I do not doubt the competence and knowledge of the lady who served me on July 14, 2021 in the morning. However, I, having little knowledge of curtains, had to have the basics explained to myself. The lady clearly didnt have the patience to explain the basics to me, although she did.I am disappointed since having had a more friendly service, I probably would have bought considering that I really liked the curtains. I do not want to return.
