Terrible customer service. I bought 7 bags of bacon the other day. One of them was leaking. I came in today for return but they refused to return it. Even in my dépanneur, I accept returns from my customers. I just don’t believe there’s any other store would treat their customers like what they did! I won’t be there any more, but for them, we are only a small customer, they don’t even care about it

Great bulk food & kitchen supplies.

Nice open space with lots of restaurant supplies and other bulk items at reasonable wholesale prices. Very nice selection of spices, frozen vegetables and many other items. I gave them 4 stars because of the small meat selection, I wish they had more cuts of various meats.

Lots of goodies in there. From ice cream, to meats, coffees, drinks, drink mixers, pasta etc. Etc.

Great selection of products and very organized despite the current sanitary measures. I was pleasantly surprised of how easy and convinient my experience was.

Its a warehouse style grocery store, a mix between Costco and Mayrand (opening eventually between the two in Laval). No membership needed and there are items that are cheaper than a Costco along with a kitchen supply dept. Some items are exclusive to that store..e.g. brand of coffee. Staff, for the most part, are courteous and helpful. A corporate loyalty program is also available.

It was nice to go to a store specialized in supplying food to restaurants. the prices are good because they are in bulk, even better than Costco.

I love this store! Can find many products in bulk price that are not available elsewhere. The variety of flours is amazing, I am baking home-made bread every week and I am glad that this store exists. Great choice of cheeses and other products as well. Thank you!

I was shocked to see the vast space as compared to their location near the Atwater Market. Its a Wonderful Improvement its extremely well illuminated and theres lots of room to maneuver around. It has the product capacity of a big box store but still has very reasonable pricing.This new store in particular is vast, and I cant stop saying vast enough because its just huge. The parking is all so much more ample and well-organized then they sister store.They also doubled their capacity in their freezer section. And theyre refrigerated goods are also enormously expanded.Hats off to a brilliant upgrade.

Very large warehouse style. Wide assortment of products. Many speciality brands. Some I hadnt seen elsewhere. Know your prices beforehand as I didnt see any evident specials. Nice and new building.

Awesome place to find things in bulk. Its super useful for restaurant owners, big familles and people that arent satisfied with just the regular Nutella jar size.Also, theres plenty of rare finds (awesome selection of beers). Fruits and veggies always look fresh!

First visit! What do I think of it? No worse place with no worse staff too. The prices are comparable to other big box stores. Comparable to a Bourrassa or Costco!

The day when the Laval store will answer the phone to offer customer service will greatly help them. For the moment, a chance that it answers in Montreal.

Im really starting to like this place! From kitchen tools to meats and cheeses, everything is there! In all formats, fresh or frozen!

Kind of mini Costco without membership card where you can find a wide variety of products at excellent prices. Kitchen items also on sale at this location. I love. Very nice staff.

I bought a big 50lb bag of red potato. So much rotten potato never seen .. even though i cut the rotten pieces it tasted not good .. like kind tastes a little sweet, looks like potato was frozen before and thawed after .. i will never go back

Superb place where it is possible to find food type products. Usually in bulk but not only. I find it better than Costco in that the membership card is not required but it is not as comprehensive as Costco. But when it comes to food products, its all there.

Excellent service, excellent product especially the 5 oz filet mignon, frozen trout fillet and vegetables. A good selection of cheeses too. In short, its worth doing your grocery shopping. 100 times better than conventional grocery stores.
