Its a good store with a good collection and display. Parking is a problem, so go with your friend. You go to store, while he goes on a circle ride and when you finish, he can pick you up. The store was not crowded and the staff is good and friendly.

Extremely poor service and choice of models.Easy to locate in regular traffic but with little to no parking (2 cramped spots).Has a very small range of models available while the staff is impatient and rude.Will not come here again.

Bata is Bata. You know the drill. The quality is really good , but less stocks to select from , but u will end up finding sth that you like for sure , atleast flip-flops.

An exclusive showroom for footwears of Bata. This has been the most loved brand of my father and I am happy that now they are adapting to the modern trendy young generation. I had bought formal shoes, they were really good in terms of quality and finish. Its a strong recommendation if you are looking for the same category.

Even though they have smart and cool new collection with the attitude of their store keepers you will simply refuse to buy anything from there.The toll free customer care number has only two languages which are English and Hindi, simply because of this reason the store keepers if they any issues with vouchers they simply decline it. And you are totally helpless.I bought three items in 2 month and this will be the last the last time I visit Bata.

Dont have variey models as it is available online. So i would recommend keep some new models and variety items which has very good feedback.
