Rooms are basic. You would notice the lack of finishing on walls, floors, in bathrooms along with calcium deposits on corners. Room service is too slow. Be it food delivery or as simple as water bottle delivery. Expect 30min for water bottle delivery in morning hours. They have limited spoons, and would give you only 1 spoon when you order room dining.They give only half litre bottle as complimentary. Half litre for 2 guests. Some way of saving money!The room walls are too thin. You would hear lift music. Not possible to sleep peacefully during daytime. Also there is construction work going on in hotel. Too much noise from that during daytime.The room windows open facing empty plot which is filled with garbage.Room had TV but not recharged.So, couldnt watch any channel. Lastly, I felt the staff is impolite, specially the room service staff. Unpolished Bihari staff. Basic manners lacking. They need lot of training in hospitality.Overall not that good stay!

The stay at Triguna Clarks Inn was excellent. It was peak summer and we were drained thoroughly, all we needed was a nice & clean place to crash at & wow we were surprised to find such a good property in Kurnool. The rooms were very clean & staff was extremely friendly. We even got a free upgrade even without asking for it. This is going to be my go to place every time Im in Kurnool from now on. Kudos to the team at this hotel & thanks GoIbibo for teaming up with such a good property

Hotel is having very good infrastructre and ambience. But the service levels are extremely poor especially in Restaurant and response time is very high.. Being operated with skeleton staff and causing lot of inconvenience.. Management to review the service levels and improve the customer satisfaction

Discent hotel in kurnool. Stayed for one night. Rooms are good. Bathroom cleanliness ok. TV available without activation of any channel. Bottled water is charged heavily for room service.

It was a good experience staying at Triguna Clarks Inn hotel. The staff of the hotel were very good and co-operative. Receptionist Shradha and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff are also good.Rooms are nicely decorated, furnished and maintained. Situated in karnool. All kinds of latest room facilities are available. All over a better experience.Great for conferences and the food was very good. Its a overall a decent place.

Stayed for one night...but decided to never visit the place again..pathetic service ,.bathroom water is leaking...food is not tasty...not waiter to carry ur luggage.. parking is available but u have to park ur vehicle outside as parking space maintenance..is not dere... they charge 3k+ for what..we dont know...

Food is below average.. lobby is well maintained.. rooms are average

Sharing the feedback on behalf of my mother - The stay at triguna inn was very comfortable. Well maintained hygienic rooms adhering to covid protocols. Room service was good and Kuldeep kumar,Omshaiya from housekeeping dept were helpful. The complementary breakfast served was tasty. My mother had mistakenly forgotten her handbag in reception .After an hour ,Syed Basha from reception notified my mom about the handbag and made sure that it was carefully given back to her without anything missing from bag. Lunch and dinner food services must be improved And also food & stay charges were bit expensive.

Myself frequent traveler. I opt for this stay due to past visit experience. But this time its disappointing stay. Staff required training.We been served 500ml of a single water bottle for a day stay...beyond that its chargeable after that the discussion is unpleasant. In this pandemic pls try to give better service to guests.

The hotel is overall clean and well maintained, the room was quite spacious and decent for the price The service at the reception was pathetic. They checked us in but they dont have the concept of a bellboy, when asked who will take the luggage, the guy at the reception rudely told us to tell the security guard to take it. I then came down to the reception to ask about sight seeings and some temple like Ahobilam etc which we had looked up online. He was very rude and was not at all interested in giving any info, he kept trying to end the conversation saying he doesnt know anything about any places and was trying to show he was busy on the phone etcThe service at the restaurant however was very good, the staff was courteous and gave good service overall. The food though is not at all up to standard, we room ordered pakoras in the evening, they were cold and stale. We ordered north indian dinner and that too was just about okay. Buffet breakfast though was good

Triguna Clarks inn kurnool located near main road and about 500mts away from Kurnool bus stand. Easily locatable, got to know the location with peoples help even at 4 in the morning.Well kept rooms, bathrooms etc makes it a good place to stay. Food served is of quality and tastes good.All in all a good place to stay for personal and business reasons.

AC ,seating and place only good but charging more money and also no complimentary snacks for330 rs one beer... expecting some complimentary snacks..

I had stayed here for 3 days and 4 nights during a corporate visit and they never showed that hospatality the black women who is possibly the receptionist doesnt give a damn about your needs and belive me guys if u r are in a hotel and u expect services this not the right place

Ask for TRIGUNA and the locals would guide you here.Going by the towns size, the hotel was well maintained and not over priced at all. As it is from The Clarks chain, the property has proper basement parking, lobby area, clean and spacious lifts and decently sized rooms.The food served was good, fresh, hot and not over-priced either. A bit spicy though, as you are in Kurnool. So, inform the room service well-in-advance, if pepper is not your thing.The bed, the toiletries, the towels, the electric kettles, the study and the flooring... all were in sync to our expectations.The only disappointment was the bathroom, which was, though clean, but, having a stuck sliding door and rusted towel racks. See the snaps. Surprisingly, some of the plumbing fittings were sparkling new... but, the ones which were not, were horribly rusted. And yes, the hand towels were missing.Being situated on the busy road, do not expect good views from the room. There was a dilapidated building which my room view had.All-in-all, oki-doki for a one night stay.Date of experience : January 2021.

This is the best 3 star hotel in Kurnool adhering to covid19 protocols. The lobby, rooms & dining are well appointed. Safe basement parking is available. Buffet breakfast has a good spread and in general the food menu has variety & is tasty.

Travelling to Belum caves and gave stop over in Kurnool. This is one of the best hotels in Kurnool in terms of location (very near to the main road) and the service quality is very fast and the staff is very helpful, wifi is very fast even on 3rd floor. The food too is very good. The rooms/bathroom is very clean and well maintained. The best part is that the staff smiles and takes care of all your needs. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel with quite large rooms. The breakfast spread is good. The restaurent staff are quite new and most of them are trainees and they can’t understand anything and has very poor exposure to food items. So be sure if they understood what you wanted. Besides this, I strongly recommend this place for short stay.

Front desk guys are liers food was not good,wonder should hire guys having good attitude,guys are argueing and claiming they are correct and guest is wrong,and claimed that pillow was spoiled by guest which had lot of fungus all over.

We dont want any room or we are not asking fot the complimentry food but please provide us neat washrooms which is essential for every one.

Triguna Clarks Inn is one of the best class hotel in Kurnool. Amazing hotel with superb staff. Rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. Very big banquet hall for large/small functions with multi cuisine restaurant with great taste.
