Malabar Kurnool(Andhra Pradesh) showroom has good jewelry models, but the sales person who received us is not interested in showing the models, not even describing the model. Guy named Vali with whome we negotiated the price for a discount is very very rude and he didnt even bothered to tell us to buy... Just said ek paisa b kam nahi hoga and dropped the bill and went away. Sales people or manager used to tell about the quality of the ornament and the price and convince buyers, This didnt happen with us, they are very happy to lose a customer. We bought a similar ornaments at Joyalukkas just beside the Malabar showroom,good sales experience there.. got reasonable discount on VA. Worst experience... Never recommended Kurnool branch only due to this behaviour of staff.

First teach your salesman ethics and how to talk to customers.... they are poor at these skills.The dont even given proper respect to people,may be they decide based on the products you see and you buy.Salesman are very reluctant and arrogant, they dont know how to talk to customers or even manage the staff.I would never ever buy a product from here and would recommendeveryone i know not to go to malbar at all

Has a fair price and many models of gold , silver. Many diamond cutts. Lots of designs. And available of pinning for nose,ears too has gun shot with out blood feel pain for only one day its better than other. I too had a nose pin with gun shot.

I bought diamond bracelet, I was told that only percentage of making charges will be mentioned in billing. But nothing was mentioned and after calculating once I am back to home, I get to know they charged ~50%. I used to go visit Malbar gold and diamonds stores in Hyderabad, I never saw this issue before there.Even Hyderabad billing is so clear than this.Be careful while billing, they are taking advantage of Corona, no chance for exchange, which was there before.We cant exchange after billing is done.I tried their contact number, they have connection problem it seems, I couldnt able to hear them.I was a good customer, I lost complete trust due to this store.
