I was served like a VIP. We rarely find such a service these days. No pressure, and lots of information.

I called for an appointment but the person answering the call was too busy to do so and told me she would call me back. 3-4h later, still no call.

Really this place is gross in estie, it does not clean before and after a customer comes by. Lack of professionalism, its shocking me. the staff seem lost in their affairs. I tried on glasses and when the mr took them back he put them back in the window without cleaning them, very lazy on his part, but I doubt that it is the same for his colleagues. I do not recommend this place at all. zero respect for security measures.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this place.1- Their diagnosis is not good2- The staff are liars who are only looking to sell3- Their optometrist only takes CASH (for no explained reason) !!I dealt with lopticien.ca through my company. Several of us were prescribed work glasses. And unanimously we would agree that we had poor service but not that we realized that all of our prescriptions had oddly increased. So we would all have had a loss of sight! This turned out to be FALSE following second consultations carried out elsewhere by several of us.Personally, I wanted to order more contact lenses. I specify to the manager, who makes me try the glasses (in a very aggressive way because being at my first experience I had trouble keeping my eyes open, he loses patience and tells me that I must let him do it now !! ), that I dont want to wear them every day, but rather on very rare occasions. However, he insisted a lot that I buy a box of 150 daily lenses because I would have a second box free! I accept a little strength. However, I later realize upon checking my receipt that he sold me a bogus promotion. the promotion was: if you bought a box you get $ 30 off the 2nd one !! So I spent $ 150 to get $ 30 off contact lenses that I wont use !!Outraged, I called the receptionist, I explained to her that I had been lied to! and that I was clear from the start that I didnt need them for everyday use but rather for rare occasions, and there I end up with 300 lenses that I will not use and that I paid 150 $ because I was sold a fake promotion. The receptionist explains to me that she is not aware (lie), she takes my name and phone number and promises me that she will forward the message to her superior to call me back.I have NEVER had a return call. DEFINITELY the Worst place ever to entrust them with your eyes!

I do not recommend this place, purchase safety glasses February 2020 and still not received, after 2 calls I am told that they do not make $$ with the safety glasses and that they cannot follow up all the time .... the person on the phone was very rude ... i just canceled my purchase .... bad service from start to finish

They take your information for the warranty and take a picture of the screen with cell phone. Identity fraud is risky at this location.
