Hotel is good for family stay. It is situated at a good location which is very peaceful. Easy to Navigate on Google maps. Good staff and quick service. Clean and hygienic rooms. Entire hotel was clean and neat. Restaurant food charges are high.

Limited food Menu and charged room service charges on every single food bill. Even on order of 2 bottle of water. My suggestion for them to rethink on it. Otherwise we had wonderful experience and love the games options availablity. Thx

Pleasant place with peaceful ambience. The staffs are polite and helpful. The interior rooms and furniture are well organized and love to take photo shoots in all places along the corridor and steps as the wall painting and other antique arts are attached. The indoor games like table tennis, carrom board, chess and pool table are available. Kids can enjoy at play garden and adult can enjoy in swimming pool with crystal water. Cuisines are available in this resort but we prefer food outside at lonavala city. I recommend this play to stay at lonavala.

Silver Hills is a decent resort if you are looking to not spend too much. The staff are courteous and the service was good. The food in the restaurant was a surprise. It was quite good. The resort is good for families, with amenities like carom, pool, table tennis. The resort pool is fairly large. The room was comfortable but lacked amenities like a kettle and fridge. The beds were too small for the mattress and they didnt have the option of a queen bed for our room.

Good stay, good food, good service, good staff .. but anything & everything is chargeable. As example in food even things like onion plate, ice bucket all these things are also chargeable. Also they are very strict about restaurant timings & check in & check out timings..I feel they should be little lenient on timings.

This was our first trip out of Mumbai with our 1 year old and we booked this place for 2 days stay after reading some reviews. After staying here we extended our stay by a day more. I recommend this place to everyone. This place has very thoughtfully made amenities from swimming pool to play area to billiards to table tennis. Evening was fun filled with magic show and bingo. You will see the staff cleaning the premises in frequent intervals which is also very impressive.

Not value for money! It is an average hotel, far from the main city and still charges a lot! The manager refused to give us our choice of room and when we refused to stay another day he immediately was ready to give the room! So.. cannot trust them either. Breakfast was average! Rooms and small and bathroom is very small! There are many other options in Lonavala!

The rooms were average, we stayed in a large 4 person AC room with twin sharing beds. The restaurant food is nice and the service is prompt. Tandoor was not available. They have decent room service. The swimming pool is decent and of medium size with proper changing rooms. They have Pool, Table tennis, carrom board and chess available in their leisure section. Overall a decent resort but I think it is shadowed by Fariyas which is next to it.

This is a well maintained place tucked away a little away from the traffic.Service is stellar.The owner himself was present.The decor and ambience is curated and chic but not to plush.It left a good impression on us.

We had an awesome experience here in this small and cosy resort.Good location just adjacent to Fariyad resort and near to highway. Staff was friendly and courteous. Neat and clean swimming pool with baby pool and a small play area for kids. Limited food option as we had gone on weekdays and not much people were there. They have small gym, indoor play area with snooker, ludo carrom table tennis etc. For 1 day we had a great stay, kids enjoyed a lot.

Went for a mini vacation with a group of close friends and we were definitely amazed by this cozy and clean resort with decent rooms. Quite place, well maintained, clean rooms, very courteous staff. But food options are very limited, buffet service is practically missing unless hotel is better occupied. Food is cooked with Soyabean oil and if you are one among those sensitive to the smell of Soyabean Oil, you will stay hungry. Also they serve you cheese spread instead of butter.

Pathetic hotel in Lonavala. Property owner manager and Mr.bhavesh scream on guest and ask them to move out of property. Irresponsible behaviour and even do not bother to understand or listen guest views or suggestions.Manager of hotel and owner issue threat to your family if you give suggestion and even do not refund money of customers.Absolutely cheaters in hospitality industry.I request everybody to be careful while you book this property unless you wish to waste your money.

The location of resort is good, quite from Lonavala hussle, in winters it must be really a pleasant stay here. Good property, clean rooms, OK OK food which is damn costly. They provide complimentary 2 x 500ml bisleri water bottles for guests in room. Ample parking for guests, helpful staff. The swimming pool there is good, they also have some more indoor games for time pass. Close to all near by tourist spots in Lonavala. You need to have your own vehicle if you want to come here or travel back as no auto available outside. There is no view as such just in good quiet spot in midst of nature.

The hotel is easy accessable and good located. The rooms are also good with all electronics in working condition. The space is good and bathrooms are also pretty clean. Since we stayed only one night, i could not say more about it and even didnt used much of their services, but overall seems to be good.

We just had night stay here, wish could have extended. The Hotel and its services are mind blowing, amazed the way cleanliness is maintained. From our check-in to check-out, we did not find a single issue from the staff or manager. Excellent Hotel and StaffThis is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Regarding services/amenities:1-Blanket are like railway-is it hotel or train!!!2-No hot water in washbasin, hot water comes in shower after you waste 1&half bucket of water!!! 3-Towels are not of good quality at its like so much used and feel very old4-Curtains are just clothes, no back cloth. Hence room is not dark and light comes. You forced to wake up early. 5-Lighting in the room at night is very poor all yellow lights and not enough for reading book or writing. You do not feel comfortable at all6-King bed or Queen bed is just name shake, they combine two mattresses together so you cant sleep properly with your loved once7-They do not provide baby coat or even any alternate for this. Instead they gives you rude answer and offers extra mattress for 1000 Rs. A day8-Table or study table light does not work9-Mattresses are kept on wood bed but wood corners are little bigger than mattresses so when you walk around. Your knees of lag gets hurt10-No hanger behind any door or on wallRegarding location:Nothing is available around this hotel (I call it as hotel not resort) except a shop who sells Misal bread as breakfast. Also the street road to the main road is like ups and downs. So when you go from Hotel you will have face this and its not easy to walk in this situation.

This hotel is located at a decent location. The entrance, the reception area, stairs,corridor,indoor games, swimming pool bedroom, everything are exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Especially bedroom, bedsheet, pillow covers, bathroom are very well maintained. It was the way i wanted.. I loved it... Guys go for it for a nice & decent stay without any 2nd thought

Suggestion: The hotel should be a bit more linient when it comes to pricing. Things like charging Rs.50 for 2 tooth brushes,10% service charge for having food in your room, paid pool table etc feel a bit cheap. They cannot retain customers like this. But overall a good experience.
