I had an emergency and I had to cancel my appointment several hours before scheduled. When I called they said it was OK no problem. A week went by and they contacted me by phone to ask me when I wanted to reschedule I said the beginning of August. She told me then that I would have to leave another $100 deposit because I didn’t tell them 48 hours in advance. It was certainly unprofessional for them to not have told me when I cancelled that my hundred dollar deposit would be void, and the fact that they didn’t tell me I had to give them another hundred to make another appointment. I won’t be dealing with them again. MUNKMD all the way.

I went a month ago for lip injections and the non-surgical nose job with nurse Melissa. I am really satisfied with the results, shes the best! Ive been here twice to get my lips done with Michelle (it was my first time). Ive had an amazing experience! I am someone who has a phobia of needles and I get super lightheaded around them, and I voiced that to Michelle. I went to the clinic with my husbandIt looked super clean, classy a very elegant place that you felt confident putting your body in their hands.The service was amazing as I was greeted with and excellent quality espresso.My first appointment was with Melissa who was very nice a professional.My husband asked questions to make sure We were in good hands and she answer all of them patiently.So there we are as my husband got his forehead lines done.When my turn came I expressed I desired to look less tired and to retouch my lips, I also addressed my issue of having to retouch every 3 months therefore she recommended I visited Dr. Damian Naqvi whom was very professional at first glance yet the more I spoke to him the less confident I felt as he was talking bad of all the other Dr. and clinics I had previously visited.And to be honest his job ended way worst than everything else I had experienced and very expensive as normally I pay 50% less than what he charges for a better jobHe insisted on my lips only being retouch probably after 4 months and they only lasted 4 days. So I called back asked to see him and I was denied as he was always busy and by the time he agreed to see me again there was a misunderstanding with my pricing for my seringue.Anyhow what made me mad and what makes me want to warn you is that this doctors pretends to be the best thing out there trashing on other people’s careers with such arrogance therefore I just want you to be careful if you ever visit this clinic.Thank you for reading

If they screw up your lips with injections you gotta pay again to correct them! I have been using fillers for years now and have been tried many clinics. Everytime I ask informations about a service or a product, they are very patient and answer all your questions. After going to a dozen places and being disappointed with the lack of professionalism and bad work, I finally found THE place that’s like no other. The staff is extremely professional, they take good care of you and most importantly they know what they’re doing.Of course it isn’t cheap. But would you really trust someone who charges hundreds of dollars less than the average market price? No me neither. I’ve learned with the years that prices are all relative to what kind of services and results you get.I like that every time I go there, whoever I see really takes their time. I don’t feel rushed and I have plenty of time to ask questions and get reassured if I have any concerns.The only thing that bothers me a little is that they ask you to pay in advance. It makes me feel like a peasant right before getting my 800$ injectables (if you know what I mean).I have been getting fillers, botox and peelings there and I’m more than happy of the outcome every time. I now go to the clinic. I was very stressed because I wanted an increase in the lips but I had 2 fairly visible scar on the lips. Another surgeon refused to tell me that I would need an operation. A friend referred me to this clinic and at each appointment the employees treated us with care. Michelle the nurse at my first Rv was able to put me in confidence. I had the chance to meet the doctor who guided the nurse for my treatments, what a professionalism of their by. I recommend this clinic.

Warm welcome and very attentive staff, however, I came to inject my lips, the nurse advised me to make a full syringe for my first time, the result was very natural, even too small for 1 full syringe . The nurse did not show me the name of the product or the amount she put in the syringe. I have paid the price of a full syringe and I highly doubt that it will inject all the product that I paid for. They also charge you before the treatment.After two months my lips have already lost everything! The product does not stay and the results do not appear at all for the price. I had to go back to another clinic 3 months later, much more professional, they show you all the products they use and show you that they have filled the full syringe well and well. Before and after they show you the syringe, this time I use a half syringe and wow the result 10000x better, my lips are much luscious and more beautiful with a half syringe, how is it that a syringe complete didnt even give half the result i had ..? In short I am not the 1st to say it but unfortunately the results only last 2 - 3 months if it is not less and I do not think that they inject the quantity requested and paid .. I do not recommend naked universe face for lip injections, I am very disappointed as much for the result as for the price, I pay 1 full syringe for NOTHING.

I had my first appointment in this clinic a few days ago and I have nothing but positive to learn from this experience. The person who made my consultation and treatments (Caroline), put me at ease from the start. She first asked me about the objectives of my meeting and then offered me the different treatments available to me. She took the time to explain each of the treatments and the expected results to me.The next day, I received a call from the clinic to check if everything was going well and if I had any questions. In 14 days, I will return for follow-up treatment.As for the results, they are already apparent and surprised me wonderfully!

Very disappointed with the management response. The law has changed for those who receive Botox injections for medical purposes. Group insurance now only reimburses the Botox part and not the injection part. The management does not want to detail my bill for my group insurance ... What exactly are they afraid of ... Ill let you guess !!!

I say nothing because I do not know but after she say come back in a month we can add .5ml ... what I think about it DOING TO MAKE MESS TO GO BACK AND REJECT!
