Waste of money. No concept of refunding .they handicap us and we are left with no other option but to pay them more (because they will tell u that your phone is dead and you will have to replace the motherboard as well. which in my case was totally fine at the time of collection by them)

Good customer service. Spacious place with charging ports available for waiting area seats. Cleanliness was good its a sales point too so customers can purchase as well as claim warranty. Non warranty phones can also get repaired. They would charge for the component

Most relaxed and much help as much you can think all on that free tea and also coffee for the customers.

They dont repair, if mike of your phone is out of order, they will not repair or replace mike, instead, they will change whole mother board of your device which will cost about half price of your phone. Therefore, dont waste time and money to get fix minor issues of phone from this center. Rather you should visit any mobile market for such minor problems...

Non cooperative staff, non availability of parts delayed delivery. Its better to visit some local repairing shop or visit Lahore

Office is in the center place of Lahore in one of the landmark with secure parking without charges. Huawei staff is very cooperative energetic to serve you better. They should be very technically software professional, which I experienced lack of.

Very poor services. I have to change my review. They are not upto date regarding huawei offers. Huawei is offering 40% off on main board of selected mobiles but they were unaware and denied that no such offer is avaiable. And ultimately I have to call huawei customer service helpline and asked them to tell about it then they said ohhhh we just got the mail. What a lame excuse. Very disappointing.

I visited Huawei Service center at 24th March 2021 for install new screen panel of Huawei P30Pro, was excellent experience with agent who deal and guide me about whole process how they fix or repair P30 pro, his explanation gives me piece of mind because i was confused about the high price 29000-PKR ... but after repair i was so much happy and satisfied with short time proper quality service. One more thing i like at Hauwei Service center offer TEA to all visiters thanks to office boy also Huawei Center for Tea and Service me and my Huawei p30 Pro happy now .... Rizwan

Huawei customer service centre is well maintained facility. They have a lot of information online about parta prices and also offered me quick service when I needes it.But after announcing an offer to give discount on repairs charges they increased spare parts prices almost by same price of labour charges for repairs.

It was a pleasant experience. Polite staff and competent technical staff. They really are interested to resolve your issue.

Their output is Quality work and they pay respect to your time..Really a fabulous Claim Center in Pakistan

Good on technical side, its not actually a repair place they just replace parts. Customer service is very poor and I spent 45 min on average in submitting phone and same time at collection.

I didnt like there attitude. Service is not of what I expected. It may be policy but whatever the reason.

I bought a new Huawei phone y7 prime a month ago. But after 1 week my phone started working abnormal. So my husband give it for repair at Huawei service center. They said mother board has to be replace. N expected delivery date was given as 8 June. But today till date my phone is not still repaired. Poor service. Money waste I hate your company.
