Avoid this clinic at all costs!! Go to a different clinic. Bad experience. Called to book an appointment and they do not want to book me a second appointment. Their reply go back to your GP and get another referral. Every time you have a new referral the doctor get paid more money by the RAMQ. It appears that a chronic conditions only need one visit. They care more about money than their patients. My rating for this clinic is 0 but this is not an option.

Disappointing. After waiting 3 months for an urgent appointment with a referral for my daughters rash (and an ongoing eczema problem, the problem cleared up..but I was happy to go anyway, so my daughter would have a proper specialist to go to for any future flare-ups.) When I showed the Dr. pictures of the rash from 3 months ago, she reluctantly looked at them and told me she could not make a diagnosis through pictures (all I wanted was a second opinion, since this was the reason I was supposed to be here in the first place.) I was told multiple times that my family Dr should take care of her eczema, and once again was reminded by the secretary that I could only come back again if I had a referral. Apparently they didnt want my business. Ill be looking for a dermatologist that actually wants to treat patients. Very cold ambience and treatment.

Is it me or theres people that works in the public sector that shouldnt? All communication was through email. They scheduled me an appointment and told to bring with me few stuff the day of, which includes the original copy of the prescription. Prior to this appointment I saw another dermatologist, because Clinique D took forever to schedule one, and that clinic kept my prescription. Because I saw this doctor, Clinique D didnt want me as a patient and cancelled my appointment, the secretary was rude and very unprofessional. We can see how corrupted the system is in Quebec...

Really bad service. First, the receptionist had a lot of attitude and was not very welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the dermatologist, maybe five minutes.The dermatologist quickly glanced at my skin and diagnosed me right away. When I asked questions she simply searched my “diagnosis” on google images, turned the screen and showed me pictures...🙄 I know what it looks like as I look at it in the mirror..When I ask what I should do with this diagnosis, things to avoid, which products are safe to use.. she tells me their in clinic aesthetician knows more about which product I should use and that she will call me in a week to book an appointment. I was surprised that an MD could not answer my questions. The appointment took in all, 10 minutes and I walked out of there with more questions than answers.In conclusion, very pretty interior design but service needs some tuning.It is now 2 weeks and no call from the aesthetician.

Serious lack of thoroughness, got an appointment about 2 months ago, was at my appointment for 11 but wasnt called until 11:45, nurse came in, quickly checked my condition, went away, Doctor came back, looked at me for about 20 seconds and said it wasnt covered, dismissed all my concerns and proceeded to tell me it would cost me 120$ for the one on my face and 80 for any other on my body, she then told me I could take an appointment whenever I wanted to get it done, which is evidently a few more weeks from now, not really when I wanted because it only takes a few seconds Im extremely disappointed in the quality of service offered there, strongly recommend that you find another clinic that will properly take care of you

I called this clinic to see a dermatologist. I had a referral from my family doctor. The wait for a first date was supposed to be around 3 months. Finally, after only 1 month, I already had a first appointment with Dr. Camille Loranger. I really appreciated the efficiency of my dermatologist. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly at this clinic and my needs and questions have been well answered.

If I take the time to make this comment, well its because I want to share with you how extraordinary this team is. The little extra is present every day, from Dr. Brassard to her nice ladies who receive us with empathy. You get there with your skin problem you are told there is a solution to your problem without judgment. Each visit is unique like this beautiful gang !! Hat

I CANNOT EVEN JOIN THEM !!!!! Ive been trying to join them for 2 weeks. They say to make an appointment online, but that does not work of course if you are new customers. We can only reach them by phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but they dont answer and we cant leave a voicemail because their voicemail box is full !!! Very very very disappointing and annoying.

Hello,I managed to have an appointment for me through the site on June 3 with Dr Camille Loranger. Its one of the first times that I meet a doctor as jaded as that, no smile, no welcome, no empathy, a robot who meets patients on the chain. I also had an appointment for my partner on June 29 and just like me it was the same atmosphere we did not talk and show all our concerns because it did not interest him at all. Very nice clinic and good dermatologist who is Dr. Brassard. She used to work in Montreal before near youth and started her own clinic and it is very successful! Really beautiful and up to date and the people are nice I go from far away to see her and she has a very good memory of people

A month after sending my request for an appointment, I still dont have a date. At first I am told that it may take a few weeks. I just contacted the clinic and told myself several weeks being several months !!!I advise the clinic to be specific, several weeks Vs several months to get an appointment date and several months to see the dermatologist.Covid is not an excuse for not specifying this kind of information, especially if you have a schedule.Health is serious! Frankly!Im going to go private and I lost a month.

She takes the time to explain well, answer questions, she is very sweet and very professional. I recommend this office of dermatologists to all!

I am disappointed for the second time, Dr. Brassard was not listening, she did not even let me finish and she pitched the prescription to me without saying goodbye, I was shocked by her behavior . Im coming back more.

I was disappointed with the receptionists comment because I could not go to my appointment and she told me that if I wanted another appointment it would cost me $ 40 and the doctor would turn around thumbs for an hour because I was wrong day for my appointment. I strongly suggest calling people the day before just to remind them of their appointment because appointments are made several months in advance.You should review your code of ethics because I will not be returning with you just the way you treat patients. I am a retiree from the health network and for a new clinic, I find that your human side is working.

Trying to make an appointment is a real challenge! Even if you have a record with your dermatologist ... the voicemail is always full and the website is too limited to make a simple appointment ... Lets say we have to spend a lot more time trying to get an appointment that time with the doc!

Impeccable welcome! As much when arriving as during the meeting. Dr Brassard exceeded my expectations during my appointment and did a remarkable job! I had two moles removed and I was afraid I would have scars given the size but no marks. A big thank you !

2 weeks for an appointment is surprising. I met Journet and I adore her very professional, no hesitation on the diagnosis. Call me personally because it was cancerous. I wish you this doctor. I put 4 stars just because the reception is cold not easy to smile secretaries, I know it is very busy but it is a gesture that costs nothing.😁

After a painful start to get a feedback, the reception at the counter is warm and Dr Coulombe is friendly and very professional. For Impatients like me, I advise you to persevere.

I received a very good service in this clinic D and I managed to get rid of my psoriasis after trying several specialists and told me that it is unguessable! The team of assistants is very helpful, this are beautiful ladies, welcoming and very smiling and they deserve more than 5 stars!
