This organisation doesnt have an ASUS authorization. In fact they had it in the past and presently not, so dont take your device under warranty to them.

Made me wait for a good twenty minutes while the employees were chatting with each other. Others were also waiting for half an hour or more. And after checking the laptop, they just asked me to call the toll free no. They responded quite rudely when I asked the number. Finally, a couple of days after the call requesting on-site service , someone from Axel called, saying they will come in 10 days. Now it has been almost one month. Still no response. Horrible place and horrible treatment of customers.

The axel service change their names and sevice center. Teqon is new name and shop now on sabari building, behind bus stop christian college

Poor Service ever experienced in my life.They are simply charging with out doing anything.Never prefer if you dont have warranty.Even if you have warranty go some other service center.Poor Technicians.So sad.

Very bad experience with the axel services front staff. Due to the miss communication within them, especially the the over aged looking front office guy (mr. nigin). Yesterday also i have seen customers are shouting with him. (Even customer having wrong dont say that ) The same i also felt many times with him, but i stay wothout asking anything, because i need to face him again untile my warranty expire and now its over. He was a lot frustrating and embarrassing to face.I would not go to the service center for sure. Advice to the axel services management team to terminate him as soon as possible to get a good business. As he think and behave like he is the owner for asus and axel

I just experienced wrost customer service on replacement of my phones display.The most funniest thing is that , even they dont know how to screw the back panel of a zenphone max pro m1.When i press little hardly on back panel, Its goes down and make a noise of improper fitting.Guys, pls just try another ways to reach your manufacturer.Regards,

This service senter is on the side of one-way road, its difficult to notice service center while driving, service senter is on second flore, its too crowded i wait around half an hour to get response from the receptionist, they need to improve their customer service and need to appoint professionals for better services..

They changed the location from old place .There service was osm I the new place . I think some new staff were join.

They are not providing original materials as per our order. Am booked a adaptor and wIt more than 10 days. After that they given an old adaptor which dont have a packing and its not working. Again they rebook. Till now not recieved.

They repaired my phone in 3 days. And the service staff was nice to me

Would have put a zero star if rating allowed it. Cannot give a proper response to queries. The staff put me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected for my inquiry on lenovo laptop service status. Do not have basic courtesy and zero accountability towards customer satisfaction.

Went here to service my Dell laptop .Staff was pretty helpful. Usual time taken for repairs are 3-7 days and it took 5 days in my case . And incase your service tag is missing due to wear and tear , do carry the original bill and packaging for smoother service.

Charges are demanded for adding ram/ssd in warranty covered newly purchased laptops which shouldnt be so. Very bad experience.

Terrible service.... The guy there had no clue on what he is doing..... Went there for a RAM upgrade... Not only does that their service cost 800 Rs just for a simple procedure, he told me that the RAM is incompatible with the device.. And the same RAM was later on put into my laptop...
