Coffee is great but Im disappointed with the ground beans I just bought. Their grinding machine must be broken as the grounds I received are big and grainy instead of small and smooth (ground at #3). Too bad though as its near my house but Im not chancing getting a bad batch again.

Tatianna was an angel, got my coffee right before work her lovely energy is contagious shes the best youve got there!! but the managing is very poor, very cheap for such a big company.. Also very disgusted by worker who doesnt wear his mask over his nose, Were in a middle of a pandemic and working in a coffee shop it should be taken more seriously.
The worst employee treatment, employees need a.lot of training, coffe doesnt taste good.

Terrible experience at this location. Went back to the side to ask for a glass of water after putting in a 20$ order 2 minutes before. Was told to order at the cash. When we tried to explain that we had already ordered, the guy got extremely rude and said this is what you call a rush. He filled the cup but left it at the end of the queue of all the other cups that were coffee beverages that were going to be prepared. This is unheard of.
A little pricey for the sandwich I ate it also has zero taste but the coffee is good
Fantastic service and products. Ive been able to meet many of the staff this week, and they have all been very friendly( and I dont speak French,stereotype BUSTED!!!) This is one of the best locations I have been to in all Canada.
I always have good service when I visit. The lattes here are my favorite. They have a good selection of baked goods. In the summer, I love to chill out with a glass of frozen hot chocolate.
I always stop here whenever Im at Carrefour Laval. Good service. Nice seating area. Highly recommend.
Zero Star!Rude and unpleasant service, I bought $13 worth of pastry and had my coffee from Starbucks.When I wanted to put a bit cream in my coffee, one of the regular employees attacked me in front of other customers, in French, saying Im not allowed to use their coffee cream since my coffee is from Starbucks!just for a teaspoon of cream.I told him how much money I just spend there, still argued with me, and another employee transferred my coffee to their cups.I could understand they are sensitive about the coffee issue, but is this really the way to treat customers in this time and day, when there are countless options for just about anything in the malls...Will definitely talk people out of going there, still cant believe some people get hired with zero customer care training and absolute no class.

TERRIBLE SERVICEEE. They are super slow plus they made a mistake with my order!! Did you ever waited 30 min for a simple coffee??!! And they didnt even apologize!
Honestly, I went for a coffee and for the entire 10 minutes I was in line, the manager was hovering over the employees and berating them in the most condescending dehumanizing manner. I was so uncomfortable, I walked to Starbucks. The employees couldn’t have been more miserable if they were in a concentration camp. If you like Second Cup’s coffee, there’s one 7 minutes away that doesn’t abuse their minimum wage workers.

Have order 1 late, 1 egg muffin and 1 hot chocolate with whip creamlate and egg was okhot chocolate he put some cream then he told i have no more that it..then we think about this for 1minutes then told well we ask for cream on it at the order and we want a refund,,, then strangely he told us i can make some,,, poor service why did your employee did make it at first time, very poor service , we took the refund and went to press coffee... bad customer service, real bad

I used to go to second cup all the time.I work in the mall.The last few times I was there, I have never been more shaken. The manager or owner of the cafe was so rude in front of everyone in line including yelling at the employees.The quality has gone down substantiallyYou can see that there is zero respect from the management towards their employeesIt’s actually very sad to see.I’ve been to cafes all over Montreal and seen different teams, But the way that second cup at carrefour is managed is completely outrageous. They have constant turnover and you’re never served by the same barista twice because the hostile work environment is bordering on a human rights violation.

The cashier was texting in front of her cash, while her colleague was taking care of a line up. She looked at me in the eyes and turned around to continue to text that’s unacceptable. If you see a girl working with orange hair don’t bother, she clearly don’t want to work.

I love Second Cup. When I went to Carrefour Laval, I went for my coffee. It was 8:30 p.m. or so on Wednesday and the big curly guy (sorry I dont have his name) served us with a smile and was very understanding for my guys hot chocolate. The girl at the counter should take his example from him, her smile was very absent!
I do not recommend going there on weekends.On Sunday they werent ready for their opening and customer service left a lot to be desired.The week against the bosses is here and it shows. Weekday service and coffee quality is better than Sunday.
I always come here .. however unfortunately this time it was a very bad experience, the team is poorly trained, the working girls do not know the average size of the tall size, in addition I ordered a cappuccino, it was barely filled and everything else was a froth. Lots of flies in place, there were flies in the cake stand. Ice machine very dirty from the outside, disgusting dishwasher, lots of crumbs on the cash counters and messy brown mop visible from on the customer counter ... Really I dont know how public health has not closed this place yet also soiled! What a shame!

Wow 19:15! you can not get a hot chocolate icec the shaker are wash then no customer service! It closes at 21:30 not loud the manager told them to close all that! No problem we will go elsewhere again!
Rarely do I see such unpleasant employees, they dont smile, dont look customers in the eye, forget to scan my cell phone application and also get the order wrong. I still smile and tell them its okay, dont get any apologies but the guy serving me sighs. Worst service ever!
