I am absolutely disgusted by the awful service by Trevi, my spa is Brand New, not even a year old and its already broken(COMPUTER SPA BROKE). The Trevi technician came and LEFT without fixing my problem, promised it would be fixed before the end of the week and now is cancelling on me saying he has no time and maybe next week, I cannot get a straight answer. I have never seen such horrible service in my life, I will not be recommending them to ANYONE!

I went for a water test, they gave me the wrong product, my pool got worse. I went back, didnt refund for extra wrong product they gave me, and gave me PH decreaser. My pool still not well. Will just use shock treatment and go to club piscine at this point. Now I see why your store has nobody in it everytime I go. Terrible service. Have some pride in your work. I spent over 120$ on products and my pool is still awful

Super bad after sale service. The technician they sent to close my pool did a very bad job, and now my thermal pump is leaking since May. On top, Trevi refused to recognize the legal warranty they are obliged to honor, and pointed me to Hayward for further follow up on repair/replace... Trevi is the worst company ever to deal with

I can’t believe this is considered one of the biggest pool contractors!!! The service is terrible so far, twice I call the Laval store and they hang up the phone in your face! The guy following up with me, came rang the bell and did not wait to open, when I called him he said I saw your house from our and you have no access to backyard, which is wrong. There is an access near Neighbour which he didn’t bother to even wait and ask! I called back to follow up, another guy tells me you have to come in store now!!! Horrible horrible service .. moving away to another coming

Our shopping experience at the Trevi store off the 440 in Laval was simply fantastic. The price to quality ratio beats all other retailers, and the service is incredible. We were purchasing a considerable amount of furniture, and Camille spent a couple of hours with us on 2 separate days helping us make the best decision. Her patience and knowledge of the products offered was beyond compare.

Called to inquire about warranty and was told to pay 86 dollars for a technician and I would have to pay more afterwards. They didont understand my issue or ask for the invoice. Ive never deal with a more belligerent service department. Stay away from Trevi. What a bunch of crooks.

Terrible after sales service. The so called Trevi technician had no idea how to install a new salt cell system. He did not even bother removing the old one. I asked him how this installation will work. He said he has no idea. I sent a complaint to Trevi weeks ago. I still have not received a response.

I got an inspector from the city, and he pointed out some mistakes, related to safety, from the installation and told me that Trevi should know all this.Trevi said it is not there fault, and we have to pay more money for them to fix their installation.Now Im at a riak of getting a ticket from the city, just because Trevis installation team does not work by the safety code, like any other professional does.Regarding the same issue, the installation team said (literally)If you ask me to install the pool in your neighbours yard, I would do it.Very unprofessional.Worst attitude.We heard the words I dont care, you have to pay.Although we mentioned to them to installa the pool 1 meter away, they did not!Now they want us to pay them to fix their mistakes.Very very dissatisfied.The guy came in showing off with his 45 years of experince in pools installation. Which was good news to hear.He ended up doing begginers mistakes, by not respecting the laws.He said that I am supposed to know all the laws, and I was supposed to tell him that he did something wrong.Usually, a professional should know the dos and donts when it comes to his field code of work.They should tell what complies with the law and what does not.

The problem is that I cant put zero stars, because thats what Trevis service is. I agree with the other reviews saying that all they care is to make fast money out of you. I purchased my pool at mid April, installation date was for mid June, after 2 weeks of said date, the installation team arrived to my place to tell me theyre refusing to proceed with pool installation, due to electrical code violation. If Trevi wanted to be professional to their customers, they should arrange a visit of a specialist to check all potential electrical codes and city regulations that apply. I spoke with a manager, that told me if I change to something else, I will get it at September, as you understand, I canceled my order, I hope my review will help everyone, Trevi is just too bad, one of classic companies playing the game of If you dont ask we wont tell you.

Bought car shelter 2 winters ago. it was unsewn so i sent an email in april 2021. kept on calling for news and sending emails. finally in mid sept the said to bring it in to have it fixed. they cannot guarantee for it to be ready for 1st of oct since i have paid someone to have it installed and cannot change the date. manager in laval did not seem to care and did not offer any solutions. i used to buy everything there but from now on will go elsewhere

If I can put 0 stars I would. Trevi Laval on the 440, offer the worst after sale service ever. They do not respond to calls or return calls. My experience is that once you get hooked with them and they get your money, you are forgotten to them. Very bad service. When they take your money, do not expect any help afterwards. They do not care at all about their customers after they take your money. Honestly this is the worst buying experience I have had in a long time. I am very disappointed. Pretty sure I’m going legal with this.Go elsewhere!!!

O stars if I could. They delivered the pool June 16 its July 5th they have not come to install yet and dont have a answer on when they will be coming. It was supposed to be installed on 27. Ive called many times left messages for a supervisor no answer. I have to stop all the yard work put everything on hold until they come. The pave guy got canceled and probably wont be able to come back until agust.They least you can do is call and say your not coming or give me a date. Worst experience save yourself time and go to another company

Very bad service. When they take your money, do not expect any help afterwards. They do not care at all about their customers after they take your money. We bought a pool. They do not explain anything. You are completely on your own. Half the instructional videos they post in YouTube are French and half are English. They are not even clear either. Honestly this is the worst buying experience I have had in a long time. I am very disappointed and feel completely ripped off.

She did not rush us and knew when to leave my husband and I when we needed to discuss things.I am telling all my friends that they should buy high quality products from Trevi, as this is where I will be shoppng from now on.

Trevi Laval on the 440, offer the worst after sale service ever. They do not respond to calls, and if you need to repair something, it takes ages to receive it back. My experience is that once you get hooked with them and they get your money, you are forgotten to them. Go elsewhere to save yourself a lot of frustration - pandemic lame excuse or not-.

Its a good place, you can find a great variety of products for your pool and everything for the back yard. The only thing is that everything keeps getting more and more expensive. The price for products for monthly maintenance of the pool, for example, is rising yearly like if it was petrol, at some point it will be imposible to pay.

Ive recently purchased an inground pool from Trevi Laval. Im having issues with one of my LED pool lights , there is water that went into the light and is now not working. It must have been installed wrong because the other one is working just fine !I went directly to the store and they told me we cant help you , you have to call customer service. So I called customer service just to be told that my light is not guaranteed and if I want to fix it, its going to cost 150$ service call plus parts and labour. HORRIBLE customer service I highly DONT recommend anyone buying anything from Trevi !!Customer service simply doesnt exist !!!!!!!

Amazing, caring company and experience. Murielle Pitre in the above ground parts and warranty was just amazing. I purchased a Rockley 24 x 52 above ground last march 2020. We enjoyed our pool and it provided the perfect getaway in my backyard, for my family during the pandemic. My pool installer when winterizing my pool, got water on top of my tarp and me having no instructions or knowledge of winter pools didnt know to pump it, I do now. The tops broke off the pool all the way around, and my pool installer said he could not get parts till the end of the year, so no pool this summer!! We were upset to say the least. In comes Murielle Pitre and Trevi, upon calling her she immediately told me they would help and replaced all the parts plus extras, gave me a direct line to an installment specialist to help. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I cannot express my gratitude and thank you doesnt seem sufficient!! However, Thank you Murielle and Trevi, you made my kids summer...again!!

If I have a choice of zero star i wont regret to put it.The worst customer service ever.Ill tell briefly what happened.We called Trevi to come fix a problem under warranty. When we opened the pool before their service visit , we saw that there is crack on the skimmer.Yesterday they came to fix the problem, I told them about the skimmer. So, they fix it.Today i received a call from Trevi to pay for the skimmer and service. I was explaining to her what happened with the skimmer and telling her that I follow the instruction on the trevi video closing the pool. She kept telling me that trevi didnt close the pool so they dont know what happened during the closing is that mean Im a liar.They charged me one hour service for the skimmer however they came originally to fix a problem under warranty. And the end she told me that another customer is waiting for her on the phone and she wants to hang up and I have to pay.She was soo tough and unprofessional.

I regret giving this company my business. the sales person was very nice but I had issues with the machine 3 days after buying it and when the technician called me he was very rude and disrecpectful, ZERO ZERO professionalism and class literally told me....I dont know what you dont understand!! I dont give information on the phone and didnt wanna tell me what the issue was with my machine, said you dont know how to operate it and said I dont give information you got to read the manualVERY disrecpectul im surprised this compnay would let a guy like this call back clients....I cannot believce it!! please do not give them your money

Horrible customer service, after closing my pool last year with trevi and when opening this year we found they made two nail sized chips in the sides, when asking to fix it they told us they had to wait for the right temperature and while calling in May they told us to wait two months till July. Can’t believe they don’t prioritize mistakes on their end but will charge hundreds of dollars to change speakers and lights the week after you call. Don’t expect to get any customer service after you purchase a pool or spa.

Shady and confusing process for our in-ground pool, lots of point of contact, you almost have to manage the process yourself. Lots of costs are added along to project that could have easily been highlighted in the beginning. For 50K$ I would expect much better service. Everyone we interacted with were very nice, but with wrong information on date, price etc...

After 1 month waiting on car shelter (delivery was supposed to arrive 3-4 weeks), I call and Im told that they cancelled my order. I can see the transaction on my credit card since day 1. Simply a nightmare, you will take all the promises at the beginning and then you have to run to contact one after the other to have your stuff done. Started by not making the plans as it should be , city refused it and I had to pay 1500$ to sub-contractor to do the grading plan for me and Trévi said it’s your problem not ours.3 weeks late to start the project , charged me around 800$ more as I have a cement slab on the spot or the excavator will leave the site, the project manager didn’t tell anything about that when he pass with me 1 hour on site to discuss the project. Materials arrived Missing some parts , another week of wait, heater is not available, another month waiting, finally ended by sending the wrong one ( propane and I have requested a natural gas ). You call the company to ask for what your missing, they send you to the project manager, project manager send you the sales man and the cycle continues. Ended by doesn’t have the salt water system, I have to buy it elsewhere and I pay for it 1500$ and they reimburse me only 1000$.Simply a disaster, never think about it or you will regret alot.

We purchased an 18 foot above ground Trevi pool in 2012. We live in upstate NY. The pool survived a micro burst storm and just tore the liner and cracked a top rail when the 500 lb tree limb was blown onto it. It was relatively easy ordering parts. My advice would to be order extra hardware (screws) and a few top panels. It has been a fantastic pool and still looks new after 8 years.

They threw empty coffee cups and POP cans all over the place with zero regard or respectLastly expect to argue with your neigbours because the job will drag on for months when it should take two weeks and they dont care about you neighbors property either, they will drive all over it and make it a mess.Staff Is always passing the buck you do not know who is in charge and when.Not to mention defects in The install that get ignored and your told they will go away on their own. All in all the experience at Trévi was 5/5. Due to covid-19 there were major delays in the production & installation of our Illumi hot tub but the wait was well worth it!We are beyond satisfied and happy! Our sales representative Martin Parent who works at the Laval location was amazing. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right spa for our needs. He guided us through the process gave us some pointers and has been there since day one answering all our questions, being patient with us while we were impatient with the delays and helping us post delivery with the water balance and overall care of the tub. He’s taken the time to call us in his own time to regulate the chemicals etc!!The installation process was also very swift, prompt and exactly as we expected.We are in ❤️ with our hot tub! Honestly we don’t know why we never had one in the first place! We received it on dec 22,2020 and we’ve been soaking in it every day- some days even twice! It truly feels like a vacation in your own back yard!Martin- thank you again for all your efforts, honesty and help!Also- thank you to Mathieu Langlois, the general manager of Trévi, for also being patient with us, and always taking the time to reply to us with our thousands of emails and phone calls! Great sales service delivery etc. However 2 weeks after installation our heat pump stopped working. Trevi basically washed their hands saying it was now under guarantee and we needed to wait for Hayward to replace compressor etx. So we lost 3 weeks of phone calls, follow up and chasing Hayward while Trevi just sat back and collected the $$$. Definitely will not go to Trevi to purchase any pool accessories or outdoor furniture.

Horrible experience. Was never informed about what and when work would be done. All I got was a flyer about the work and steps involved. How the work was done in a different order than in the flyer.Excavators were not careful and did more damage than necessary. Also left a mess and discarded tools in my yard.Installers were rude. Foreman verbally insulted works. I got different often contradictory information whenever I called for updates and clarification.Wire for pool lights was not rated to go underground. Trevi insisted it didnt matter.After concrete was poured I asked if it needed expansion joints. Was told no. So I had the permanent fence installed. Then yesterday I come home and find that the expansion joints were cut into the concrete. I was not told anyone would come. They entered my yard without my knowledge or consent. Since fence was installed the expansion joints couldnt go the whole wayRegret the whole experienceEDIT: things are worse. Service is horrible they dont care about the customer. I have called five times about my filter that keeps leaking. They have come three times (after a lot of run around) spent a total of 30 minutes combined fixing it and saying its fine now should not happen again. Guess what it keeps happening. ZERO STARS!!!!

We purchased our salt spa 8 years ago, from a local small business dealer, had it professionally opened and closed every season, had wonderful, courteous service, and were completely satisfied. Two years ago, it was bought over by TREVI, and weve had nothing but problems ever since. The contractor TREVI hired to service its clients, SOLUSPA, improperly winterized our spa. Almost $2000.00 later, and still experiencing the same problems, TREVI, and SOLUSPA, absolutely refuse to resolve these issues, and claim no responsibility whatsoever, for what was clearly their incompetence. They could care less about good customer service, and dont even try to negotiate to come to a mutually satisfactory result. STAY AWAY FROM TREVI AND SOLUSPA!

UPDATE:This is an updated review (You can find below my previous review regarding the purchase experience). I started the SPA after installed, all went as expected. I had very small issues (like when of the lights not turning on, WIFI connectivity) but the support team was awesome, they came within 2 days to my house, they resolved all the issues on the spot, the light was disconnected inside the spa so they connected it, they replaced my WIFI module to make it work, they adjusted few things I requested from them, very professional team. All in all, I would certainly recommend Trevi as a place to purchase your SPA, I had a great experience pre and post purchase. One more thing to add, Katrin Roger did an excellent job all along the way and she responded promptly to my communication via emails. Thank you!INITIAL REVIEW:I was advised by a friend to visit this branch as I wanted to purchase a SPA and Katrin Roger was awesome, very friendly, and explained the steps entailed in the purchase. Trevi,My husband and I are unfortunately very disappointed in your customer service.One of your agents was not only unwilling to answer questions about your warranty policy, but then actually hung up on him when he requested to speak with a manager.Not only is this insulting as we are struggling to resolve an issue with a pool your company installed, but the person representing you is doing nothing to keep your customer base.Time to re-evaluate your business practices.If I could give less than one star, I would.

It is their luck that competition in the area is lacking cause they would surely be out of business. They are expensive, service is very lacking, water tested. tried to order needed chemicals online and the only thing worse than there in store experience is there website.. Awful customer service. our pump stopped working after one year. Brought it to fix, told us it would take 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later, we pick it up after being told it was fixed but the customer service representative couldnt explain what was wrong in the first place. We brought it home, same day, didnt work again, same problem. Trying to call,on hold forever and no answer to our email.

We purchased the pool from the Laval store in July 2020. The sale was smooth and fast so we can sign the papers. The install date was scheduled for the week of August 23rd. I was ok with that, telling them that I will take my vacation specially for this and thinking that it would be a great gift for my daughter.Anyway, they delivered the pool last week of July. I tried to call them the days after to confirm the install date with no success. The sales agent was as rude as can be (when she felt like answering the emails) and the idea was youll get it when youll get it.I called the install service on the 23rd and they told me it will happen this week, depending on the weather and they will inform us 1-2 days in advance if there is no rain.All the days between Monday and today (Thursday) it was less rain that in the Sahara desert and still no sign from them. Hard to believe that they will call for Friday. I will contact them after 10am (weird hour to start the daily schedule).Not to say that the backyard access was all the time blocked with the skid (I dont know why they dont keep it in the warehouse until the install date).Update, Friday, August 28th - As expected, nothing happened. I called yesterday and I asked if is there a chance to come Friday. Their answer was kind of not really because it might rain. When I started laughing and telling them that didnt rain the whole week she said that it rained Monday morning. What a joke!Anyway, I am sorry that I picked up Trevi for my pool. I have neighbors with better results using the other big company that I will not name, but it has POOL and CLUB in their name.So, lets support the local businesses! They couldnt care less about the clients...Update, same day - The company rep answered with the same crazy weather statement. Let me tell you that I used to work a lot outside and no serious company will complain about 2-3 minutes of rain. Even so, what about Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday???? Or for Trevi the work week starts with Sunday and ends with Monday...Maybe since we are so many with different issues, we can organise as a group and make a OPC complain.Before closing this I need to be honest and say that during the process I had a really elegant email exchange with Mr Stephane Parent. But looks like he is just a piece in the puzzle. He is not in charge of the installation or delivery department. At least this is what he told me.Update, Friday, August 4th - The show must go on!The incredible journey is in progress. I will present the facts and I will not comment too much for now. Too many things to say and I will keep them for the end, whenever that will be..1. Installation made this Friday. The contractor sub by another contractor. Noisy and messy guys. I was the 2nd install on that day. Lots of debris and garbage after them (in the backyard and on the street).2. Missing parts (heater and interior ladder) although they are on the shipping list. No precise answers from the company. Kid very sad. We promised her that we will fill it up until Saturday and since we can heat the water, she will be able to swim. Electrician contracted also for nothing.3. Electrician came anyway to start the job. Time to test the pump. Worked for 10 mins. Water leaking thru the motor. Pump gone. Main water valve shut to stop the water. Water leaking thru the main valve screws and cover. No comment. I am left with no words. Made the official service request on the website.Update, Tuesday, Sept 15 - The show goes on, part 2After calling all the week before, we finally got an appointment for someone to come and install the heater (delivered Saturday, Aug 13) and to replace the defective pump. The install guy (subcontractor) came Monday morning, telling us that the heater is missing some pieces and he thinks that we opened the box (that didnt have any straps anyway) and we lost them, almost insulting us with that attitude. He did it using his parts. When we asked about the pump, he said that we need to order a new one!!! Big surprise!!!

Terrible after-sales service. Bought a glass top table that was chipped once I brought it home and it took my a week to get in touch with anyone to inquire about how to proceed with the exchange. Once I finally got through after about 50 tries they were not very helpful or accommodating. I had to once again try to find a large suv or van to return the table and miss another half day of work for the back and forth.Very disappointing.

Directly from purchase to installation, extremely professional, with one little unforeseen unite missing but, it did not affect the completion of the Gazebo. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They treat you like gold until they get your money. Worst customer service ever. We ordered our spa in February for a July delivery. When called to get information needed for installation of the wiring of the spa so our electrician could do the work, we were hung up on and the staff were incredibly rude. The spa was then back ordered and delivery delayed. When we finally arranged our delivery, the day of the delivery (I missed work to be there for the 12 hour delivery window they give) and they didn’t show up. Apparently a system glitch. Rescheduled to the following week (another missed day of work) and the delivery shows up and provides the spa. We had told them that the large wire for the spa would go underneath the spa and no one mentioned anything about needing to cut a hole in the spa. We went to trevi to pick up the in store parts and the most important part - the emergency breaker - was sold out - I had to speak to the manager to get the part because the cashier was completely unhelpful. Our electrician came to finish his work and there was no hole so he was unable to do what he needed to do. The electrician said that in his 20 years, he has never installed a spa that didn’t come with the hole done by the company. We went to trevi to speak with the sales manager and he arranged trevi to come back so we could lift the spa to put the hole in. My husband took the day off and had my father in law come from Ontario to help put the hole in the spa and again, trevi did not show up - same “system glitch”. My husband was irate with the delivery company and they managed to find a crew to come and do what they promised to do. Now after all this, we still have a spa that doesn’t work because the electrician has to come back at our cost and of course won’t come during construction holiday. We have never owned a spa before and all we asked were for their help to make sure things were done correctly. All we got was rudeness, excuses and poor service and not to mention, a spa just taking up space in our backyard. This was supposed to be a gift to myself and my husband but it’s just been stress and disappointment. Trevi should be ashamed. We will never go back.

Wanted to support a Canadian company so I purchased a Spa from Trevi in November Since then the side panel has come off as it is to short and they sent us a used cover which they said they would replace. We have been trying to get service and no response. I am disgusted with the lack of response. Not sure if it is because I am Anglophone. I would never purchase from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM TREVI.

WORST COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The director Stéphane Parent treats customers very badly. 0 respect and only sees us as money machines. My pool got delivered two weeks ago and still no installation date. Called the customer service and Parent a couple of times and instead of helping me; they only shouted at me over the phone from the very first time and said it will get installed whenever it gets installed. Parent clearly told me that he doesnt care if I was promised to have an installed pool before the end of the summer. He said that he would pick up the pool and cancel my contract, yet I havent even heard from him and he asked me to stop calling.

I went to buy a gazebo for my parents 2 weeks ago. Had Chantal B. as the representative. She was super kind and helpful with the decision. Had a small glitch with delivery confirmation but called them and was able to sort it out right away as I know its a system issue and not human. Cannot wait to receive and assemble it for my parents so they can enjoy the summer weeks to come !!!

Worst shopping experience ever!I bought a new complete pool from trevi on 30.04. With the delivery and installation scheduled for mid june. ( all pink thoughts so far).Now the nightmare starts.They installed the pool which they did a terrible job ( second day after installation I noticed the sand is very wet around half the pool ,must be a leak on the bottom drain or the liner is punctured , underlayment for liner not installed properly as I can feel alot of stones under it because they used crushed stone mixed with sand instead of just sand and not to mention that is very very bumpy way worse than my old 20 years pool.Also Trevi forgot to deliver the salt system who obviously was not installed although everything was payed in full in April. Also half the pump was full with sand which I had to clean hours after they left.Now the cherry on top is that I have more than two weeks waiting for an answer to my complaint but they didnt bother .Went back to the store in Brossard but they said they cant help me and they recomend me to call Trevis call center also to use chlorine tablets and keep refilling the water till they will fix it . All I managed to do is to leave messages with no answers on an automatic call center.Way to go Trevi !Most probably I will have to refer this matter to the court .

Worst place ever to buy a pool. when you buy your pool they are very happy to take your money, but if you have a problem good luck . i got my pool there only 7 years ago and the wall is rusted. after waiting 3 weeks to have someone from trevi to come and take a look at it ,they are only going to cover 50% even if the wall has a 25 year warranty. then when i went to the dorval store they knew nothing about it , i waited 2 hours on hold and 2 days for the store to know what was going on with the warranty. they gave me a price of 1800$ just to change my wall i said ok then i said i also want new brackets for the top that were all rusted to , i was sent to the parts department were a bunch of kids started asking me if the picture in the screen looks like my bracket, how do i know that the bracket looks like????. so i went back to the people that told me to go to the parts department i told him they need the part number for the bracket. then i was told to call his manager later in the week for the part number for the bracket. not it has bin about a 4 weeks of running around for a warranty that is already costing me 1250$ for a liner and 1800$ for a wall that is under warranty . I called another pool place near my house and they told me a hole new pool without a pump and heater will cost me 3000$ . So i will be going with them even if i have a warranty with trevi . just on principal , they dont want your as a customer they just want your money . if anyone will ask me i will tell them dont buy form trevi biggest mistake i ever made........

Let me start by saying that my inground pool was installed last year by Piscines Val Morin. If you want to see that review, I posted it last year and I would avoid Piscines Val Morin at all costs.So, late last year my next door neighbour knocks on my door and was thinking of getting an inground. They were going to go with Val Morin but when they saw it taking 3 months to get a pool last year and the disrespectful behaviour of the employees, they changed their mind.Fast forward to two weeks ago when my neighbour told me she went with Trevi pools who start work in a few days.Day #1, the crew arrived early and excavated. They were efficient and courteous.Day #3, the forming and plumbing went in, including the pre-fab stairsDay#4, the concrete was pouredDay#8, (includes a weekend) the forming was removed, the liner installed and a water truck arrived to fill the poolDay#11, (includes a weekend) pavers installed around the pool edgeDay #14 (Includes St. Jean Baptiste) - today, final pavers going into place and the workers are in a production line with pavers going in a row every 20 mins. They should be finished by the end of day.I am uniquely qualified to comment on each pool company as the neighbour modelled her pool on mine. I have no issues posting a photo of my pool but would need to ask the neighbour before uploading a photo of theirs.Each is a 10’x20’ poured concrete pool, same liner and filter, pump and salt water chlorinator combination. Mine took 3 months and nothing but arguing and hassling to get Piscine Val Morin to work. If I had to score them, they would get a D.Trevi, on the other hand, are done in 2 weeks and the job looks fantastic, I also suspect they were cheaper, I rate Trevi an A to A+Something to think about if you are shopping for an inground pool

First of all I have to say the location of the store is perfect! Each and every time I visit the store the advisors are very polite and courteous! NO SALES PRESSURE at all, real conversation and finding solutions. I purchase everything I own in my backyard from Trevi in Laval because of quality, price and above all service! Looking for outdoor patio furniture, please ask for Linda, she works in that section and she is very knowledgeable. I was with my 3 kids and not only was she patient she really took care of my family. When making decisions with an important purchase you must consider service when bargaining. Just because you find something 100$ cheaper elsewhere doesnt mean its a better price if the person helping you doesnt make you feel important. Great job Trevi Laval, see you soon for my spa ;) continue the good work!!!

Entering Trevi Laval after 1 yr I purchased my pool and had bad experience , I must say I meet the Director Jeff CLoutier and I am impressed with the service he offered me. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the heat pump functions and answered all the questions I had and took his time.Very satisfied with the purchase of the heat pump and would definitely refer Trevi Laval. I went to trevi express to get my water analysis like I would every year for the past 6 years. The next day my kids decided to go in the spa and my son burnt his skin. I realized the analysis the guy did was for 1200 liters and my spa is 719 liters. How can they mess up a spa that I bought from them and I have gone there to do water analysis every year. Now my son is in pain because he has burnt marks every where. I called trevi and all I got was sorry no manager to help, leave a message.

If you are reading this and thinking of installing a pool DO NOT CHOOSE TRÉVI. You will regret it and you will spending thousands of dollars to get the worst service, whether customer service or during the installation process. We made the biggest mistake of our lives 2 years ago by choosing their services for a brand new unground pool that we still haven’t had the chance to enjoy fully without a problem occurring. At first, came the end of the season to close the pool, to our surprise the installers forgot to install the backwash.. took pictures and a complain to the store before they sent someone to fix this major mistake, because customer service didn’t believe us. This year we still haven’t had the chance to swim in our pool. The pump and filter clearly have a problem as the water does not circulate in the pool, we do the treatments, test the water, clean the filter, water becomes green the next day because there is no circulation of the water happening. When we call they make you feel like an idiot that doesn’t know how to use the products. Still nothing has been fixed and you ask for a technician to come and check the problem they will never send one. Avoid yourself a big headache and save your money find another company. This has been the worst nightmare, and a lawsuit is waiting to happen.

This is the second time I went to this store to buy accessories and equipment for my swimming pool. The personel is very courteous. On my second visit, I was waiting at the spare parts counter. There was only one staff present, the number of people that were in the queue started to increase gradually. I was delighted to see that the staff who was serving the Customer reacted promptly to this line up. He called other staff members to come and help. In a matter of seconds the line up was gone. Good job :)
