Excellent service, very patient, she took the time to explain shoes and products available.Great personality and will definitely come back for her. We did not feel pressured or rushed to buy anything which is great in costumer service. Great job !

Quality shoes, definitely. Some of the best selections in Montreal but the prices are expensive and some are ridiculously so. But, I love Browns shoes. Classy, durable and comfortable.Customer service: I was in and out so fast.....because I knew exactly what I wanted so , next time for that review.

Staff is overly annoying, they always try to complement you in order to make you feel good about their shoes. I understand that customer service is important but not being able to stay neutral or genuine is a lack of professionalism.

Fast help and good service

Was served by a very nice gentleman who, most importantly, was not aggressive or forceful or fake...my biggest pet peeve when shoe shopping is when they are overly complimentary in order to sway you into a purchase.

I love shopped the great choice of shoes ... at different prices

I really had the worst experience and here are the reasons. The seller told me 3 times that the shoe I was interested in was not on sale, however I just asked him to bring me back my size in any case I asked the price. He sighs, once back he waits for me, staring at me to see if Im going to buy the shoes or not so I say that I am correct since I only spent 2 minutes with the pair of shoes. He gets angry when he tells me that he is offering a service here and I see his complexion turn red. I notice that the leather of the shoe is broken and asks him for another pair, he does not want and tells me that it is necessary to order so I left without buying anything to order from my house because this salesman spoke to me really badly. I have a feeling he works on commission and wants to sell me a product at all costs even though his product has a scratch on all the pair is $ 140. To think I was a good customer of this browns and 1 week ago I bought for $ 250. Really disappointing.

They have nice shoes there but the service is not good. Employees make judgments about clients. The housekeeper very cold, treats his customers with prejudices (I would even say little racist). I wanted to return the shoes, they refused for no reason with the air stupid. I went to another browns, they accepted without problem!

Sellers and manager always friendly and accommodating, guarantees on shoes and boots, nothing but positive! The shopping experience is always pleasant.
