I’m not one to write reviews but we really never leave this place happy. I showed up and they were only letting people in by appointment. Which is completely understandable because of COVID. I got in my car and called them because they would not speak to me at the store. I tried to ask if they were available to take me in right away and she said no, someone is coming in 15 minutes so I will not be able to be served. I asked her if there is an open spot for today so I can come back and she responded with “Well what are you looking for exactly?”. When I told her it was for a shower hose she then told me they have none in stock. She didn’t even offer to order one or to schedule an appointment for me. My husband and I have spent over $5000 at this place. We will never come back nor will we recommend this place to our friends and family. The service is terrible and the staff have an attitude I deeply regret doing business with them in the past and I am happy that I went elsewhere for the shower hose. Never again!!!!
I had an incredible overall experience with Federico. With all of the uncertainty and delays because of the pandemic, he was always one step ahead and able to solve ever problem. We went to Plombérium de Laval and had an appointment for the next day! Magaly Limoges welcomed us and what a great experience we had. It was following a disastrous experience at Plombarium Acadie that we went to Plombarium Laval. First, we were given an appointment for the next day, wow! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Frederico Rossi. His service was efficient, professional and friendly. He even called an installer to make sure the right size shower door was purchased. Thank you very much Mr. Rossi! You were able to improve the image of Plombarium.

Very kind before the sale, patient after the sale, she becomes like an untrained animal. We did business with Espace Plomberium for the bathroom in our basement. Following this experience, we returned without hesitation a few months later for the second phase of our work: kitchen, bathroom and bathroom. We didnt even visit other stores. The prices are competitive but above all the service is excellent, both for sale and after-sales.
The tank cracked during installation and their rotten service refused to refund us, blaming instead the plumber (who is not to blame). Terrible service, questionable materials and much too expensive for what it is ... Do not go there!
Abominable service. It took 1.5 months for them to agree to change a defective kitchen faucet paid more than $ 400.They return the ball with the supplier (Riobel) and do absolutely nothing while blaming the plumber and threatening to charge the replacement valve.I strongly advise you to flee the store as well as Riobel.
Disappointed. Arrogant attitude of the manager in place. You buy for $ 3000 worth of materials and they are not even able to pack everything properly .. arrange with your problem type .... In addition it is not to mention the delay s one month on the purchase. I just hope their product warranty is more reliable than their service ....

I placed an order and I am told that it will be available in 48 hours. I go to a branch and I am told that the order is late due to FedEx. A few days later I am told that the purolator has not delivered. Its been a month now and still nothing that I have been told that my order would be there 3 days ago. So not reliable and I do not recommend!
