Horribly unprofessional folks.I gave a laptop for service, and they just keep delaying things forever. Wont take your phone calls and In case they do, they wont give you a status update and will hang up very quickly saying they would call back with updates and they would never do that either.I would strongly advice you to not give your laptop here for service.Update: 2 weeks down the line, the laptop died with the same issue. Their technical skills are as bad as their social skills.
