Good service , good staff behavior, faster service, More staffs and More computers than other Akshaya E-Center.No long queue and no waiting required...My application done with in half an hour

Very bad management. During these vovid restictions, there were atleast 50 people inside the room and many more waiting outside. No token mechanism or anything to determine priority. Waited for 1.5 hours and then they said need other documents. Total waste of time.

This akshaya center gives correct solutions for all online works and different types of village purpose. Staffs interaction is very good and they give full support about the works. I opt all of them to go to this akshaya .

Best customer service. Should go there if anything needed.not as crowded as much,they are following the covid protocol and limited members are allowed to enter inside.

Congested place and very bad mannered staff . Nothing great about this place. If I could give 0 stars that is what Ill give them . The lady at the information desk is very rude. Shes tired talking to customers and thier needs. So she takes all her frustration on next customer. I myself heard shouting at an old guy because he was asking if not here then where should I go to register for covid vaccine. They talk as if it pains. Or like they are taking from thier family and giving to us. I was checking with her over fine also clarify ing doubts before filling the form so that its ec for them and us too but she just cut the cal after listening to my question. I

An informative and customer friendly akshaya center that provides very good advises and services to all people alike.Services like aadhar updation, new aadhar issuance, e-aadhar printing, pan card updation, voters id updation, passport application, land tax payment, etc. is being done here without hassle.When viewed from outside it will be crowded mostly but the people at akshaya do their best to fulfill each persons need as quickly as possible.Parking is a major issue here as there is no dedicated parking space here. Two wheelers are parked in front of the centre by the side of the road. One or two small four wheelers can be parked near by the road side as well but need to be careful as it may cause traffic congestion.

Not good..always crowded, no space to breath, uppity staffs, always in irritated mode. What a waste service by the government

Today I had been to this Akshaya center. The space is quite congested and the public finds difficulty to follow any Covid protocol, though the staff were found very cooperative. I suggest the center to be shifted to a proper place with amble space and ventilation....... Dr George Verghese

Space is very less. I requested for mobile number update and 8t is taking more than a month to update simply waste. Dont go with family members if you go along with one extra person then you need to worry for taking them with you.

Couldnt update mobile number in aadhaar even after waiting for two hours... They said signal not receiving.... And very small space even 5-6 customers cant wait inside....No parking space outside and the road is too narrow....If you are in a hurry, please dont go there....

Worst service

A full-service Akshaya center, where all services related to Government Departments are available. However, needs more space inside and better ventilation. In case of a power outage only the machines have backup, the fans and lights turn off. Staffed by mostly ladies, knowledgeable and friendly. Managing the queue with some sort of token system would be appreciated, as an unaccompanied senior citizen might be pushed back by an over zealous person. Parking is available for one car, space shared with two wheelers.

Space constraint is the major issue, particularly most of the State Government services online are got done though Akshaya Centres. The location is not convenient without any space for car parking. The Civil Line Road is always congested due to heavy vehicular traffic. It is high time to locate such public service centres at a more convenient place with more space to accommodate the public coming to avail the essential services for which charges and levied.

Quick and Professional. Its a very busy place , but the personals in there are commited to serve you in a professional and swift way. There might be a huge crowd , but they dont make you wait any longer than you have to.

Went there to update my phone number in my adhaar card. Got it done in not more than 30 minutes. Great job team!

Very good initiative of Kerala govt. Very helpful staff. Most of the doubts gets clarified in regards to various documentation of passport, voters ID,Aadhar card, ration card etc.

Always crowded because they do wide variety of services. Not very organized but can be managed. Climbing the iron ladder is an adventure. Pregnant women and elders shall seek for better place.

Never bring your car here. No car parking. Staff are courteous and helpful

Went to link mobile number to Aadhaar. Process was reasonably quick.Good helpful staff.Only delay caused was due to Aadhaar server.

They are very hard-working person . They are very helpful . I had an excellent experience will that them . All the time they are busy so we have be very patient there for getting solutions from them . Keep it up guys

I went there today for contact updation with Adhar...i went there at 12.55 and there was 5 customers for aadhar card updation.At 1.30 pm the employee received a call from Simi madam and the employee informed us that the iris is down and please wait.they had there lunch during that time and at the moment the finished their lunch another employee started having there lunch..all these customers waited till 2.15 for our process completion..these employees are least bothered about others time..now she is on her personal call .we all are standing in a front of her for her mercy...Very bad and stupid response from the akshaya alinchuvadu management and employees...fed up

This is one of the small public centre for providing statutory ID cards/certificates/application for passport etc. But very useful to nearby residents.

On the side of a very narrow road. You have to park the car somewhere on the main road itself before taking the final turn. Courteous and helpfull staff.

Too busy... inaccessible to elderly and infirm... staff very dedicated and courteous despite the constant rush of people... no time for even their most personal needs... have to fully sympathize with them.

Staff are helpful. Space is very much limited inside and no space for car parking. Only one machine for Aadhar enrollment due to which waiting period is more.

This is about the Akshaya center at Kakkanad, it is defeating the purpose of its existence due to the presence of a very rude and arrogant lady staff. She was extremely rude to me and wife when we approached them for help with address change in our Aadhaar card. Please be aware

My experience at this office was great. Good and co-operative staff.

Anyone can notice it from the main road. Hopefully they change to a better and bigger building.

A very small center, with no car parking nearby. You will have to park in the BSNL parking lot and walk. Its located on first floor of a residential property. Major service is AADHAR card. They undertake other state government processes as well. Can be crowded and need to be patient.

Very Bad Servive.The lady staffs are too slow and inefficient. Min waiting time is 1 hr.No enquiry desk ,we will have to wait in long queue to get any information. And they wont provide us with the correct information,we will have to visit again a couple of time to get things done.

They dont have the knowledge about half of the procedures which they officially provide. More trained and male staffs are appreciated and most of the ladies wont even help us after 5pm.

Poor staff poor system every single thing sucks here . The staff dont know to manage people. Youll have to wait quite long and the room has no ventilation. Even if you stand directly beneath the fan youll be drenched within minutes. The service is extreamly poor.

Very slow service, esp for adhar registration. it takes a lot of time due to a very slow computer.

Its quite difficult to reach this place since it is at an unnoticed corner. Steps are so steep that some people might find uncomfortable to climb up on. The way they treat people they approach them is not so good. Overall it was an unpleasant experience for me
