Its the most busy laptop selling store in calicut town. They offer good prices. Its also the service centre for hp laptops.

So this is an edit and updated review.Case: assembling a high performance desktop.They may offer a decent deal when it comes to pricing. But it would be great if there is TRANSPARENCY in terms of individual component pricing.Without that, its hard to place an order, one must know the price breakage before investing.

Worst experience and behavior from the sales executive, they must focus on customer satisfaction instead of this arrogant behavior, customer always have their right to choose their gadgets, they cannot force the client on anything.guys visit myG or image at least they have got good customer service, also they gonna help with the specs that we needed

A great place to buy new laptop, desktop, mobile and other computer accessories. You can get computer of almost all brands and range. Brands include HP, Lenovo, Asus, Dell, etc. Among all the stores I went to, Matrix provided the best Customer service. They also provide servicing of laptops. Overall I am very much happy with the Matrix IT World and its staff members.

It is a really good shop where you can get pretty good offers. I recently bought a laptop from here great experience. The service was great unlike others they do not keep customers waiting they tend to get the work done quickly and cheaply. I recommend it for all.

Never go there, unless of course you are an expert.They cheat you right and left with their smiling faces and pleasant service. Its only later we understand the problems. I brought two desktops a few years ago and I told them I needed original windows installed despite their advice against the same. They charged me for the same, and only recently I got to know that they had duped me and both the desktops didnt have original windows installed. As I am computer amateur I was easily fooled. The laptop I bought from them, as an emergency, I later knew was poorly rated. Be careful if you go there. They are SMILING ASSASSINS.

Substandard after sale service. Bought an item from here and they were supposed to arrange installation. Its been almost a month and no one has come for installation. There is no help when we call these people. Avoid this place by all means. They just really dont care after you purchase something from here. Worst experience ever.

Very bad experience. Actualy they sold a faulty web cam to me. When i consulted them regrading the same they directed me to the service centre. From there i came to know that it was an old stock item. Manufactured on 2016.warranty not applicable for the same. Again i met them and discussed the same and i told them that i am willing to buy another model from them if they take back the faulty one but unfortunately they refused. And they also urged that they already told me about the warranty terms while selling. But they never told any thing regarding the same.i was in hurry to get a web cam for online classes tl. They exploited the situation and sold old stock. Already given a complaint to national customer helpline.Waiting for their reply.

I had a bad experience in sharing the warranty information of a laptop purchased from there by the saff and I lost the offer in the warranty Extention and now has to pay very high price inorder to exetend it. They even dont told me warrenty extention period.Beware about this.

One of the worst shops to get your laptop repaired...Service staffs do not respond to the calls or queries and are utterly rude while communicating.Had given my laptop for service on 14.07.2020 and they do not even update the status or answer the calls for any updates.Nightmare of an experience and had to take my laptop back.

I bought the laptop from here. Free Accessories was not available at the time of purchase. Mutually agreed to get the accessories after couple of weeks. Now its almost 3 months. Still when I call them they say that its not yet reached. Now I give up. :/Update after reply:Lame excuses. I do have visited the shop on confirmation from the staff that some of the accessories are available now. When I reached they said few items are missing we will give as bundle. As I said I give up on this and you can sell it and make profit out of it. Thanks.

I had a bad experience, theyr response toward customers are below average,I had to wait about 3 weeks to repair my laptop, that too after constently calling them again and again, most of the time they are not pickin the call, and when we come to the store they make us wait and say that ur product will be ready tomm this happend atleast 5 to 6 times

Very bad. I bought hp laser printer, salesman told me its easy to refill & very cheap. When its time to refill staff doesnt have no idea, also telling to change the cartridge, it almost cost rs. 4000/-.

Few months before I have bought Asus Rog series from matrix. As i am working as a interior designer they suggest me to take that. Within in few days the system was not working properly due to some issues. When I approach them with the issues they uninstalled the application and installed a new one but the issues was not solved which made me to go 7 to 8 times when ever i go there they will tell like it is related to software and they made me to waste the whole day. moreover,they are not giving proper care to the costumers.

I had crashed my laptop by side loading Linux.it was repaired in a matter of minutes....very good technical.... recommend..highly

Staffs performance below average.

I was a customer of matrix IT center..i usually call them for serviceing my computer and stuff when some prob happen at my office..their service staff doesnt respond well to my calls..usually they keep us to wait two three days and then come to my office and repair..the person whi is coming is not that friendly to advice or tell us the proper prob behind it..the does repair our product and fee is also reasonable..but the waiting time for them to come to our office and the behaviour while callling them made us change them..

Worst Serviced:I gave a Toshiba laptop for a small repair issue (loosened screw). They told me they will call after 3 days. When I went aftr 3 days, they told havent checked yet. Later that eve they called and said I had to change the entire case for 3500 and it take another 3-4 days. Lap worked fine, just had a problem with screw.

Worst shop in kozhikode i would say..Had a terrible experience of having to shop there.Went to buy a toshiba laptop and the sales person offered us a fresh piece just out of the box.Told us it would take 3 hours to install the softwares,but when we returned the laptop has been changed.We understood this as we had noted down the serial number at back of laptop.We asked the manager to give us the original one but he said he will give a new fresh piece out of box.Again we were asked to go out for few more hours to get the software done.When we returned again the laptop was not the one from the box.We asked this and the whole staff became in a defensive manner.My friend became so agitated,The staff inturn put the blame on us for becoming angry.Never ever go to this shop.!!!!! Not at all recommeneded
