Absolutely love this location! Its in a grand open space where you can see accross the room and easily find different genres. The interior decor is a wow factor, and their shelves, books and sections are so tidy and neat, I felt like shopping all morning! The selection and wide and their promotional displays will inspire your next read.The staff are also super warm, down to earth and courteous. Cant wait to return with my teen kid. Theyll love the experience.

Big, airy, clean, lots of book selection as well as magazines, cards, stationary etc. If the book isnt there you can order it at a kiosk (shipping is free) and they send it there. Very friendly staff. I love how I can go relax here in the evening after everything else is closed. Love browsing and buying both.

Good store but the workers only seem to speak French to customers unless the customer speaks to them in English (even then the employee refuses to translate sometimes). Absolutely ridiculous since this is a BILINGUAL country and Laval out of all places is not exempt from this bilingualism. Hey, Indigo, teach your employees some decency.

Helpful but discrete staff. You can get someone to help you easily but without the overly aggressive presence that is usually passing as customer service. Love this place. Also the pickup time is insanely fast!

Compared to Renaud Bray less choice of Arts n crafts kit for kids of 8+. Employees keep reminding about closure time putting pressure on us. They should simply not let anyone in after 4:30pm cos constant reminding was rude. Anyway the prices are affordable and products are good quality.

Great service great staff and ordered on line to pickup at store and googled discount % coupon used and found 1 that gave me 50% on a $100 order so only cost me $50 + tax .....you cant beat that and I could of had free delivery but with that discount I figured I would go see what they had in the store.LIKE I SAID 👍

Beautiful store but I must say I was disappointed when I saw all those books un the dumpster. Rather then give them away they threw out all those books.

Even though the lines look long, there are 4 registers open so checkout is speedy and the staff is super sweet and helpful!

I come here to buy most of my books. I like that they have computers to help you find search their inventory. The store is pretty organize. Should you have trouble to find anything on your own, no worries they have a wonderful staff that are very helpful.

This Indigo is very well organized and clean. Their is a very large selection of books. Old and new. Could be a little difficult at times to find certain specific books, however the staff is very helpful so that can compensate.

Computer is available to help you find books in store or to order some. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Theres also a section for teachers gift.

I love going to this bookstore. Its so spacious and not only has books but things for the home and even some fashion items. They have a huge selection and its very well organized. The staff here is always so helpful and friendly. Ive never had a bad experience here. Definitely my fave indigo to go to.

The perfect books store for me. Great setting for kids. The only negative point is that they used to have a nice train set for the kids and they its been a while they dont have it anymore... it was super convenient for me because it allowed me to go look at books for myself while my son was entertained with his father. Now its more of a rush and I only go half of the times i used to.

💐To Rex for helping me on the telephone, this morning. I called looking to fulfill a silly wish, of trying to locate Leffy, the🎄Christmas Elf. With Rexs help, going above and beyond the call of duty, I found my little Elf. Although I didnt purchase him in the Laval Indigo, Rex was very helpful to me, over the phone. I eventually found Leffy at the Montreal Indigo store. I am now a very happy lady! 🤶Thank you, Rex. Its nice to know there are still pleasant salespeople in retail land 🛍.

My go to bookstore when I want a hard copy book. You can check availability on-line before going to make sure they have what you are looking for. Staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable and theres a Starbucks attached if you want to have a coffee and read a bit there.

Not so many varieties in english. Too expensive. Choose better Amazon.

Huge. One sales person was really helping me trying to get something, the inventory said 6 were in stock but they werent on the floor and were in some box somewhere. Took about 30 minutes but she eventually found it.The 1 star off was for the other sales associate I spoke to that was just giving me attitude, and was supposed to come and help out as well and I even went to go get her and had to interrupt her chatting with another employee (non work related) and she gave me side eye like I was interrupting her, even though, that is her job.Every other employee I dealt with there was either professional and courteous or new but really helpful and doing their best.

Dont get me wrong, Indigo is great. But for what I am looking for, they dont have. They have cards and what not for D&D, but only artwork for Magic the Gathering. In my opinion, you cant just sell one but not the other.

This place has lots of book choices and products, gift sets, pens, school supplies to some degree and very cute one. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. Great ambiance! One downer is not enough seating. The big table is uncomfortable and people seem to bother or feel bothered.

The best indigo in all time. This indigo is similar to the one in downtown. You could find most of the things they have online. Also, they have great selection for kids books and toys, bags, etc. What’s so great about this indigo is the big parking lot and 5mins drive to the highway !

Waited 30 mins (no exaggeration) with another gentleman next to the cashiers for our online orders... We were not given any updates during the whole time, and very little apology after making us wait so long. Unacceptable service from this store. Avoid for online pick ups... Otherwise, the store itself is fine from what Ive seen.

Love chapters. The smell of books is the best. Ive been going with my kids since theyve been small. Love how there is a Starbucks attached and are allowed to go in to chapters with coffee. I still go once every month. Please dont ever close, I dont know what Id do. Lol.
