It.may.not.be the nicest building in town, but their merchandise have reasonable priced, specially the outlet, thant sells some out of the box items.

I was able to find a hard drive enclosure in this place. It was recommended to me a d it didnt disappoint. I will be coming back whenever Im in need of some tech stuff

Best prices, and excellent customer service

Great value but sometimes they don’t have the things that I want

Great place to buy anything tech related for a reasonable price in Costa Rica

Good place to buy computer devices 2

The only place I could find a 120 mm case fan after 6 pm

Extreme Tech CR is the best choice so far in Costa Rica for Computer purchases. Quality, fair price, excellent service and some quicks deals. This store is the smallest of all, still they manage all products between all the stores, so a quick phone call should fix the problem. They provide excellent guidance to people who doesnt know about details of the products or even to the people that cant make their mind. I always buy my PC related items here, the good choice.

Good products, very poor customer service

Competitive prices and great customer service.Sometimes the products in stock dont match the products on the website.

Good prices, workers have great knowledge of their products. Needs better customer service, the wait is too long.

This is a small tech place, with some geek gear options for video gamers, the product price is very reasonable, not cheap but not too expensive, they handle several article brands, so will have multiple options tjat adapt to your needs. Great customer service

Amazing place to buy your pc gadgets

Best prices for high end computer parts. Service is good too.

The best place to find the cheapest and greatest computer parts in Costa Rica

The best store in Costa Rica for everything computers, components and accessories with very good prices compared to the U.S

Employees should know minimal technical knowledge of what they sell.

Quick and efficient

Excellent store! Great service and good quality products

Best place on the market to buy gaming components , really cheap , great attention by the perssonel, 100% recommended

Great knowledge but need to improve the waiting line

Amazing service and great prices!

Small place with great prices. Though waiting in line can get quite long and there isnt sitting space

Good store for computer gaming accessories

Best prices of Costa Rica

Too crowded. Few clerks

Ok spot for amateur PC builders. Always call first to check against website inventory.

Amazing staff !

You can find many brands of computer and computer accessories that cannot be found anywhere else, plus prices are really great.

Perfect

Nice

Excelente personal.

Terrible experience. Not for the service, not for the quality of the products. But for the NO compliance with the sanitary measures against Covid-19. They have signs that say only ONE person per purchase, and allow several people from the same group to pass. This threatens the health of other customers, in addition to delaying other people in line. In addition, one of the collaborators did NOT wear a mask, only a mask. For today, Wednesday September 9, when I visited the store, the masks are already mandatory. Unlike the store in San José, which I visited on the weekend, where they did comply with the measurements correctly. Too bad the San Pedro branch.

One of the best computer equipment stores great attention I recommend the place 100%

This is my favorite place to buy computer accessories or computers, the advisors are really incredible, they know a lot about computers, they want you to take the PC you need, they are not thinking only of selling and they really care that you get the best one quality according to budget (in fact they do not commission sales). They also repair and maintain computers.Yesterday we discovered that they have ExtremeOutlet (it is almost in front of the main store) that sells you 2nd-grade computers, in perfect condition at a much better price, these computers also have a 6-month to 1-year warranty, they also sell cheaper accessories and if they had a fault is contemplated on the label. Every time I like this place more. Super recommended.

Very bad express service, do not believe false promises of 24 hours or earlier, Ive been waiting for a delivery for 4 days

Good place, courteous employees, good treatment, cooperative, comfortable prices. Small parking.

Excellent service, good credit options, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very good place

Super fast and very good support and engineer and everything

How beautiful is the young woman with glasses at the entrance!

This is the extremetech outlett, where the San Pedro store used to be. Now the store is 50 m east on the right hand side. Very good products

Good prices, excellent service

Fast service, but slow billing, many people do long procedures

The nerd paradise. The wet dream of gamers and geeks. I bought a chair and my back couldnt be happier. The staff knows what they are doing. There is always a line, no matter the day or the time, they should be seriously thinking about expanding or hiring more staff

Excellent service

Excellent attention, I was able to solve a change of devices.

Nice way to show your products and good service

Very good attention and assortment.

Excellent service and a whole toy store for computer game fans. The only issue is that there is little parking.

Good customer service. But its like going to the bank ... they take care of a person and disappear

It is my first experience buying in that company, but the customer service is quite good, at the height of the best customer services and they teach what they want to buy before making the payment and they are very attentive to bring any other item that one needs watch!

The one in San Pedro receives better attention than the one in Cartago, in the one in Cartago you have to wait too long to be treated and the clerks never seem to be in a hurry.

Excellent, it has everything and very good prices

Excellent service and variety as well as quality

They have very good products but I recommend calling first to ask if what they are looking for is available, because they can queue for more than half an hour to be disappointed. There are several stores, so generally you have to ask which store is in stock of the product. Better check the page, call to ask if its in stock and then go. If you do not need to see the product, you can ask for it to get home and be easier.

Good prices

Excellent attention and variety of products.

Excellent place to acquire the electronics you need

The best option to buy technological equipment in the country.

Muy buenos precios, aunque eso hace que se llene bastante

They have good prices and products and the customer service is quite good, it has 3 parking spaces in front of the premises, it has wheelchair access.

Very good prices

Great service, sometimes you have to wait for the covid, but good prices and they help you put together a good computer if you dont know much

I arrived in good time and got them to attend to me quickly. In general, I usually have good shopping experiences and the staff takes care of every detail and query.

I arrived with the intention of buying a monitor and they had nothing on display. I had seen two models and asked about them, but they refused to show me unless I bought. I told the seller I could not buy something that I have not seen, especially because I had to confirm the measurements. My visit lasted two minutes and their terrible attention, lack of customer service and especially little interest in making a sale threw me out of the place. What kind of premises does not have your products on display? With only one model exhibited will they sell?I left with my money intact and cured from this company.

Excellent site for the sale of computer accessories and furniture

New super better location with parking and everything

Good prices, excellent service

Excellent prices

Excellent place to buy computer and other electronics.

I bought my laptop and some accessories here, excellent service and super prices

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, it has been 4 hours and I have not managed to complete a purchase, I would not recommend this store to anyone

Good attention and good advisors

Super fast service, and good prices.

Although everything is a bit messy, the treatment of those who treated me was very good. The boy was very nice and even got me something that they didnt have in that store.Pros: Prices are generally very good.I really liked the customer service.Cons: There is no parking. The items do not have visible prices.

Very good teams and excellent service

Very good quality your products

Quality of service

Good variety and service. Its easy to order online and pick up in store.

I got what I was looking for, it was fast, people treat you well, you cant ask for more.

Very low price, now moved, they are 75 east across the street from the previous location

Excellent service

The reliable old woman. Can I get rid of the facebook group please?

If you are looking for something specific, call before you go. They may not have it in that place, but if it is available in another they will bring it to you in about 2-3 days.

Tools are found at affordable prices

All good, there was a line but the treatment in the store is very good
