The express is helpless, they dont have the source to escalate our network complaints to the technical team of Airtel, everyone must know airtel dont have a network related complaints raising protocol, so once you start facing network issues in your locality on your airtel numbers then only god can help you out, else you are wasting your time even both of their twitter handler as well as their appellate authority is just like copy paste team.

I have visited your store just 2 days ago and you simply said that you dont have any Airtel Sim, the ironic is youre a Airtel prepaid sim provider and Im 18+ so Im legally old enough to buy a sim.... This is how you treat your coustomer
