The hotel definitely looks a lot more posh in the pics than in real.We got a room which was smelling badly and we had to request them to clean it again. The walls had fungus all over them.The receptionists are hardly approachable and responsive to any issues, queries or requests.The room rent we paid was 3500rs per night which seemed a little expensive considering weve earlier gotten way better rooms elsewhere for around 2000rs.The bedsheets and the duvet cover had stains on them so I had to get them replaced.The pool table costs 200rs per hour. The table tennis and carrom were free. There is hardly anything else to do at the hotel to chill.The breakfast was average.The hot water was available all the time so thats one good point.

Stay was good. staff helpful and polite. services were good. food was tasty but bit expensive. overall experience was wonderful. it is in the heart of city so everything is nearby. you can get cab very easily.

The property is good and well maintained, very close to the market and station but still on peaceful road. There are two swimming pool one on the ground floor and other on 4th floor rooftop which is very nice. The pool table (8 ball pool game) is chargeable 100 Rps for half hour. We reached 1 hour early and they checked us in without making us wait which is good also they allowed us to extent our checkout by an hour.

My wife and I were lucky to have visited Metropark, seemingly one of the best hotels Ive visited in Lonavala.Location: The location is pretty close to the market and easy to locate.Staff:Despite this, the hotel surrounding is not noisy at all. The staff is very courteous with literally a zero arrogance score and exceptionally helpful. ThereFood:The food was simply delectable. So much so we couldnt care less about our filled stomach. And trust me, we tried many dishes in 2 days stay.Room:We stayed in an executive suite. The room was HUGE and super comfy with an inbuilt jacuzzi, which is a pretty awesome and a unique concept. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because of a Jacuzzi problem which was rectified because of the active and optimistic involvement of the manager and staff alike. (I wish I could have given them a 6th star.).Amenities: Two swimming pools. (One on terrace! Thats wild!)Overall:After a tough pandemic time, my stay at Metropark was a pleasant experience, a one to remember.

The hotel is really clean and well organised.Staff is really polite and helpful.We were well explained with all the facilities and services avaliable before check in.Rooms were clean.Food was equally good.They have a small swimming pool which is clean and where you can enjoy with family and friends.The hotel is near to the ST bus stop and near to the main market so you can shop and even go for an evening walk.Over all a good experience, specially during covid. Staying here was as safe as being home.

The stay and the locality is good. situated at the heart of the town still peaceful. Food and Sevice was also nice. However the hotel management is not keen in to maintaining the rooms up to the promised standards. Fan Regulators were not working which may look like a minor problem but causes a lot of inconvenience. The Jacuzzi was not working and it basically was a bathtub.

Good location, Food ok, but cleanliness and hygiene average, service average. Rooms are not as fresh as you expect from hotel of this calibration. Not value for money.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. No issues with it. Although TV didnt work properly, after raising the concern, we were shifted to another room . Problem in the other room was intercom didnt work. So in order to have any room service had to go down and talk to the manager . The manager felt it was ok as we would check out the next day. The staff is irresponsible and doesnt bother. The main manager appears to be very rude and doesnt have the basic etiquette of guest management. Pls avoid the restaurant . Choose eating options nearby . BREAKFAST IS ALSO BETTER AVOIDED IN THIS hotel . Limited menue in the breakfast and not good. Opt for udupi hotel for food which is just opposite to this hotel.

Amazing hotel especially considering the price point. Employees, manager and the staff (Dinesh) were extremely helpful and friendly as well. Rooms were spacious and they also provide an extra mattress if needed. All rooms had been equipped with beverages and had hot water facilities with a mini fridge. On the exterior, the hotel had a large swimming pool with tables and benches across it and a sitting area. Brownie points for the hygiene, and the serene atmosphere combined with the scenic view. Loved the experience 💕

I could have given minus rating if it would have available. We had booked delux room for 2 nights... We had a worst experience. Staff is worst at their work. They dont respond on your call. You should forget about complementry coffee, water and toilet papers. Bad service. Breakfast is included but you will not get until 11.30am. Forget about your early plans. If you have any then leave that breakfast. (Food taste is worst, service is worst.)...

The ambience is perfect. But I have given 3 stars for the room service and cleanliness. We booked a Suit room but there was no tissue roll in the washroom, no daily changing of towels and no daily supplies of toiletries. But yes, the service is available only when you call them and request them twice or thrice. Apart from this, the food served was reasonable. Intercom response is quick. We have visited for 2 nights with our daughter and it was memorable one.The staffs are very polite but not that friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect.Superb experience, location wise perfect.

The walls were mold infested, I am allergic to spores which causes me fever and body pain..Requested for alternate room but was denied new room with justification of no room available.. I am not sure why rooms are not available when we booked hotel in prior and visited hotel before our check-in time..

Food, Service and Room gets a 4 star from my end. The hotel is very close to the Lonavala Market and behind Sunils Wax Museum. Every thing is at a walkable distance from this property. The pool could be better in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly responsive and is available when needed.

Nice property. Clean rooms. Courteous staff and largely prompt service. Parking space adequate. Excellent location in close proximity to railway station, bus stand and highway. Only drawback being their in house restaurant is currently not operational. The room service they are providing is expensive and slow at times. Else no complaints. The presence of many food options in the vicinity makes up for this drawback though. Recommended for a staycation when at Lonavala.

We stayed for 2 days. Rooms were clean and big in size. Service was also good. Two less 🌟 as we decided to take dinner at hotel only but tandoori roti/naan was not there at that time only chapati was option. Power cut is frequent though they have power backup but frequent switch of power is annoying. No balcony even after paying high price for executive suite. We asked for extra bath tub liquid that was also finished.

Its a very nice property which is centrally located close by market area. Rooms are provided with best rates, best food and very cooperative staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean...This is like our 10th visit here.. Recently i found one disadvantage that they dont provide electric kettle in the room anymore ... So if you wanna have warm mineral drinking water at room its not possible especially in this pendemic situation . But yaah we can ask for warm drinking water from staff but this doesnt guarantee that its mineral water..so it is big deal for me as guest😕
