The appointment is at 2:20 ... I am sent a text message asking me to be there 10 mins in advance to open the file and bring the health card. Very disorganize .. I had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor 1H00! They took me at 3:20. How do you want to ask people to respect appointments and come early if you have people wait 1 hour of time. Its people laughing! And they still want me to choose glasses and waste more money? Already that their rate for the exam is higher than elsewhere. The review was ok thats the reason for the two stars but I was at Greiche & Scaff two years ago and it was professional, organized and I was taken on time. I wanted to try Multivision because of the good reviews ... like the reviews are sometimes misleading. I asked for my prescription yesterday and I would choose my glasses elsewhere. I do not go back for sure!
