As an established brand, Cote is known for being a French restaurant with high standards in its food and service. It’s on the pricier side of the spectrum but still quite reasonable. No faults. Can always rely on a good meal here.

My Brother in Law proposed to my Sister in this place. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Theyve got good quality food, the location is just perfect, and the People that work here are phenomenal because they are very accommodating and they make you feel exclusive.The only criticism that I can think of is how this place lack identity and how limited the food selection in the menu.What do I mean by lack of identity? This is my 3rd time eating here at Cote but until now I still cant grasp what kind of restaurant they are trying to be at. We all know they are in the fancy high end restaurant, but the question is what kind of a fancy high end restaurant are they? Are they a Steak House? Are they a French Cafe? Or what? They say they are French Restaurant but I dont see that much of a traditional French Cuisine in the menu.Which brings me to my second criticism which is lack of selection. I understand that quality over quantity since they couldnt identify what type of high end restaurant, then I expected to have a little bit more in the menu.With all that being said, all of those was overshadowed on how Cote is just a wonderful place to eat and spend time with your family and friends. This can also be a place for you to get engaged. Thank you Cote one of the best restaurants in London.

Quality food and drinks! Especially very well present garlic bread so delicious , friendly staff great services.

The Côte chain is our goto for nice french cuisine. Its good and often very good although not mind blowing as the best food can be. The Hampstead branch is roomy and very plesent and service was very good. I especially enjoyed my Moules Provencales which are a seasonal special.

Cote was my scape after I survived brain bleeding in 2013. I couldnt walk much. It was close to HSBC so I could go there before going back home. The staff was really nice and kind. They allowed me to sit wherever I want. If I wanted big table away from others, they would agree with it so my experience with them has been good. Their food is good as well. But it has a problem. There is one lady fairy white skin slim. I saw her 2 years ago before lockdown. I can say for sure she has psychopaths personality. She smile and she seem knowing her job well but deep down she hates her job. I am not scared of someone who is tired and overworked . but it is not safe to be around someone they tick all boxes for psychopaths personality. I have advise for business owner RUN PSYCHOLOGICAL test on your employees if you do not want to lose your customer. In every business I have come across at least one of this kind of personality. They ruin life for good hard working people.

Great French food. The price is ok and the restaurant is quite pretty.I can even find some local dishes from specific region in France. Like this pork belly. The portion is not very big but it’s filling.Midday menu set is the best option. 14.5£ for starter and main dish.

We were in this restaurant on Monday the 9th August and we arrived slightly early due to the pouring rain, we needed shelter. The staff were welcoming and friendly, however we were so let down with my partner’s preferred order which was supposedly the Burger (meat) and chips. As they had nothing left, they offered a Vegan burger instead which was not piping hot and resulted him with a tummy upset. I think, since this restaurant is located in one of the nicest areas in Northwest London, it is of a paramount importance that they have their basics food, in the menu available to please their customers ie. in this case the meat burger.We probably will go to the other Cote in the country but will never return to this Cote anymore because of our experience.Thank you.

Lovely place to sit back and enjoy some lovely french cuisine, good choice of classic dishes on the menu that are tasty, service is very attentive... also the ambiance is great.

Food was OK. Definitely was not freshly cooked the pork belly we specifically askes for crackling it came in soft.The boeuf bourguignon was burnt on top seemed to have been reheated by microwave and the mashed were lukewarm. We complained about the pork but nobody responded.

Obviously, you know what youre getting. Its not going to blow you away. But it was all great value and very well cooked, and the staff were just lovely.

Great food, not the best steak but great for the price. The best was dessert creme caramel. The service was good, very attentive. Great place for a date or celebrating a special occasion.

Solid steak, reasonable prices, nice setting and a decent wine list. They also have a kids menu if that is for you. Steak frites is thin, but vltasty and good value. They actually know how to cook a si long blue (not Lways easy in the UK). It does shut early around 2200 however.

Every time the food is consistent, service quick and effective. They really embody what they claim.

Usually cõte is good, but in this one my friend got food poising and ended up throwing up for 2 solid days...

Was great. We had breakfast at lunch time on Sunday. Were just surprised that weve got juice and coffee at the same time/ before the meal :)

Good to find this Côte running in these still-Covid times. Social distancing rules well observed, with sufficient spaces betwern customers and tables. A reduced menu, wine list and most of all the old favourites retained. Tables outside obviously a benefit for smokers, although open windows guaranteed that smoke/ash floated into the dining area inside on the ground floor. Lax infection prevention in my own thinking. Early closing of the tube station (at 19.00 on the Friday we visited) is another deterrent.

Good but very noisy

I went here with a dear old friend. I ordered the crab mayonnaise starter and then the French style beefburger with chips. It was all tasty. The tables are nicely spread out. The service is attentive and efficient. Best to book in advance.

Nice, modern restaurant with a warm ambience to it. Friendly staff, nice menu. The lamb was good.They should look at doing something about the foliage outside. Whilst nice, it is there in your face.I will need to go back to try something else on the menu, perhaps a steak.

Super nice service for lunch with my small grandchild. Tasty food and I witnessed great kindness and patience towards two separate older disabled customers too. Reasonable prices and quality ingredients.

I keep going back to this restaurant. The food is so delicious. Staff are lovely and the service is just amazing. If you are looking to have a relaxing meal and a good time, definitely go to this restaurant.

They really showed their best and went the extra mile.All of my guests were so very pleased too.

Food was delicious and waiters really nice. Reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s paid parking until 6:30pm. I paid £8 for 2 hours. Which was annoying and had to rush my food because only allowed 2 hours to park. So if restaurant is busy and your food delayed you have to rush no time to relax.

Absolutely Banging! Very busy and buzzing. Nice 2/3 course set meal for lunch. Had a business meeting over Lunch. Really delicately cooked salmon was absolutely how I like mine with crispy skin. Friendly staffs Highly recommended. Priced reasonably for the quality of food and service.

Ive had better meals at this restaurant. I chose the roast half chicken and chips. Sounds quite boring and it was! The chicken was a bit dry. My first course was some kind of goat cheese and nut salad and that was good. No room for dessert.Next time Ill try a different main course.

Seemed overwhelmed because overbooked but unapologetic about it. Food came quickly when order eventually taken. Calamari starter was delicious. Main course stroganoff was served with leathery tagliatelle and over peppered chewy beef. Waited twenty minutes for dessert menus. Avoid.

A great meal. We had a 2 course meal for 11.95. filling and tasty. Great salad and then a seabass which was perfectly cooked. Crispy skin. Should try it out. The chicken breast was also excellent and filling.

I dont think word for this restaurant at all. Just really nice.Everyone enjoy chatting with relative, nice staff handle order nicely. Food are fantastic.I like their onion soup much.But steak also I found nice.I may try other steak with nice variety of sauce sometimes soon...

Very pleasant food and a nice tried atmosphere. This place works for casual dinners with friends or for a more formal dinner. Good value for money (especially compared with lots of nearby restaurants) and the seafood was particularly nice. I really recommend the Breton fish stew.

Love côte Brasserie. Started with kir royales. We shared the mayonnaise crab, it was lush. The right amount of capers, mayo and dill. The half chicken and fries plus the warm goats cheese salad devine.

Went here once after an amazing experience at one in central. Staff were great, but finding out that chilled berries with melted chocolate meant frozen berries from Sainsburys with oily chocolate was incredibly disappointing.Apparently the chicken was rather nice, and the fish was pretty good, but never fall for the berries in warmer weather.

We usually come here for breakfast as they serve a great full English and a great vegetarian version. The only dissapoinmet is that they dont serve baked beans with the breakfast so I take my own in a small flask. Very warm and welcoming. Great ambience. Waiters dont bother you unless you call them. Been many times.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great food. We had a small problem that was immediately rectified with no fuss whatsoever, apologies made in the evening carried on with great success. Lucas in particular stood out with great customer service but the rest of his team did equally as well. Highly recommended.

My friend and I walked in and were told rudely by this dark brown headed girl that she would be with us, we waited and other came in a got seated before us and we were still waiting and the place was not busy. This girl has been very rude several times and very judgemental! I will not be eating at your restaurant again. The other staff are very nice, but this manager or person that acts like an authority figure needs to find another job as she is very abrupt rude and it’s not a positive experience for us to come into your restaurant. We went next door to eat pasta and had an excellent service and experience instead!

Ive been visiting the restaurant for years and enjoyed their breakfast menu, until they stopped cooking it properly. Over the last few months, I have noticed the standard of the food and service drop drastically. Staff are forever changing and cant keep up with customer requests or provide a service. It all seems pretty rushed and it shows with the food. I had a water, hot chocolate and orange juice serviced to my table at the same time. I may look a glutton, but who can drink three drinks a once. they literally feed you and get you out the door.

Cote is always a great atmosphere and well priced for its location in the heart of Hampstead village. Great quality upper, mid range food. Staff are helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about here. Its a pretty simple menu, but you can always expect a reliable and satisfying experience. It can be a bit loud at times, but I enjoy that on a weekend. In an area quite pretentious at times, here you will always know what you are getting. Its quiet smart but not formal.

It is very airy inside, love the space. And the food is also very good, especially the meal deal for 2 courses. And omg, I cant resist their creme brûlée, just one of the best in London. I have to compliment the staff, they are very friendly in this branch compared to the one next to my office city.

Not quite as good as Id hoped. We were informed that you cant make any changes to the dishes as they are made in the morning and reheated when ordered. For the price and everything, youd at least expect the Crêpe to be topped to order! Apparently, they instead sit there for several hours, fried egg and whatnot on top, waiting to be reheated...I mean, what we ate was passable, the service in general was good, and the atmosphere was nice. But not impressed.

Nice location and the venue itself if attractive, too. When full, it is quite noisy. They always seem to struggle a bit with the orders and getting them out in sync so that people can eat together. Also the quality of the food is generally decent but can vary a bit. Overall OK to good.
