Entreprise familiale avec service personnalisé et professionnel. Prix compétitifs. Peter est venu sur place faire un estimé du projet en mars lors de la fonte des neiges. Il est même revenu une deuxième fois puisque nous avions apportés des changements. Donna est tellement gentille au téléphone quon aurait envie de linviter à venir prendre un café chez-nous ! Léquipe sur les lieux offre un travail attentionné avec une excellente communication lors de la pause des clôtures. Nous avons référé cette entreprise à quelques-uns de nos amis. Lors de la visite en mars, on avait estimé que notre projet serait fait au début juin. Ils ont terminé la totalité des travaux le 23 juillet. Nous sommes très satisfaits du résultat final.

So far I have only gone through the process of submitting and signing a contract with Clôtures JPS. I mainly worked with Stéphanie and I have to say that she was very patient and quick to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). Their prices were competitive. They also came to see the extent of the work on site. Very satisfied so far.

Submission arrived on time. Date written on the submission on time. We leave messages, no news. We call back. We are told that we will be called back. No return call yet. We recall. We are given a date. The day before the installation, we call back to confirm, we are told that everything is fine and that it will be fine the next day and that the secretary will call us back to confirm the time. No return call on the scheduled day of installation. No response to our calls and emails before 4:30 p.m. We are called a liar ... We are told that we have never been confirmed the date of installation. UNACCEPTABLE service.
