I am so upset from the botox injections. 1 month later I noticed that the botox that I received didn’t work well. And when I rescheduled another appointment to have her opinion. She said that she needs to put again the same amount of botox and I should pay again. It’s not fair at all. I will never come back to this clinic.

Very bad experience for me!!stuff is very tough and not friendly at all! They cancelled my appointment cuz I was 5 min late... I did Botox 2 months ago and now everything is gone I paid 450$...not recommended at all!!i will never come back to this clinic, I’ll send an email to the HR to explain the situation that they can know that the secretary of Laval clinic is very tough and let their clients leave cuz of 5 min late.

Do not waste your money. Treatments do NOT work. They tell you results are in 6 months. That everyone sees some difference. NOT true. Extremely disappointed. Tried the Ulthera.... painful and NO RESULTS at all. Learn from my error, save your money!!!!

I have visited three Dermapure locations (Montreal, Saint-Lambert and Laval) over the past years and have received several different treatments (laser hair removal, injections, microdermabrasion, oxygen infusion). Im overall satisfied with their services and customer service except for the free consultation process that is useless. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable but they should advise the clients of the price of the upcoming injections (number of syringes and type of molecule) prior to performing them to prevent surprises. They also seem to lose my file and not have a clear description of my past treatments. Also, I was terribly frustrated when an amateur technician in St-Lambert burned me during laser hair removal trial because she made a mistake (went over skin that had dark marker which captured the laser). I only received mere excuses but my skin, 8 months later, is still scarred.

The coolsculpting thing that they do is a complete ripoff🤦‍♀️ My husband and I wasted our money there and that hurt me soooo much it’s been more than 6 months since we did our stomach, arms and legs and we WE DO NOT see any difference at all please don’t even try that coolsculting thing it’s a scam a waste of time and money

Unprofessional Worst place ever. Then they don’t answer phones after they take my money. I left numerous messages they don’t call back. Bad customer service on top of Nurse who injected me made my face crooked. What a mess I would avoid this place.

First experience of injecting hyaluronic acid to correct my dark circles. Dr. Gareau and her assistant were very professional and knew how to reassure me and answer my questions. Immediate and natural result, no swelling. Satisfied customer 🙂

After six weeks everything was gone, as much the botox as the filler injections. Too diluted products incorrectly applied

I was not satisfied with the result of my injections, I spoke to Dr. Gareau who told me that in his opinion it was correct. I asked her to correct but she told me that she could not do better. I went elsewhere, they melted the product because I had a surplus under my eyes which was puffy. The other place to redo the injections with another type of specific filler for the area under the eyes and the results are perfect as I want them. In addition, I often felt Dr. Gareau in a hurry and not listening to what I wanted rather than what she felt was the right choice for me. In addition, because of the Covid, they no longer do half syringes whereas elsewhere they do, so wasted agent when less than a syringe is needed.

I feel confident at Dermapure with the different interventions they offer and advised by Sonia who has always been able to listen to my needs.In addition, during my last visit, I was able to benefit from the services of a technician who was very professional.

I really didnt appreciate the way they treat people. They give themselves a haughty air. Not respectful, they cancel peoples meetings the same day as the meeting 2 or 3 hours before. So disrespectful. After 3 weeks of waiting, I could have made an appointment elsewhere. They dont give a damn ..

Good service but too much pressure to buy products Its good to have post treatment advice but to feel obligated to have to buy expensive creams that gave me breakouts ...Very disappointing. A good clinic to keep these clients could at least offer post-treatment samples to see if it works with the clients skin. It will give the taste to go back and buy the products afterwards.
