Hotel staff and service spoil your stay at this good property.Staff:- Denied check-in (apparently they cancel all bookings done through booking.com); although later gave us a room after all fellow visitors created a scene.- we are sorry is their motto 😏. Good hotel for a family within budget. ample parking.on 15th November 2010, first day breakfast served was of very tasty and was different fruits, juices etc.but on 16th breakfast served was so so and was not up to the expectations.As a family we enjoyed two nights stay. Swimming pool was neat and clean.My three years old grandson enjoyed a lot playing in swimming pool.Market is within walkable distanceIn short, good stay for a family for short vacation.

It was bad experience overall. Not at all value for money. Food: It was below average. All food served was cold and not up to the mark, even tea was cold. My personal suggestion is to skip having food here. Room : It was average considering pricing as basic facilities like TV and Fridge was not working at start. Soap and other items provided in room were of poor quality, everything was provided just for sake of providing. Other amenities : We didnt use it much but swimming pool, game zone, kid garden area are something nice to look for. Hospitality : Usually staff played major role but they failed miserably as they didnt looked welcoming to us. 1. No photo spot area inside hotel.2. Major privacy issue as room service dont ask permission to clean up room even if youre at the hotel.

Easy to locate. Good rooms, excellent 24/7 hot water. Polite, cordial front desk. Only problem I faced was the laundry timings and the food options. This place is good for non-vegetrians, I being the veg one couldnt find many suitable ones. Overall good. Easy to book.

This is the second time, I booked my family holiday trip here. The rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. The staff is also very polite and helping. The food quality is very awesome. You will get a variety of breakfast. In this COVID -19 situation they are maintaining the hygiene very much. Love to come here again and again.

Located on the main highway, approx 5 mins drive from the expressway exit. Ample of parking available, both open and covered. They have installed a sanitising booth at the entrance, which left me impressed. All staff were wearing masks. The room is as described in the pics, extremely clean and feels airy with big windows. There is a pool and a games room, but all are closed in keeping with the new covid norms. We ordered only room service and the food was excellent. Breakfast was served late and staff could improve on this aspect. But overall, had a wonderful relaxing time. Will surely visit again and highly recommended.Clean rooms, hot water, centrally located

The place is good.They have big, neat n clean rooms.U will get tea maker along with milk n coffee powder, also tea bag. 2 water bottles (half liter each) in your room as complementary.Game room available on ground floor.Separate parking for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers.They have Garam Masala (restro & bar) on 1st floor. Ambience and food quality was good.rates are bit high.They also have SPA on 4th floor ( have to pay separately)Swimming pool, with garden.Breakfast served in morning from 8.30 to 10.Variety of options available for breakfast.Only issue I faced was about the light. Once they have power cut. Generator takes almost 30 to 40 sec to supply the power. So till that time complete blackout. Hope they will look into the issue and get that resolved.Overall a decent stay. 😊

Unethical ways to grab customers.Felt trapped going by the online reviews. Renovation work is going on due to which Swimming pool, kids play zone, garden area are not available for use. Despite of booking rooms onsite , reception didnt bothered to inform about unavailibility of these service. Its not ethical at all. Spent entire day in hotel room. Not recommended on ethical grounds.House keeping staff deserves a star.Please do check the current status before booking

Everything about this place is good. The rooms , the decor and cleanliness. The food is excellent and the service is the icing on the cake. The staff is attentive to all your requests. We went to this place for the second time. As we liked it first time. The staff is courteous. Biggest problem is they are not following covid protocols properly. Surface sanitizers was missing and no one was checking temperature

A very clean and beautiful hotel. A perfect place for family, couples, singles, group vacation.The hotel has car parking, a small swimming pool, garden area and kids play area. There ndoor play area which has Billboard and football board. A Gym and Spa is also there on the 4th Floor. There is a Bar also inside.The hotel has a Separate Veg Only Restaurant AASWAAD. The hotel also serves Non-Veg dishes served in a separate area. The food is delicious and finger-licking.The hotel has a two Conference Rooms (a very big one with a capacity of around 100 and a small one with a capacity of around 25+ and a Board Room for around 12 pax) suitable for meetings, seminar and conference. A very good place for marriage, birthday or any other functions.I have stayed here more than 20 times. Its like a second home away from home for me at Lonavala. The inner and external scenery is also very beautiful.A very safe place to stay. Staffs are vigilant even at night time. The hotel management is very concerned and serious about the safety of the customers. Once during my previous stay with my family, some singles who were staying opposite our room and they were drunk and screaming at midnight. When objected, they started making indecent gestures. The hotel manager adviced them to go inside their room but they created a scene there. The Manager immediately called police and removed them.The counter staffs, pantry staffs and housekeeping staffs are very good and friendly.I would recommend this hotel to all age group of people.

Very good hotel. Good facilities and service. We had booked a twin sharing room and would be happy if the rooms were little more spacious. Food is very tasty. We had buffet breakfast on both days and were very happy with the taste and variety. But again buffet area may become crowdy at times. Overall nice stay and food.

Convenient location near to the main market. Walkable distance to Bus depot and main market. Restaurant in the hotel has timing to serve food so check the timing before planning anything. Even swimming pool timing is till 6 pm. Room was ok with everything working properly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to get your own vehicle if you plan to check out near by places since auto rickshaws are very expensive and does not charge as per govt rates.

The hotel stay was sure a memorable experience..Has a beautiful mountain view from the rooms..Close to the market as well as the Khandala lake too. The staff are extremely helpful and prompt...The breakfast buffet has a good spread of South Indian and Maharashtra food. The place by the pool and the play area are a sure hit. Pool can be insulated to be a little warm as it quite impossible to use the outdoor pool in the winters...Overall a very nice and safe place to stay with your families.

Called for an enquiry and booking the girl on receptionist said will call within 10 min and she didnt even called back and received my calls yet calling again.. pathetic service should look into this concern

Best and Budgeted hotel in nearby market area and railway station. Rooms are good. Twin sharing room are small but suite room are large. Breakfast is complementary and is good with variety of items. Lunch and dinner are in hotel restaurant. Interior of all room are good. Please ask for toiletries they will provide you if not in room. Good use of sunlight in hotel common area. Gym area well equipped. Game zone need to improve with more game. Swimming pool is little bit enough but its well maintained. Book this hotel if you want stay nearby market and railway ststion.

The location is outstanding! Right in the midst of the city Center, this is a quality option in Lonavala. Great service was provided by staff. Good facilities available in hotel. Quick check in. Amazing service. They have great in house restaurants - Garam Masala (Veg & Non Veg) ok first floor and Pure Veg on ground floor(with different name). It takes some time till you get your order but they food is really good. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was also great! Overall a great stay.

Great place... Very clean, quiet and cool place. The staff was very warm and co- operative. Food is good, slightly on the expensive side but good. Breakfast buffet was good.. the only issue I could find was that they seem to be a bit short in thirty room service staff, so dont expect a quick room service each time you call there will be times when you will have to call more than once .

During lonavala visit. I choose this hotel by seeing some good reviews. After 2 days stay, here is my honest review.Hotel Grand Visava is bit away from main market and close to highway road. Hotel rooms are good and clean ( but during my check-in few stuffs where missing like tea-maker, dustbin which they provided after i noticed them).They have 2 restaurants attached within their hotel one is pure veg and another one is non-veg.I preferred to eat in my room only. I ordered dinner. Their service was quick and food was also delicious. Price of food you will definitely find high and its same throught hotels in Lonavala.Next morning was breakfast time and I took buffet breakfast. Dish Varities were limited, but overall food taste, price you will pay for buffet is good to go.Overall stay was pleasant.Little bit improvements required.My final rating is ⭐⭐⭐

Its a good restaurant with very good free parking facility in crowded Lonavala, Rooms r good and clean, TV bathroom amenities are well maintained. I want to mention the cleanliness of room n overall in hotel premises is really good. Food is good with veg n non veg variety. They have small swimming pool, game zone , bar restaurant. I had very good stay over here. The only thing room was lacking is chair and early morning room service ( even after 7am) is bit slow. They have gym n spa but I did not go there. Overall experience is really good.

Went with my family. when we checked in they said rooms are booked and only 2 rooms are available now and their is paste control going on on rest of the 2floors. i was not happy with the room but then as we made full payment online thru MMT i had no other option but to take the room. There was one girl at reception who was not aware of anything. we had a free breakfast option. we have been informed that the breakfast will be down in between 8 to 10am but when we came the buffet was not arranged as the reception girl said, i dont know as i just came and as there is only 3 family in the hotel there is no buffet and u can order whatever you want out of the today menu. well that is ok and we got what we wanted but the same person has informed us the previous day that the ALL ROOM ARE BOOKED.on the same day since morning we were in hotel and went out side around 4pm and came with 2 hours. at the evening when i went for bath in between the water has stopped. when my husband call at reception they - bhaskar gawade said the water tank cleaning activity is going on. when he asked y we have not been informed about this.on that he said we tried calling you on the room number but no1 has answered. and he was very rude to us. my husband asked for a bucket of hot water. the guy from Reception name Bhaskar Gawde said will send it. we waited for 10min n again called. he asked us u want normal water or hot. the guy from room service came to our room asking sir what do want. my husband said hot water. the guy left n came with normal water bucket. this entire activity took 45min to get me hot water bucketwith such a cold atmosphere 20 degree.as they had only 2-3 families they were very irresponsible abt us. it is like we wasted our so much money and spoil our trip.Really disappointed with the front staff. I think the owner should take action and keep some responsible staff on front desk. Rest the other staff and services were good.

A very nice hotel here in lonavala, serves punjabi food which is also very good. When there is a question for ambience, no doubt the place can be rated 9.5 outta 10!! Staff service here is also courteous, overall 9 outta 10!

Nice experience. They have a nice garden where my 2yr old enjoyed a lot.Amenities are good,little bit of problem in getting hot water on time have to waste a lot of water after which hot water flows in.Food and other services are good.overall a gud experience.however plz have some extra locking system from within d room.my 2 year old could easily open the door n the additional lock.ofcourse we have to keep an eye on our kids but if the locking system from within is improved,we can stay tension free.

Its a nice place to stay. Breakfast included was so good. Its near by to the old highway and the railway station. Small room with pool table and other games is available with timings. Swimming pool, gym and spa is available. Gym is small in size but have all the required equipments. Over all nice place to stay but if you are looking for location far from the city then its not the correct one. Excellent choice for ones who are looking for connectivity and road touch.

Sometimes, you see good, artistic photos of a property on the internet. But, when you actually visit the property, you tend to get disappointed by the actual view. This property doesnt give you any such disappointment or unwanted surprises. It is a very decent hotel to stay. The hotel has 2 restaurants inside. Out of which, one is strictly vegetarian. The rates are also very economic. The staff is polite. The location of the property is a plus point. It is at the heart of the Lonavala city. All in all, its a very nice and decent hotel to stay .
