignored me.It was not about the money but the fact that I was cheated by a brand that I have trusted upon since I was a kid.So if you are looking forward to being exploited as a customer.. do enjoy their services

The food was ok, ambience was just fine, felt they are little short on staff, I had buffet launch, I liked prawn, chicken chilli, they need to improve their hospitality, food taste and presentation.

Buffet was nice. Chicken starters were superb and kulfi was just awesome.

I had lunch just now (buffet). The service is hopeless. When asked about a dish which was shown in the menu card ,it was delivered at the table after several reminders. Service boy themselves told being lunch session the service is compromised. Reporting this to the manager was in vain. Food quality is no doubt excellent but when comparing with other competitors like BBQNation , Mainland China in the same premises this joint is shear waste of money. Royal grill management have to do something seriously else will be a flop show.

Great place for dining, speciality restaurant for grilled veg and non veg goods, ambience is great, very friendly staff, vast variety of food in buffet, the Manager capt Ansari is great friendly person, amazing variety of Sweets.Keep it up.

A cool place,good ambience a very nice view of city from window needs improvement in service which is hopeless but food is good.

Worst in Lucknow... Service pathetic...want to match class of BBQN , but they are not even 1/100 of the class of BBQ. Worst Buffet ever I had in my life ... They have mentioned lot of dishes on menu card.. But dont dare to ask them.. They might take 20 minutes for each dishes.. And even avoid u.. Deep freezed hot food .. Useless to ask them to get it hot...shamelessly thereafter they charge Rs 800 per person.. If u complain they look blankly towards u... So be aware before u enter the den

Horrible experience with the buffet today evening....being a regular client here I was astonished ! Its sad really ...there was hardly anything in the menu , crisp fish was smelling stale , mutton tray on the buffet table lay empty for 1 hr till we complaint . Sorry to say the service was poor ...an incompetent Manager who stands in one corner , not bothering to cater to our needs !!
