On several occasions the entire team delivered professionalism in all terms. From receptionist, the HCP and the Doctors all are dealing with you enquiry very discreet and high level of friendliness. You really get the impression they care for you. Another aspect is the full functionality of the Babylon App. The app is outstanding and above market standards.

Im only giving 2 starts because I had a few good experiences at this practice. However, I have now been turned away because I was 10 minutes late. So now, even if my life depended on it maybe, I will have to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment. Disgraceful. Stuck in the tube, I should have called them on a number that usually you get a reply in half an hour the least. It’s ridiculous! And then you are welcomed by this rude person who turns you away because you haven’t called some other number which is on their door amongst many other stickers. All this should have been communicated prior to the appointment and there should be a 10-15 minutes buffer for people as they might really be travelling a way to get there and anything can happen on the way. Regardless, when you are there early you will wait at least 10-15 minutes.

Generally good, especially for those younger than 40. But recently I have had many appointments cancelled with little notice, and there is no easy way to rebook without going through the whole process again and waiting another 2 days. Also they no longer allow you to book on the day appointments, which was one of the reasons I originally loved them so much. My job means I can’t always guarantee what I’ll be doing or when I’ll be free day-to-day and it would be good to be able to get on the day appointments if they were available.

Very bad experience, the staffs in reception are very unhelpful and very rude. Handling case without any flexibility! Bad!

When you see the doctors they are always friendly, but there are some odd behaviours before you get to see them. Big sign on the front saying call before entering, but no one ever answers, then when you walk in you may be told to go back outside and call the number… or, not? Often runs behind schedule as well.

Really great practice, far better than traditional GPs in the area. Easy app system to book virtual or in-person appointments. Been there twicand was straight in- no waiting around.Practitioners/nurses are all super friendly and knowledgeable and they really take the time to explain things and keep you calm.Good location, great people and great facilities.Only downside is that sometimes wait of 4 weeks for blood test appointments.

Very professional and modern. I saw Dr Ariffin who was excellent. The practice was a bit difficult to find, so do make sure you know where it is and use a map in the mall if you get lost. You have to phone the number on the door before entering which was easy enough. I had to wait a while, but was happy considering it was a same day booking.

I have been there some 20 times. Several receptionists and doctors in this centre are rude and unprofessional.Today for example (but this is one example out of many) I had an appointment at 12.00. I arrived in advance. The doctor who was late was still spending time jocking around with nurses between appointments. At 12.30, the patient who had an appointment at 12.30 was called. I went to the reception and asked very politely why this was the case. The receptionist immediately became defensive and agressive and more or less told me that names are not called in order. I am not joking: this is the reason she gave (agressively).The previous time I was there for a neurological assessment, the doctor simply refused to perform it (despite me having been booked for that), saying that I had an appointment with a neurologist in 2 months so that was enough.All the nurses I have seen in Canary Wharf were nice and efficient, but this is not enough to compensate for terrible doctors and receptionnists. If you are a GPathand patient, however, I recommend Kings Cross health centre, where the service is overall much, much better.

Really nice, clean and comfortable. The waiting room is the poshest Ive ever been in! Friendly reception staff and I also got an appointment surprisingly easy though the app. Just had to wait a bit for my appointment, even though I showed up on time. But thats to be expected from what Ive experienced at all other public health services.

The place is hard to find. It says its on the first floor, but its actually the second, meaning youll likely be late for your appointment and theyll refuse to see you. Disgusting that they refuse to see you when its their own mistake.

Babylon GP is decent *up until you put the phone down from speaking to a nurse or GP*. Zoom/phone meeting are handy, and can be booked withine a day or two (never been more than 2 days for me). They suffer from the usual medical expert trait of only listening to the first 30 seconds of what you say, forming an opinion on that, then ignoring everything else you say which counters it.But its post-appointment the service falls down. If you are told in call that they will arrange a blood test, but no email about the blood test is forthcoming there is no reliable way to get in touch. Neither the standard number or the complaints number have ever been answered with 15 minutes of me waiting on the phone, and they dont call back on the press 1 to arrange a call back optionSo you end up arranging another proper appointment with an advanced nurse to simply chase up the previous appointments test.Similarly if you miss a test (image for example, their Canary Wharf surgery is in a big shopping mall and their instructions on how to find it are *atrocious*) its the same thing. Wasting a nurses time with clerical chores.Ill be moving back to a proper surgery Im afraid as the facelessness of Babylon doesnt work for me

How to find: Go to Cabot Place (East) Shopping Mall, take the escalators to the 1st floor and the clinic is between Halifax and Rymans (on the Retail Guide grid reference R16, labeled Babylon Health).Tip: if you’re struggling to find, ask a security guard for direction to Halifax, they know it better than Babylon (Halifax is just to the right of the clinic).

Such a wonderful experience. The doctor I saw was very attentive and informative. Modern environment.Slightly challenging to find if unfamiliar with the mall.

The best practice experience I have ever had. Nice waiting room, attentive staff.Everyone there was so good to me, my blood test wasnt easy and I had no vein I was given water and juice to hydrate and the nurse took the sample and found the vein with mastery.I always feel a bit sad and like I am taking away someones time when been treated or gone to gp before.This time no, I felt looked after. Not rushed not made to feel like my problem takes to much time and they are in the rush.I felt so good. And I normally hate doctors/medical appointment. Plus my result cam within a day! If I could I would give 10 starts.

Look & Feel of a private clinic, yet its part of the NHS. Attentive staff, easy to find, I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Friendly and helpful personnel. And so far plenty of available appointments at a short notice when booked using Babylon app through their GP.

Terrible staff. Very rude and impolite. Worst GP I have been to so far.

Terrible experience. Impossible to find and invite doesn’t have any directions. Location also is not present on the mall map.I got 15 minutes late because couldn’t find where the go is and my appointment got cancelled.

Very friendly, especially Rebecca Hawthrone who is doing an amazing job all the time. One of the best professionals you have there, please do not lose her!
