Good company working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in pakistan

The place is really friendly and gives a great environment to work and grow in.The whole place is colourful and makes work seem like fun.

Its a BPO services sub50 employee organization. Access to this workplace is difficult as it is situated deep into isolated residential blocks of phase 5 DHA. If you are a worker it might not be an easy task to have a mobile top-up or to get pack of cigarettes/crisps nearby as its completely off from main commercial area. Company is a new age work place but has no distinct hierarchy and no straight pathway to progress within the ranks. Decision making by the leadership is also very volatile. Not sure if it can be a dependable long term employment option for many. Yeah it could be appropriate to frequent job hoppers as they can stay here before they find a better one. Work mostly comprises of manual data sorting which is nothing too enlightening or intellectual based and cannot enrich you professionally for your future career prospects.
