Not a MI service centre now. This is currently a REALME service centre(closed on Saturday &sunday).MI service centre is now moved to another place.. The new MI service centre is- Protima Infotech, 66/1, 1st floor, D.l.Roy Road, Bowbazar, Krishnanagar, West Bengal-741101. (Samsung service centre is also here)

Staffs have no manner at all. they are just trying Their best to fool you, and get the money in their pocket. and all the good reviews you are reading, if you thinks those are the truth, you deserves to go there, apna katwane.😂😂😂 best of luck.

I have bad experience there when I asked to the receptionist for how many times can i have get appointed there she answered me rudely and tells me if you have time then fine otherwise its upon on me. Atlast I wanna mentioned that the approaches of this receptionist was bad.

This service center was very poor & behavior so bad i am so disappointed. Tjis service center staffs do not help customers.

Mobile Phone repair center

This is the most horrible place which I ever seen of my life.this is not a mobile service centre,its like a cycle garage..Over there a fatty blacky lady ,,like a BULSDHIT,If u r reading this msg from me,,then listen, I AM WRITING THIS MSG WITH MY MIDDLE FINGER.. sali moti vannsh.

Worst service... Behavior is very rude . They can keep you waiting without any cause.

Good place. It opens from 10 am (Monday-saturday) .Staffs behaviour is good. You can get your phone generally repaired within 1 or 2 hours. But the service is very costly.

Service man are good. I would say they are efficient to their work. They fixed my phone with in a hour

Very good and technical person make sure your favourite things going to be able to make fun again.

They dont have skilled technicians here.I went for K20 Pro camera opening issue & they told that they dont have permission for looking inside that phone ( means they dont have proper technician)

The worst experience in my life .Staff are extremely poor in providing service takes too long for getting things done .Has no basic manners and are extremely disorganized.My tip dont come here this is my last and final step to be here .

I have been there for fixing my mi max, they check my mobile & say me that mi max repear cost will be near 15.000 . When new mobile is much cheaper than repear cost . I had argument with them & for checking I had paid them 135 rs for do nothing .After that I fixed it outside & it cost near 2000 & still working perfectlyNow choice is yours........
