We enjoyed here 1 night stay along with breakfast.We got our rooms on time and check out was also swift.Room was spacious with TV, AC and refrigerator all in working condition. Our room had small balcony through which pool was visible. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient options like Eggs to order, chicken sausages, Poha, Aloo Paratha, Idli Sambar, Cornflakes, Coffee/Tea and others too.Surely visit just for relax and calm stay with swimming pool. No section for kids to play other than Swing.They also have Spa facility.

Its a small cosy boutique hotel with personalized attention to service and personal touch. Staff is friendly. Ala carte food was delicious but the breakfast buffet could have been better. It has a small swimming pool good for kids or leisurely family dip for a water volleyball! Conference room left lot to be desired though. All in all a good boutique hotel at Lonavala.

Stay was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant serves good food. Rooms were very silent and people were respectful of each other. The food at the was also really great.

Location is average. No views. Housekeeping needs to improve. Getting a decent TV channel was really an issue. Mobile connectivity was poor, particularly for Airtel. Not a very good experience. Second time after Sarovar Portico, Ahmedabad. Expected better services from a branded hotel like Sarovar group.

The property is small and cozy. Access road and reachability is not an issue. Rooms (we stayed in a condo - D03) & Service standards are also good.However food spread and quality requires immense upscaling. Not in line with Sarovar Portico brand.Rating Stay at property is 5*. The hotel is small but well maintained, staff is less but nice and cooperative. Though the rent is on higher side as there are no amenities like indoor games, movie library,gym etc. Swimming pool is very small 3feet depth which is good for relaxation and not for swimming though its nicely maintained. They should provide amenities like indoor games,gym to justify their rent. It is close to railway station by auto takes 5-7min. Market by auto takes only another 5-7min. Though auto fare will be minimum 100₹ as they loot openly seeing you as tourist and its fix as they have a union there, so no point in fighting with them. Location is calm good for relaxation.

Stayed for 3 days as part of Business Meeting. Reached here by taking OLA from Mumbai (T2) Airport, around 2 hr journey.The hotel rooms are small but ok. The Buffet was good. There is a small park for the kids. Also there is a swimming pool.No gymnasium.

Dont take this place for a view, there is none here. Property is good but needs wider menu and availability. Wi-Fi doesnt work. They dont have alcohol permit, but they were kind enough to help us buy. Food & service definitely needs to be better than average to compensate for the lack of view.

Quite and seclude place to enjoy peaceful weekend vacation. Excellent desk and room service. Small but clean and cool swimming pool. Excellent restaurant. Superbly kept rooms with excellent air-conditioning. Clean bathrooms. Best of all it seems most economical especially in offseason times. Highly recommended for small families.

A good place to stay while at Lonavala. Nice , spacious and well laid out rooms. Cleaning and maintenance very good. Linens and towels perfectly cleaned. Breakfast , not large but good. Overall , it is the value of your money.

Nice Resorts to spend weekend. But dont go by its website images. It is good but not as per shown on website. Staff is also good. Small but good swimming pool. Food is also good. 4 stars as compared to its pricing.

The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is courteous. The hotel infrastructure and location is good too. Rooms lack basic amenities like toiletries, slippers. Morning breakfast had only aaloo paratha, idli, eggs, fresh fruits, juice, toast and cereal. The spread needs to be improved. Food is priced decently at the restaurant but lacks quality. This is a good hotel but it hasnt quite got it right with a lot of things. Hopefully they will take note of the suggestions and improve!

Overall very good experience. facilities were good. staff behavior was good. room was spacious and clean.hotel is 2kms away from main market that is the only disadvantage.food was average and costly.bar is not available in the hotel.

Had a very quite and serene experience at the hotel. spa was extremely good and relaxing. had a good time at the pool area as there were no other people around. .highly recommended it you want to spend time relaxing at the location.

The place seen in the pics looks quite spacious, its not the case.Room service was very poor. Telephone in the room was not working even after complaining about it many times they didnt bother to fix it. We had to go to till the reception to ask for services.Extra bedding provided by them is not very good.We had booked this hotel as its a sarovar group of hotels but the quality is not as per the brand name.

The hotel was designed very well and the staff and management was also very good. The swimming pool was too small to be enjoyed as an amenity.We had booked twin sharing room for 3 and the room was quite decent. We requested the manager for an upgrade as the king size bed room with a better view was available, but they told us that rooms were all booked!!None the less, will rate 3 star only because expected a nice swimming pool for such an expensive hotel but was disappointed with the pool. Breakfast was also decent enough( 4 stars for breakfast)A nice experience overall, but a bit expensive and 1.5 km away from kumar resort.Would suggest to book only if you have a private vehicle as local transport is not easily available.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was neat and clean with a nice pool view. Swimming pool was also maintained properly. Upon request, they decorated the room nicely for Bday celebration (with extra charges). Everything was great except that I had ordered heart shape pineapple cake and received basic round shape black forest cake but my spouse did not know what I had ordered earlier, so it went well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Photos exaggerate the views and the feel of the hotel.There is no view and it’s just a normal 3 star hotel. Clean rooms though

Nice boutique hotel, tucked away from maddening tourist rush in lonavala, yet very much accessible to main market. Excellent rooms and courteous staff makes it a vallue for money stay. Though there is scope in elaborating on meals spread, as at times people do feel its limited.

Being a chain it maintains certain values, amenities and hygiene which is good. Its a good mid range property with basic amenities and a small pool, parking place, decent size of room. It is located in the inner road and not on main road. Jus 5 mins from main road in car. If one has a planning to roam around lonavala and khandala then you can opt for this property.

Most pathetic Service.. the staff dont work after 10pm. If u need anything after 10pm go and get it urself. They gave me empty bottles and showed the way to water cooler. There are no fans in rooms and AC work on centralized setting for all rooms. I had to go to the basement to find the manager sleeping on floor and wake him up to help me with AC.. which didnt get resolve as it was after 10pm. Plz rethink and recheck before booking... a total holiday spoiler hotel.

It was a very good stay in Sarovar Portico Lonavala..Very clean and good ambience.We travelled with our 7 month old baby.Only thing is they should also improve the food quality a bit.And once food served In room they should come after an interval for room service.Rest all was fine..Good place..Spa was also good.

The rooms are good and cosy but the room was not ready when we arrived. Even though the check in time is 1 pm and we arrived more than hour late the room was still not ready. Breakfast is not included either. There are better options half the price of this one. Food menu isnt that great either. Very limited options..overall a below average experience.

Doesnt have liquor license till now. Otherwise room service and restaurant serving very fast. One more thing they are bit costiler after considering rooms ambience compare to same price hotels here in lonavala.

I had lot of expectations with this hotel but I was so disappointed. Location of the hotel was good but the room was stinking and chair was so dirty like it never cleaned. For the same amount there are better options in the lonavala.

The rooms were spacious and service prompt and caring. Can do with a better dining menu and amenities of a larger pool. The noise of the kitchen exhaust is disturbing otherwise rest is good

We stayed here for one night..we reached early around 11am and we got our room within a minute..rooms are very nice..neat and clean with a balcony facing the garden.pool is very small..they had good spread in breakfast..food was very nice.Its a very peaceful place..hardly in a distance of 5 to 10mins from the market..would definitely recommend this place..

A short description (knowing many other properties of this chain) would be - A tiny hotel. With only childrens pool (thats what I would call it, why even they have pool, the bath and wash area of pool was found dirty with dead roaches which scared my daughter to go and take batch before and after using pool) and really small Bathroom (separated bath area, but it end up splashing entire bathroom floor).Otherwise Room was as per standard. We liked the nicely done furtintures. Bed and pillows were soft.Parking wasnt sufficiently available keeping in mind a lot of people come to this place driving from Pune and Mumbai.Having stayed here, wouldnt come back.

Its small hotel packed amongst other nearby bungalows. At first look, the property didnt seemed like one of Sarovar properties - upon checking it was a franchise. I was surprised with Sarovar group s association though! The pool is quite small and chlorines usage was less that helped with no eyes burning but glad my family survived any probable infections.AC was funny to operate though and the room lacks fan, so be patient! Room carried dabba TV ;)Reception staff very polite, humble and interacted with my small kid :)Overall, I recommend stay for family over weekend but it is not worth the rack rate the hotel claims!

Rooms were clean and tidy, hotel seems to be understaffed, its a very small property, with little to no view as such.There was a constant humming noise through out the day in the passage, when we enquired, we were informed noise is due to solar water heater systems installed!Its a average hotel, if other options available try and avoid.

The hotel is a franchisee of sarovar. Located in Tungarli area. went there on starting day of monsoon. nice cozy rooms. check while booking to ensure you dont choose twin bed since they are the corner ones. I made this mistake.

1.Reception area- too many mosquitoes which do not allow guests or inmates to sit and chat.2. No lift- restaurant in basement and guests on first floor.3. Breakfast buffet spread limited.4. Limited play area for kids.5. No proper signage along approach roads to indicate location.

Although its not in the main market, its not very far. The view from the hotel was quite pleasant and services were quick. The meals offered by the inhouse restaurant was pocket friendly too.
