Friendly and professional staff

Garbage company, their heatpump will break pre-maturely and they will not let you buy the parts directly from them. They only sell parts to dealers. You have to hire a third party person and pay for their ridiculous labor costs in order to repair this garbage.

Dont buy this junk!In a few days, months or years it will break (because it wasnt made to last) and if you think you have 10 year warrany - think twice!The warranty is PARTS ONLY! So, youll have to hire a tech to diagnose it (~$200) then theyll send you a replacement part (AT YOUR EXPENSE!) and then you have to hire a tech again, and hell evacuate the refrigerant, do the repairs, vacuum purge the unit and recharge it (with all bells and whistles that will cost you AT LEAST another $600 - $800). So, youll get a $50 or $100 part for free, and youll have to pay out of your pocket over $1000 - half of the price of the unit or more, and theren no promise that something wont break again in a week and youll have to pay all over!So, better burn your money - at least you wont feel bad about a lousy heat pump manufacturer laughing all the way to the bank with your money.Also, I found that their website is quite interesting in terms of posting reviews. All the reviews there a boasting about quality, out of this world warranty and overwhelming number of happy customers. Theres one problem - YOU cant post your review there! So, I wouldnt be surprised if these reviews are fake or carefully selected to fool people.

Very disappointed with Googdman my serial number erased on my indoor and outdoor unit not able to find anything no help customer service a big 0.

I bought 3 heat pumps 2 months ago (in September 2019), supposed that it heats up to -25, woww is a real joke, as soon as it is less than -10 it loses all efficiency even if I put the max with turbo sa does not change anything my house loses degrees and in the morning it rises with a chilly 12 degree inside, no it is not a good product and I recommend it! !

Return under simple procedural guarantee.

No service, new wall of two months, and Goodman do not want to do anything. No follow-up, no professionalism. A real shame.
