Nice little place inside the o2 arena, good fusion food but not all that. The starters were the best, very delicious and tasted flavourful. The mains werent so amazing, pretty average. Maybe the Thai options might have been better? Overall, cute place with a chilled out vibe. Open kitchen. Friendly customer service.

Me and my big family group of 14 of visited recently for Eid dinner / Nieces birthday. Was nice and easy to reserve a table for us, even though the restaurant itself only covers about 30 diners.The food itself was absolutely delicious. All of my family shared each others dishes for tasting and they all loved it. That is saying something, as these are tough Bengalis who are very fussy about their curries! Piping hot food and very fresh ingredients. You can even see the chefs behind a glass wall kitchen as they prepare your meal.The service was also exemplary. The manager Roxy was an absolute star and took care of us from beginning to end. She was excellent with her recommendations about the food. Answered all our questions. Was very patient dealing with all of us and our requests. Roxy made sure to bring out my nieces birthday cake with perfectly placed candles lit and a music track playing in the restaurant. She also made sure to round up all her staff to join her in bringing out the cake and singing. Even the fact that we were given dessert plates and cutlery with our cake was a nice touch.A lovely little gem of a restaurant. Not super pretentious. Simple formula of good food, nice setting and well mannered and helpful staff.Thank you Scartlet Rasoi for a nice evening. Will definitely be back!!

The food here is super tasty! We loved the lamb and the stir fry. The masala chips are AMAZING! MUST TRY if you are around 02. The staff are friendly as well. And the best part is that the food was halal.

The food was absolutely incredible, some of the best food I’ve ever had! Me and my family would definitely come back again. Highly, highly recommend! They had quality, fresh food and they met our dietary requirements. The atmosphere and staff are so lovely.

Lamb and chicken dishes were good, appropriate quantity...samosa chat was best. Tom yum soup was horrible.. smelled and tasted rotten, they should have checked it before serving..

I tried this place by chance at 02, clean but small little resturaunt. The customer service was good with friendly staff. The food was good but not to the level I was expecting considering the location and price being paid. I did enjoy the food though I feel that some improvements need to come into action with the food quality. Overall it was a nice dine in experience and the food still tasted very good.

As an Indian I felt that the food was exceptionally bland. We ordered Gunpowder Paneer and Masala Chips. The chips were delicious but the paneer was very bland. It was very dry as well.

Good Food! We ordered the Salmon Tikka and Kashmir Lamb. Both the dishes tasted great and portion sizes are more than sufficient. Great option if one is looking for decent Indian food.

I recently visited this place with my friends. The menu was eclectic and restaurant looked busy too. The food however was too bland for my palate. Even the spicy food we ordered was missing the spices. One of our orders was Golgappas. We found portions size was less (especially the mint water given along with golgappas)as compared to its price.

Lets start with the pisitives, great music,!  Bit dated but good.Now lets come to the buisness:I really wanted to like this place, a place with food from two of my favorite places. It was such a disappointment . On entering, the first thing we were exposed to was the manager ( I assume) shouting at a staff member. Then  we come to the food.: Over priced, dry tandoori chicken, served with collifower and potato mash which they decided to call a salad. To add further annoyance , all the dishes coming out has a redicoulios sprigs of chive band corrinander splat on top.The Jhinga Paura, turned out to be 4  smallnbreaded prawns which one could get at any supermarket.The tandoori chicken was lacking any flavor.Sadly, I wont be coming here agin.

Delicious food. Probably one of the best Indian food I’ve had. The starters were amazing, the drinks were good, and they responded to our request for alcohol free cocktails. The lamb curry was phenomenal, and so was the naan. My friends lover their food too. Also good service and friendly staff. They checked up on us multiple time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is by far our favourite restaurant at the moment. The staff are incredibly attentive without being intrusive, the place looks fantastic and you can see the chefs cooking everything and the food is out of this world - the taste and flavours as well as the presentation. Already been twice and well definitely be going back many many more times.

Delicious food, very sanitary and its lovely to be able to see into the glass walled kitchen and watch the chefs at work. Didnt wait long for our meal, service was speedy and friendly as can be at the moment. Would definitely dine here again!

Indian food at the O2 I can recommend this place. There are also some other options around but what I liked is the vibe and the service. Price wise it is a bit expensive but the portions for the main course has been indicated clearly you paying the extra for the ambience.

We (myself my brother and my kids) visited the place as we were on O2. I must admit I had zero expectations.But we all were pleasantly surprised and shocked with the restaurant.The service, ambience , food quality and quantity, everything was simpley excellent.I would highly recommend this place to Londoners who like Indian/ Pakistani food to visit this place.

The food was fantastic and so was the atmosphere. My only issue is with the manager and the waiter who are quite rude and condescending. If that is fixed, this restaurant would get 5 stars.

I was at this place on Saturday, ordered a Tandoori chicken which had no taste, tasted like it was cooked 2 or 3 days ago inside was not cooked properly, the Chicken smelt like a wet cloth had bits of fabric on it.

Recently opened.Halal restaurant.The environment was good and the staff was nice and friendly.Food was good, not traditional indian cuisine but westernised.Overall it was a really good experience

We went to this place last night, as the place looked pretty ok, not many variety of choice on the menu, especially with the drinks, we fancied Thai, few stuff on the menu weren’t available, never the less we ordered, the golgapa which were disgusting, it wasn’t at all fresh , i felt I was pouring cheap tropical drink into my golgapa, I felt sick just looking at it as the presentation was so non satisfying, the Thai chicken curry dish my daughter just took a spoon, and she gave up, it’s was so appalling disgusting, chicken was cooked for days and it was awful, please don’t waste your money at this place, especially if you know about your food. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

One of the nicer places at the o2.Nice setting and the wait staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.We ordered 2 meals of butter chicken and Rogan Josh with rice and a side of sag aloo. The sag aloo was really good and the rogan josh was decent. The butter chicken was lacking a bit in taste. Everything was a little more bland/plain than typical, maybe to keep it more palatable for everyone.It was more food than we could finish and ended up being about £30-35 with a beer or two, so was pretty reasonable dinner for two at the o2.Worth a try to see if you like but we prefer it a bit spicier.

Please do not take this as a hatred review - really recommend you send you chef to other Indian restaurants to have a try of the food - I had the Gol gappa and the Dosa - it was just awful ! Their was literally no taste - and the staff don’t even ask if u like their food !

There are a few vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, and really fast service. I tried the turmeric Dall, veg samosas and masala fries, all of which were very tasty. My only criticism would be the prices, but probably to be expected in the O2.

Took my company director and CEO for a treat, I was do embarrassed as I told them it was one of the best Indian Ruby around. To cut the story short ordered an Chicken shashlik the inside was so raw like it was never cooked put in a microwave and served, then waited another 10 to 12 minutes for the shish kebabs to arrive, I was gobsmacked I don’t really want say anymore but I hope this doesn’t happen on my next visit as I like the place.

Honestly the food was very authentic and really enjoyed the fusion food. Have to give a shout out to there customer service team (Abdul and Rizad) very polite and professional.

Visited this place few days back after watching a movie. It is well laid out with numbered tables and clear view of the cooking area. Mango lassi was good (they can do away with the plastic straws in them) and for mains we had ordered a gunpowder paneer and lamb gost. They each had an accompaniment of naan or rice. Both dishes were good and flavorful though the paneer can do with a bit more seasoning and lamb a bit more spice.The troubling part came when we asked for the bill. They gave a pretty bad excuse of the system being slow and errors and didnt give us a bill for the food. They just manually calculated the cost and took the amount.

I appreciated the service and the food was amazing I would recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary today. The ambiance at Scarlrt Rasoi was brilliant. I really enjoyed my prawn fried rice and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. My husband was pleasantly surprised of how tasty his lamb meal was. A very good evening for us.

Work in Greenwich one day a week and this is my favourite spot. Tandoori dishes and naans all excellently cooked. More interesting than the many chains in O2.

Should’ve known this place wouldn’t be any good based on how empty it was.Food is extremely bland and very small portions considering the hefty prices. I’m a huge fan of Indian food and can easily say this is the worst Indian food I’ve ever had.On top of the bad food, staff make you feel very uncomfortable as they literally just stare at you the whole time while you eat.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Service is non existent. They don’t acknowledge you for a few minutes when you’re standing there awkwardly and many staff members will walk past you and not even give you a mere smile. Their food is ok, if I’m being generous.

We went there after sampling their Masala fries which was amazing. I personally ordered chicken Shaslik and masala fries. The naan bread was amazing en the flavour of the chicken was there alright very dry. The masala fries are a definite hit, loved them. They forgot to put yoghurt on the chicken though.The waiter was nice and friendly

Ideally as a halal restaurant, it is expected that they will have all sorts of customers including ones that do not drink. They should have a mocktail menu so theres a drink for everyone, the food was average but some of it was a bit bland but overall a nice vibe. But yes they should introduce mocktails to make the eating experience that bit more better :)
