It’s always a fun time to go to ceramic cafe. It was the first time for my little ones and they really loved the place. They still have a good variety of ceramics and lots of color and tools to paint. Expect for this activity to last at least 2 hours. I didn’t get to try the food as we had lunch prior to going, but their menu looked appealing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I recommend this place to go spend some fun time either with your kids or friends.
Great place so many choices highly recommend if you want spend some time decorating
I highly recommend this place! While you are doing a relaxing activity like painting which is like a therapy to me, you can drink your coffee as well and at the end you will have your own art (painted ceramic) ready to bake, and you can pick it up about 12 days after! Peaceful activity!
This place is absolutely amazing. You chose something ceramic to paint and then you paint while sipping on coffee, tea or even slush. I advise to make reservations because the place fills up very quickly. If you expect to be here for a short amount of time, choose something small to do because it takes time. I would advise to spend a whole day here because it can be easily done. As soon as you pass 3 hours, the paint price stays the same. The pa8nt washes off easily from your hands and clothes, but wear clothing that can get sorry to be safe. I went here with a group of 10 people for a birthday outing and it was such a great night. Everybody chose something that they liked and we all started painting. Once you finish , you pay for your ceramic object and the time that you have been there. They keep your item to cook it and then you come back in 6 days to pick it up. If you have not finished it yet, you can come back with it and work on it some more. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Great place to take the kids and have them paint and many choices , guaranteed they will have a great time.
Great place yp go with the family but dont get the coffee.
Very fun for families and couples! Lots of selections of pottery and a lot of paint color to be used!
Great place for a fun activity in family. Go there, pick your pottery, and head home for the painting. Lots of fun!
Such a fun activity to do with all the family
Beautiful and it is good experience
Unfortunately, I do not speak french and was unclear on some things going into this. So allow me to clear it up for everyone. Youre items wont be done for 2 weeks after youve painted them, UNLESS you want to pay an additional $10 to have it done in 48 hours. The ceramics that you are purchasing are more expensive than you realize and not clearly marked, so speak up and ask before you wind up paying $60 for 2 little things. The whole pay by the hour thing is a little frustrating, especially if you try to bring your toddler, like I did. I did not have any food or coffee because I felt so pressured to get my stuff done in under an hour, I felt like I had no time to eat. Not a bad experience but wouldnt do it again.
My friend and I had a blast sharing coffee and painting our masterpieces at Ceramic Cafe! The staff is very friendly, the menu is decent &the food was amazing. The selection is pretty broad (you can paint vases, table deco, plates, mugs, misc.), and you can stay there as long as you need. You pay per hour (initial payment +add-ons per hour), and collect your project 1 week later. 10/10 I recommend!
Great place to go for some art work.. the staff was great especially Pascal. He was very courteous and sweet especially that there was a daycare group near us. He was very patient and smiling all the time! Will definitely come again!
A great way to spend time painting with the family! Service was friendly, ambience is nice. The ceramics are a bit pricey but worth it.
My children love it! Best activity for the whole family. I taught it should be very boring, but I was wrong. My kids were concentrated, tried their best and love their paint at the end no matter the imperfections! They have learned how to appreciate the end result of their own creation no matter what!🙂
Staff is very kind. Food is alright and its a fun experience for a date/ chill day. I love the variety of pieces you can paint. I painted a gorilla and it was lovely :) 🐒
Fantastic staff and service! Great place for children and adults!
This is a very nice place prior covid. Although I went to get my ceramix today I did just before covid lock down and I was greeted to a closed door and no one to open. They advertise to be open for getting our ceramics. I suggest to call before you take the time to go. Still giving 5 star for the place in general.
Incredible idea for a date, the staff was super welcoming and they helped us throughout the painting process immensely. The price is totally fair and competitive. I definitely recommend this location for your next date or even as a family activity. Side note the supreme hot chocolate is to die for.
I love going to ceramic cafes and getting the time to paint and design pieces! The service is never great because I feel like there is never really enough coverage. An employee came and noted our pieces but didnt ask if we wanted anything to eat or drink. We had to go to the counter ourselves to request water, twice, for 6 people, and they only brought one glass... They never asked if we wanted anything else until it was last call for the kitchen, and we were there for over 5 hours!
Unbiased and honest review- VERY expensive.. 83$ for two people with basic mugs + 1 hour...- Food was terrible... brownies were stale and dry.. coffee was overpriced and watered down.- Service was very poor, someone came and see us after 20 minutes of our time just to explain how to get started.- It takes 2 weeks to cook what you were painting and they do not call you back when its ready. If you do not collect your object in 2 months, they throw it.Final decision: Cute idea for a date night, or to go with a friend. Something interesting to try once. I would not go back another time.
Great experience , great vibes
Packed, tons of people having a blast. This is where I plan on bringing my niece. Coffee is good.
Medical discrimination
Really had a great time! The only thing is that if you go Full gear it can be expensive. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and we can out iwtb a hill of 119$ for the four of us for ceramic for each and our time there. We also took each a combo that we ate which was another 65$ plus we gave the tip and all of that so our time there cost us close to 200$. But if u dont eat or take something light you Can save some money. The service was great I will definitely go back but make wiser choices
Make sure not to forget anything in this location because they tend to lose everything. I forgot a water bottle that was gifted to me and I spoke to one of the employees who said the bottle will be placed with my other ceramic pieces. The week after, my bottle was missing along with a ceramic piece. Very disappointing.
I went with high expectations about this place. The atmosphere was bland, the employee explained how the system works poorly. He sent us upstairs to choose an item and somebody to meet us to explain how it works. After 15 minutes of browsing we realized that no one came upstairs to help explain but also that each item had there own price (which was expensive for what they were). A simple plate was 11$ plus the 9$ an hour with an additional 1$ every hour we spent there. Long story short, walked in found out the price, walked out. Today we saved 75+.
This place is a lot of fun. There are a ton of ceramics to pic from and the staff are helpful. Its also a cozy interior with a lot of sunlight. A great day out!
Expensive, but definitely worth the money! A very fun experience even for the less artistic type. Great ambiance and very professional staff as well. To give you a rough idea of the price; the ceramic pieces themselves cost roughly between 10$-40$ (depending on size and style) and the actual time to paint them is 8$ for the first hour, 12$ for 2 hours or 15$ for a whole day. The materials, brushes, paint and instructions are all provided for you, great quality, and well placed. I would personally recommend going for the all-day option if you could as some of the pieces are very large and you can get very creative (I.e. it may take longer than you thought to paint!)Another important note! If you are just visiting, it takes approximately 7 days for your piece to be cooked in the kiln to give it that signature ceramic look and feel, so if youre just visiting the town you need to plan accordingly or you may not have the time to have it cooked.
This place has a huge selection of items. Recommended for anyone who wants to personalize something for themselves or for others. Patience is required. Some items take as long as 8 hours to complete.
The ceramics can be a little expensive, but there is a huge selection. Lots of different paints and tools that can be used to make something nice. Food is also pretty good and not that expensive. Good service
We visited casually, just for tea. Sadly, the experience was a disappointment. There is no selection of fresh tea (only in bags) and the selection of pastries is very poor as well. Cherry on top, client service there flabbergasted us. No smiles and no desire to make the place look and feel appealing for newbies. I would have expected someone to happily show us around or at least explain the concept behind the ceramic cafe. Instead, the baristas drily recited the price list for the various services. Of course, I dont recall anything they said.
This place Is not fun.... your seated into a tiny table with no space and you are expected to create something. People are so close you can hardly move without bumping into them. Good luck trying to keep a steady arm to paint. The tools where dirty, the colours where running which made creating something very difficult and unpleasant. Then came the best part, paying... they charge you per person the time you take to paint and the piece. Two little trinkets were $78 for one 30 mins of painting, I do not recommend, this place, it’s not fun.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pieces.
Its a cool date idea not gonna lie had fun, however its crazy expensive, paid 71$ for 2 people, didn’t even get food or anything. Also the 20 day wait period seems excessively long. Staff was incredibly rude as well, when we handed in our ceramic things the guy was like “come back in 20 days, if you dont show up in 20 days we will keep it for an extra 2 months and we also won’t call you” Honestly at those prices you should deliver that to my house -.- Anyways cool concept but never going back.
Great place for kids, nice atmosphere. Be prepared to easily pay up to 70$ for about 2 hours and 2 ceramic pieces. Fun place, but not somewhere youd go all the time because of the price.
Very nice clean place. great for a rainy day with 1 child. ( not 4 lol)There is alot of place to sit. Price height but its not a everyday activity
Nice place with coffees and drinks snaks and sandwiches. Free parking. Somewhat expensive but its cool to do atleast once.
Family activity, service take a bit of times but understandable....it always overpack
Nice place..good help..just a little pricey
Good concept. Perfect for couples or families
I went there with my ex girlfriend and I remember we both liked it. You arrive and they are fast to give you a seat or manage your expectations. Places are limited and I guess theorically there wouldnt be places available if all the people there decide to paint all day long (there are 3 options : pay for 1 hour, 2 hours or unlimited hours) ; I guess they know some people stay 1 or 2 hours max. After arriving you are given rhe choice of the ceramic you want to paint. I was surprised by how many choices are available (I thought only plates and cups where options) but youll be motivated to paint when you see the choices (I liked that). After youre at your place, staff explain how to create your stuff, a briefing of how to paint and that after youre finished you give your painted ceramic to them and you come back 1 week after (already included in the price) -the put it in a oven and get the colors shiny and finished. For reference. Me and my ex took 1 cup each (the ceramic piece), we took the unlimited time option and we ate 1 sandwich each. The total cost was around 90 CAD taxes in.So if you go in group try to come filled up (food is not WOW).
I love this place. I live in the west island and i prefer their ambiance to the one in pointe claire.Managed to drag my boyfriend and brother in law and let me tell you they enjoyed it so much.I suggest getting a groupon or tuango coupon for entry. The bill goes up quite fast when you start ordering food and choosing your ceramic. They do an ice tea that i love very much and good nachos.I love going there alone to unwind. The ceramic piece goes from maybe around 8 to 71$. The shark you see in the picture is 71$ but it took over 4 hours to do the work and it looked great.
Cant speak to the enjoyment of painting pre-cast ceramics but I can say that the service when ordering a coffee is terrible.Somehow they couldnt conceive a large cappuccino, when my friend asked for sugar, he also had to ask for a spoon to stir it in the cup, and the attitude. Wow. If it was great cup of coffee it might explain the attitude but the coffee I endured was weak, flavourless and really a wasted attempt.Nothing beats an ill-tempered person in the service industry. This place needs a personality profile to ensure they hire people who actually want to engage with other human beings because currently they appear have no interest in this skill whatsoever.Enjoy your paint-by-numbers just avoid the coffee (and the staff if possible).
Cute and friendly ceramic painting studio / café that caters to persons of all skill levels. Staff are courteous and friendly not to mention knowledgeable and it was a blast coming here multiple weekends in a row.Huge selection of ceramics for you to choose from and plenty of paints for everyone to use in an equally huge amount of colours. My fiancée and I had a lot of fun painting things that are still sitting in our house to this day.
Nice place, fun, relaxing but their food selection is quite limited and the price structure always ends up being between 50 -75$ for a couple painting for 1h30 to 2h with a dessert and a drink... and a couple of pieces of art or pieces of scrap if youre as talented as myself
Edit: came back to pick up the items and one of the bowl had some obvious red marks on it, probably caused by a collision with another red item. Clearly, they dont care about handling the items properly. Plus the varnishing has some unequal chunks on it.Honestly, dont bother going there. Its an ok place if you go with a coupon from Tuango or something, but I would 0/10 recommend going there at regular price.Even with a coupon, the blank pieces there are sold at an outrageous price. Theyre not even made here, its all made in China...The beverages are fine, but the food they serve is bad. The sandwiches are small and lifeless and the chips taste like they were leftovers from the day before, with a spoonful of salsa.Staff and service is ok, nothing to complain about this.Im adding a star because its still a fun activity to do from time to time, but Ill definitely look for another place next time.
Beautiful place, lots of choices, staff is very sweet and music is chill
It would be awesome if staff would be more accessible and explain more when firat time comers
Great time at this location great food and smoothies!
Great place to spend a couple hours. They have a nice selection of ceramics you can choose from

Great experience. Lots of fun and my goddaughter loved it
Loved the experience will definitely come more often. Staff wasnt super friendly.
Over priced and overrated, you still enjoy the activity itself tho...
Relaxing experience, and quality time with kids, but we didnt have enough informations at the beginning.
Great place for creativity and fun..Time passed so fast..
Rudest staff ive ever seen in my life.
Great service, friendly staff.
Its good bit a lil too pricey for items
Very nice since they changed location !
Really fun and cool place!!! :) The food the have is super good to :)
Really cool place to be with friends and talk and do mini activities with painting
Great place to spend a - 24C afternoon with your kids.
Great place to paint and have a drink.
Great place for a date
Overpriced ceramic . You ll pay more than 100$ for to 2 little ceramic figures. Drinks are so so Tim Hortons is better than that and cheaper.
Been there a few times. It makes a very good outing.
Love painting with my daughter at ceramic cafe in laval
Nice enough for painting ceramics, we didnt sample the snaks
Always a pleasure to go with family
Great fun for the whole family! The only downside is that it becomes quite expensive..
Good place for kids birthday, staff are friendly and helpful
Great activity for the kids and a nice cafe.
Very fun but pricy . Fun activity to do on a rainy day or with your kids
A bit on the expensive side but its a nice experience to try once
Cool place nice and helpful staff
Cool place ... but a little expensive !..
It was fun , however its sad that we have to wait a full 10 days to have our ceramic back.
Very fun activity with the kids!
