Decent place, similar concept as Chipotle. The food is good quality and fresh. The customer service is great as the staff is super nice and friendly. I do have to admit I’m a bit bias because I grew up with great food in Southern California. That is not to say this food is bad, it just doesn’t have the spice level that I’m accustomed to. With that said, a good place to grab lunch on go.

I would like to share my experience at Chilangos London Bridge, starting with the vibrant team atmosphere and excellent customer service.The burrito itself, I can tell, has one of the freshest flavors in town and it is the best I have ever try on the Chilangos chain.I recommend you to check it on your own if you are hanging around or ordering delivery.

Great food, great flavours. If you want a quick burrito that is bursting with flavour, then this is a great choice. I ordered the Vegan Chicken burrito and I was almost overwhelmed with number of different flavours going on. Probably the best takeaway burrito I have had. Already been back again within a couple of days.

We had ordered ahead to collect and takeaway our order. The staff had our order ready as soon as we informed them that we had ordered in advance.They were well organised and got our order to us promptly.The only thing I would say that could be improved is if they had an area in the customer dining area where things like salt, pepper, serviettes and cutlery can be collected by the customer.Other than that, it was great. 👍

Best Burrito ever in London!Ive been twice to Chilango during EOTHO and found that this place got the best burritos ever.I tried their chicken and steak burrito; their steak burrito is to die for. The spices used for their steak burrito taste so flavorful. And the size is HUGE.I have even tried burrito of Chipotle and Wahacca but Chilango is the best!

Very average.No cold drinks available.Witnessed another customer return his food as it was not cooked properly.Staff seemed fairly unorganised.My burrito (surf and turf) was definitely not bad, but also nothing special.Most likely wont return as there are lots of other options nearby.

I go to Chilangos at lunchtime and cant complain but evenings are shocking. The London Bridge branch act as though youre an inconvenience, they dont want you there, they are rude and the food is sub standard....shocking! I wint return

Awesome Mexican place across the Hilton Tower Bridge. Extremely satisfied with the meal. Just a tip, dont ask for it to be spicy until you dont have a good tolerance of spice. I can recommend this if you are craving Mexican.

Usually love Chilangos! Who doesnt love a burrito? Usually rate them highly although on this visit to the location by London Bridge I was not impressed at all.The server I feel was new so I was polite none the less. The burritos are usually sensibly filled with all the ingredients but on this occasion I fill like every thing was spread very thinly. Very small amounts of each ingredient. I had to ask for more on a couple of occasions and it felt a litrle awkward. Then when it came to wrapping the tortilla he had to ask a colleague to help wrap it (this is something that is surely taught as a first in training). And it still wasnt wrapped properly by the colleague as it fell apart as soon as I started eating it. Usually Chilangos does a, good job of ensuring they are done properly to prevent messy eating...Anyhow I will still eat at Chilangos just over all unimpressed with this visit as the chicken burritos are usually scrumptious.

Delicious burritos- fresh and tasty! I guess this is the equivalent to Chipotle but in London(: Super quick service with friendly & attentive workers. The decor was also cute & lively. Will be back whenever I return to the area.

Found this place while walking around in London. At first I was not sure to go in as I didnt see any customers at that time as we went for a late lunch. This is a fast food style Mexican restaurant. I have to say food is amazing and served by friendly staffs always happy to pose for a picture. Recommended

Hygiene in this place is zero. The asian guy who served me today, not wearing gloves or washed hands, touched the inside and outside of the burritos so much with his bare hands, I will be throwing them away now. Absolutely so gross! didnt see any of the kitchen staff wearing gloves but touching the food. Will never, ever be buying from you again.

Theres a barrier between customer and employees. Theyre wearing masks. Youre over 2 meters away from them.Yet they will persistently ask you to wear one properly while you try to give your order. Lowering it to communicate clearly simply doesnt matter to them it seems. Totally ridiculous service by the woman working the 16/06/2021 late afternoon shift. I was tempted to walk out after she finally made the sloppily arranged and overpriced burrito out of spite.Go anywhere else nearby for food, this place isnt worth it if employees are going to behave like an embarrassment

The wonderful staff at this great spot helped me massively when they gave me a burrito on the house after I tried to pay with cash (my card is being replaced after I was the victim of fraud) but they couldn’t accept it due to health restrictions. They are lovely human beings and this place is a godsend. 11/10.

Tastes great, place is clean but feels like you have to literally beg for the food. The box was half full. A regular meal is small enough for a snack :/Disappointingly still hungry

Such a great visit to chilango today. It was my first time. The little lady on the counter was so kind and cheerful. Think her name was chiara. Food was incredible. I will definitely be back again to try the rest of the menu.

Not the best, but not the worst. I ordered throguh deliveroo, but the food is still the same. When it arrived, the bag broke and slipped to the floor. It had a leaking all over. The food was cold. I know its a lot of reasons to blame on the delivery, but without that experience, the food was just ok in my opinion, sorry.

Out of steak and was told 25 minutes.Edit: went again 3 days later. Steak burrito was still 25 min wait. Why? Why? Why?

Great place with good burritos served by some really friendly and polite staff. Been there twice now and tried burritos each visit - Veggie & This Isnt Chicken (plant protein pieces) along with oven baked fries with BBQ sauce. The only thing I didnt like was 1) Fries (tasted great) went soft very quick. 2)They are slightly over priced considering places like Tortilla - offer amazing burritos at a better price along with membership benefits.

I asked for the hottest salsa sauce on my burrito hot box. The woman says ok and gives me the mildest one. I realise when Im half way through thinking wasnt it supposed to be spicy? The food quality and size is good, prices are ok I guess but communication with staff is bad. I had to repeat my self many times to two employees.

Chilango is a Mexican themed restaurant close to London Bridge. I am pretty impressed. The food was actually super good. I had the surf & turf burrito and it was pretty damn good. I would say very comparable to Chipotle in the states. A nice lovely lunchtime restaurant with quick and friendly service the food is delicious and fresh and great value. I would definitely eat here again.

Ordered from them on UberEats. My partner enjoyed The Chilango, however, my vegetarian Burrito did not contain any guacamole whatsoever, even though I did order it. Overall the burrito was tasty but the lack of guacamole was very disappointing.

Chilango offers great burritos. I prefer the branch near Monument its tastier, however it may be because of time of the day. In general its worth to try.

It was my first time at Chilango today. Loved the quirky interiors especially the take out bags :P A nice place to catch up for a quick meal or a take out. Quite happy with the quantity of food and the Vegan options available as well. Would definitely visit the place again. And hey! Dont forget to try their guacamole 😁

Always consistanty good for what you want and the price you want to get it. Staff are on a line so not particularly interactive but its all about effencency in the subway model.

The South-American guy, who somehow is the manager here, was extremely rude. No courtesy and no respect shown. It is beyond me how a guy like that has been assigned a managerial position.

One of my favourite places for burritos, a small even is so filling I struggle to finish. So flavourful. Quite messy to eat but well worth getting your hands grubby. Atmosphere is great, good music and the murals are fantastic.

We stumbled a cross chilango one weekday evening whilst exploring this part of London, fortunately for us we were feeling peckish and decided wed grab a quick bite. The staff were helpful in assisting us in what was available. We shared a box of nachos and grabbed some mango/passionfruit-ade the food was brilliant exactly what we wanted and the drinks were spot on too, would visit again and reccomend to a friend. Theres no picture of the food as we hastily ate it.... 🤤

Loved the place and the ambience. I was craving for tacos but couldnt find them on the menu (though it was on their online menu!) It was a busy lunchtime and it looked like the place was a hit amongst office workers. We had naked burritos (called hot box) and I absolutely loved the flavours. Will definitely go again and again!!!

Order takeout from here all the time and its always a safe bet. We tend to get sweet & sour chicken (great flavour), spare ribs (delish & perfectly cooked), Singapore noodles (tasty with a little kick) and their dim sum. Excellent Chinese food with a fast and friendly service. Book in advance as this restaurant gets very busy with Chinese travellers who love the authentic Chinese dishes that are on offer.

Discovered when I missed my connecting train. Happy accident! One of the best Burritos Ive had. Now I regularly miss my train! Staff are great too. Guacamole is not so pricey I discovered 😊 I must try the beers.

I was walking near London Bridge with my friends looking for a place to eat when we have discovered Chilango. We have had a very good experience. The place was clean, the workers were very kind, and the food was amazing. María who served us was always smiling and very professional. I really loved the nachos and the burritos I ordered. I will definitely come back when I go back to London.

I decided to grab a quick lunch from here on the go. I had a small veg burrito which was £6.50, i found it a bit on a higher side for a burrito without any side. basic model is that of fast-food Mexican - choice of meats, rice/beans, either in tortilla or bowls....meat was pretty good, overall most items seemed relatively fresh - good prices.

Genuine Mexican flavours here... I was an honourary Chilango for a couple of years. Staff seemed to care about the place and the flavours and the vegetarian burrito I had here was Delicious! I was expecting a restaurant, so we should be clear that this is a fast food kind of place with seats on a mezzanine floor above the serving area - again very like Mexico city in that respect for this kind of place. Menu could be broader, but the food was good. If you are on the area you should go there.

Stumbled upon this quaint Mexican restaurant while looking for food with my friend. I absolutely love Mexican food and was very pleased to find it. Their delicious hotboxes are awesome! The burritos are really good too. The lemonade was meh though. But Id definitely go back and would recommend to a friend.

Wouldve given 5 stars but I got the grilled steak hot box and my friend got the grilled chicken hot box, I got a lot less meat even though the steak box costs more. So it would be great if the portion sizes (especially meat) was consistent across orders.

Food was avtually not bad for a fast food. The customer service though wad a bit poor. Not a great feel. I was asked if I was fine with waiting 5 minutes for my box as the steak had to be cooked fresh. Fine. When my meat was ready I had to go back in the queue to tell them what condiments I wanted?! A bit disappointed..

Nice place to eat, I normally go there 2 times per week, its a really fast-paced restaurant, really busy specially during lunch time. I really enjoyed todays visit every one was really nice and attentive, specially Eric at the tills, was a good sport and got the team to remake my sandwich which was dropped accidentally, in about 30 seconds. Nice food and nice people.

Im impressed by the progress that England has made in Mexican food in the last decade that Ive been visiting. Chilango is hands down the best mass market burrito in England and the best Ive had personally. It is reasonably passable to this son of Los Angeles. Yall still really got a long way to go though folks. Keep up the good work!
