Best delivery app in Kozhikode, kochi, Trivandrum and Bangalore. Errando deliver food items, vegitable, groceries, medicine and other items.

Erando Promised to deliver the ordered items at least by 1300hrs.But when checked up with them at 1400 hrs they told that they will check up and revert .But at 1500 hrs they rang up and told that it will take one hour more minimum for the delivery which they could have informed the customer early so that the customer can do some alternative arrangement. Just imagine the initial order was placed at 1130 hrs.. Pathetic service and cheating the customer .

Errando is too expensive. A delivery from Delecta bakery, Mavoor Road,Calicut to Westhill cost me Rs.65. In addition to delivery charges, Errando has included distance charges and payment mode charges.Even if I had travelled by car to Mavoor Road it would have hardly cost me 40 bucks.

Thank you Errando for giving your best service to Collect my cheque from Kochi and delivery to Calicut. You save my time and money for traveling Calicut to Kochi in this Covid situation.Thanks you so much

#One hungry customerBeen having very bad experiences for a few times now.Once or twice they have confirmed the order and later the delivery guy calls you n say tht the restaurant is closed.Now they take your order wait for an hour to ask you whether its confirmed or not.Still if u ask them when they are goin to deliver ,they tell it might take another hour or so.Your options of restuarants are the only thing tht makes people come to you ,still if you do like this to your customers thts very bad.The people who order food might be needing it at the right time.like the pregnant women or people with issues like dyspepsia.Uninstalling your app,still it shows server down.

Its an amazing service which makes life very simple and comfortable. During serious emergencies errando has been a boon to me. Anything and everything gets delivered with 100 percent assurance....every one should collect their contact and try them once. Will be of great use....

These guys have no accountability or basic courtesy. Ordered food today, after waiting 1hr 15mins the delivery guy messes up the order by bringing a different dish from a different hotel which i had to reject. When i called customer care, the lady just listened to my complaint and cut the call... No apologies, no solution to my lost time or for the fact that they left me hungry because of their goofup. Never again ordering from them. Swiggy and Potafo are much more professional.
