I am an employee of Cosoltec and I must say that even though I joined the team a month and a half ago, the team is superb and the company shares great human values. Headed by a dedicated, accessible president with extensive experience in the industry, Cosoltec is a company that leaves its mark! I recommend to everyone!

Cosoltec acquired the commercial building where MicroHabitat had been operating for three years. They used illegal tactics in order to extract as much money as possible from our business. In one year, they have more than doubled all rental costs for the building at 1600 BC. de Lorimier, and then resold the building. They put our company and many others in a precarious position in order to promote their own financial gain. I hope you are not in a position to have to work / or even do business with them.

A real disaster, these people are opportunists and liars. 45 years that I have been in business, I myself own several buildings and companies. Never seen that!

I cannot say that I have been delighted with the way the Novoltec company has behaved over the past 10 months as the owner of Maison Premier Plan. Their personal interests took precedence over that of their tenants, with the result that almost half of them left at the end of their lease
