So yes they are fast. My subcontractor (Pro-Drain) was Ok. It was fixed it in a timely manor, but with a slow leak. The work wasnt cheap & the surcharge was steep at 175$(DEPLACEMENT) before they even walked into my house + 175$ per hour. For 2:15 time it costed me $978.15. Which he tried to get $1380$ @ 3:45 and i refused to pay. As I checked my watch for the time as he was coming into my house. I feel a little taken advantage of. Bad taste in my mouth.

This company is really unprofessional. Make an appointment and dont show up and call to let us know. We try to call the registered number and we fall directly on a voicemail box and no callback for more than 3 days. Really poor service.

Poor service. They said they unblocked my waste pipe and 2 weeks later it had to be done again. However, when I call them to try to see a plumber who could really fix the problem, they hang up on me, put me on hold, or tell me they will call back. No RBQ number on their fake site, unregistered company. Really anything.
